Otac Gojko Perović drži poučne propovijedi, a vjernici ga pažljivo slušaju. O pripravi za pričest govorio je ovako:
Prije pričesti čovjek se ipak treba pripremiti. Pričesti se pristupa sa stavom da si grešan, prenosi Stil.
Samo jedna vrsta ljudi nije zaslužila pričestiti se, a to su oni koji misle da su dostojni.
Što, postio si, ispovjedio si se, nisi ništa jeo ni pio od ponoći i misliš da si vrijedan? Ne, to je da te podsjeti koliko si grešan. A to što si se pričestio, primaš ne zato što si to zaslužio, nego zato što ti to Bog daje po svojoj ljubavi.
Ali opet, kad je već tako kad Bog daje iz ljubavi, red je da se i mi pripravimo za to zajedništvo.
‘Bogu ne treba da postimo, ni da molimo‘
Kad nam dođu gosti, žena spremi ručak, napravi kolač, opere zavjese, a taj gost ne dođe da jede, pije i gleda u zavjese, nego zato što smo prijatelji i lijepo mu je družiti se. Ali ne spremam to zato da bi on mene hvalio, nego zato što ga volim i želim da ima sve u kući da mu bude čast i da mu bude dobro. Iz ljubavi, a ne zato što mi netko želi dati bodove.
Isto tako: Bogu ništa ne treba, ni da postimo, ni da molimo, on je Bog jednostavno i bez toga. Poziva nas u svoju blizinu jer nas ljubi. A kad odemo kod njega, red je da se malo sredimo, smjestimo. Na meni je red da se pojavim pred njim na najbolji mogući način. A kad dođem pred njega - ništa sam. A opet, kad sam ništa, ne znači da moram biti neuredan, razbarušen i pjegav.
Zato sutra kad idete u crkvu da se pričestite, blagoslov će biti iznad svih onih koji su kršteni, koji su postili od srca, koji su postili da ugode Bogu, a ne da poste da razgovaraju s ljudima i hvaliti se.
Najispravnije je da se čovjek ispovjedi svome svećeniku. Zašto? Čovjek se može ispovjediti kod svakog svećenika, a taj dio je univerzalan. Ali postoji i drugi dio ispovijedi, onaj kome sam se ispovjedio - bilo bi dobro da mi nešto kaže, prokomentira ono što sam mu rekao, da mi da neki savjet... A činjenica je da to bi trebao biti svećenik koji me već poznaje.
Svećenik, liječnik, ginekolog...
Kao kad odete liječniku po svom izboru. Ili kad žena ode ginekologu koji joj vodi trudnoću. Zašto? Nije svaka žena ista, nije svaka trudnoća ista... Liječnik prati što se događa... A kad dođe porod, liječnik zna na čemu je.
Svećenik kod kojeg se ispovijedaš mora te poznavati kako bi ti dao najbolji savjet.
Dakle, za pričest su spremni oni koji su kršteni, koji su postili srcem, koji su se ispovjedili srcem i koji nisu u sukobu.
Ne možemo doći pričestiti se, a ljudima govorimo "Bježi mi s očiju, ne želim te, ne družim se s tobom..." Tražimo od Boga nešto što ne zaslužujemo, a isključujemo druge ljude iz naših života. Ne ide jedno s drugim. Ja sam svećenik i meni piše da ne smijem služiti liturgiju ako sam s nekim u svađi. Umjesto toga, kaže mi da se pomirim s nekim ako netko ima nešto protiv mene. Ne ja protiv njega, nego on protiv mene. Ali moja obveza kao svećenika i vas kao kršćana je učiniti sve što možete, biti u miru sa sobom.
‘Ne moraš se sa svakim na silu sprijateljiti‘
Dobro, ne moraš se sa svakim na silu sprijateljiti, ali ne smiješ njegovati mržnju i neprijateljstvo prema drugima.
Kad dođeš na pričest, trebaš stajati uspravno i u miru sa sobom.

