Policijske kazne zbog prevelike brzine, osim što znaju biti nezgodne po džep, znaju biti i problematične, bilo da su izrečene na temelju prijava policajaca ili na temelju kamera.
Thomas Wiegold (63) iz Berlina dobio je kaznu u iznosu od 20 eura jer je navodno vozio sedam kilometara na sat prebrzo u Kaltenkirchenu u svibnju 2023. godine.
No, Wiegold kaže kako nije vozio, a kamoli prebrzo, štoviše, čak ni nema vozilo, piše Süddeutsche Zeitung, prenosi Fenix-magazin.
Uložio je žalbu na kaznu, ali ništa nije postigao. Potom je angažirao odvjetnika, a onda je sve postalo pomalo čudno.
Zapravo se pokazalo kako je došlo do pogreške prilikom provjere prekršaja prekoračenja brzine ili kod provjere fotografije. Pravi vlasnik vozila je Julian Wiegold iz Kaltenkirchena (Schleswig-Holstein).

Osim različitih imena, dvojica muškaraca imaju i vizualne razlike. Pravi vozač je mlađi i ima drugačije crte lica. Međutim, nadležna tijela su to zanemarila.
Kad je vidio da nepravda nije ispravljena, Thomas Wiegold iz Berlina je angažirao odvjetnika. Policija je objasnila da obojica Wiegolda žive na istoj adresi. No, njih dvojica su tu tvrdnju odlučno odbacila.
Unatoč činjenici da je očito nevin, novčana kazna koju je dobio Thomas Wiegold i dalje nije odbačena. Slučaj je na sudu, a sudac je samo kritizirao nedostatak dokaza o zajedničkom prebivalištu.
Thomas Wiegold kaže kako se radi o principu, a ne o 20 eura. Wiegoldov odvjetnik istaknuo je svoju zabrinutost oko rizika istraga koje se prvenstveno oslanjaju na Google pretraživanja. Naglasio je da to može dovesti do pogrešnih zaključaka, posebice kod uobičajenih imena.

Policijske kazne zbog prevelike brzine, osim što znaju biti nezgodne po džep, znaju biti i problematične, bilo da su izrečene na temelju prijava policajaca ili na temelju kamera.
Thomas Wiegold (63) iz Berlina dobio je kaznu u iznosu od 20 eura jer je navodno vozio sedam kilometara na sat prebrzo u Kaltenkirchenu u svibnju 2023. godine.
No, Wiegold kaže kako nije vozio, a kamoli prebrzo, štoviše, čak ni nema vozilo, piše Süddeutsche Zeitung, prenosi Fenix-magazin.
Uložio je žalbu na kaznu, ali ništa nije postigao. Potom je angažirao odvjetnika, a onda je sve postalo pomalo čudno.
Zapravo se pokazalo kako je došlo do pogreške prilikom provjere prekršaja prekoračenja brzine ili kod provjere fotografije. Pravi vlasnik vozila je Julian Wiegold iz Kaltenkirchena (Schleswig-Holstein).

Osim različitih imena, dvojica muškaraca imaju i vizualne razlike. Pravi vozač je mlađi i ima drugačije crte lica. Međutim, nadležna tijela su to zanemarila.
Kad je vidio da nepravda nije ispravljena, Thomas Wiegold iz Berlina je angažirao odvjetnika. Policija je objasnila da obojica Wiegolda žive na istoj adresi. No, njih dvojica su tu tvrdnju odlučno odbacila.
Unatoč činjenici da je očito nevin, novčana kazna koju je dobio Thomas Wiegold i dalje nije odbačena. Slučaj je na sudu, a sudac je samo kritizirao nedostatak dokaza o zajedničkom prebivalištu.
Thomas Wiegold kaže kako se radi o principu, a ne o 20 eura. Wiegoldov odvjetnik istaknuo je svoju zabrinutost oko rizika istraga koje se prvenstveno oslanjaju na Google pretraživanja. Naglasio je da to može dovesti do pogrešnih zaključaka, posebice kod uobičajenih imena.