Otac Gojko Perović drži poučne propovijedi, a vjernici ga pažljivo slušaju. O pripravi za pričest govorio je ovako:
Prije pričesti čovjek se ipak treba pripremiti. Pričesti se pristupa sa stavom da si grešan, prenosi Stil.
Samo jedna vrsta ljudi nije zaslužila pričestiti se, a to su oni koji misle da su dostojni.
Što, postio si, ispovjedio si se, nisi ništa jeo ni pio od ponoći i misliš da si vrijedan? Ne, to je da te podsjeti koliko si grešan. A to što si se pričestio, primaš ne zato što si to zaslužio, nego zato što ti to Bog daje po svojoj ljubavi.
Ali opet, kad je već tako kad Bog daje iz ljubavi, red je da se i mi pripravimo za to zajedništvo.
‘Bogu ne treba da postimo, ni da molimo‘
Kad nam dođu gosti, žena spremi ručak, napravi kolač, opere zavjese, a taj gost ne dođe da jede, pije i gleda u zavjese, nego zato što smo prijatelji i lijepo mu je družiti se. Ali ne spremam to zato da bi on mene hvalio, nego zato što ga volim i želim da ima sve u kući da mu bude čast i da mu bude dobro. Iz ljubavi, a ne zato što mi netko želi dati bodove.
Isto tako: Bogu ništa ne treba, ni da postimo, ni da molimo, on je Bog jednostavno i bez toga. Poziva nas u svoju blizinu jer nas ljubi. A kad odemo kod njega, red je da se malo sredimo, smjestimo. Na meni je red da se pojavim pred njim na najbolji mogući način. A kad dođem pred njega - ništa sam. A opet, kad sam ništa, ne znači da moram biti neuredan, razbarušen i pjegav.
Zato sutra kad idete u crkvu da se pričestite, blagoslov će biti iznad svih onih koji su kršteni, koji su postili od srca, koji su postili da ugode Bogu, a ne da poste da razgovaraju s ljudima i hvaliti se.
Najispravnije je da se čovjek ispovjedi svome svećeniku. Zašto? Čovjek se može ispovjediti kod svakog svećenika, a taj dio je univerzalan. Ali postoji i drugi dio ispovijedi, onaj kome sam se ispovjedio - bilo bi dobro da mi nešto kaže, prokomentira ono što sam mu rekao, da mi da neki savjet... A činjenica je da to bi trebao biti svećenik koji me već poznaje.
Svećenik, liječnik, ginekolog...
Kao kad odete liječniku po svom izboru. Ili kad žena ode ginekologu koji joj vodi trudnoću. Zašto? Nije svaka žena ista, nije svaka trudnoća ista... Liječnik prati što se događa... A kad dođe porod, liječnik zna na čemu je.
Svećenik kod kojeg se ispovijedaš mora te poznavati kako bi ti dao najbolji savjet.
Dakle, za pričest su spremni oni koji su kršteni, koji su postili srcem, koji su se ispovjedili srcem i koji nisu u sukobu.
Ne možemo doći pričestiti se, a ljudima govorimo "Bježi mi s očiju, ne želim te, ne družim se s tobom..." Tražimo od Boga nešto što ne zaslužujemo, a isključujemo druge ljude iz naših života. Ne ide jedno s drugim. Ja sam svećenik i meni piše da ne smijem služiti liturgiju ako sam s nekim u svađi. Umjesto toga, kaže mi da se pomirim s nekim ako netko ima nešto protiv mene. Ne ja protiv njega, nego on protiv mene. Ali moja obveza kao svećenika i vas kao kršćana je učiniti sve što možete, biti u miru sa sobom.
‘Ne moraš se sa svakim na silu sprijateljiti‘
Dobro, ne moraš se sa svakim na silu sprijateljiti, ali ne smiješ njegovati mržnju i neprijateljstvo prema drugima.
Kad dođeš na pričest, trebaš stajati uspravno i u miru sa sobom.
Za pričest nam je, dakle, potrebno:
