Munira Subašić, predsjednica Udruženja "Pokret majki enklava Srebrenica i Žepa", udruge koja okuplja članove obitelji žrtava genocida u Srebrenici, komentirala je za N1 zamolnicu BiH prema Hrvatskoj za preuzimanje kaznenog progona protiv 14 generala Hrvatske vojske.

- Jučer sam, vraćajući se iz Crne Gore, bila šokirana viješću, što se ovo događa. Znam da je naše tužiteljstvo pod utjecajem politike, da više vodi politiku nego pravdu, ali ipak baviti se drugom zemljom, tuđim generalima, a ne našim generalima, zločinima, genocidom, a toliko je Bosna puna zločinaca koji su slobodni, nagrađeni, rekla je Munira Subašić i dodala:

- I Gordana Tadić i drugi tužitelji imali su predmete pod oznakom A. Zašto ne rade svoj posao? Zašto se bave politkom? Zašto vrijeđaju žrtve? Zašto ponižavaju majke? Suština svega je da sam stvarno iznenađena. Ne poznajem ni te generale, ali ti generali nisu činili zločine u Bosni, a tamo ako jesu, ne znam ništa, trebaju se baviti našim generalima i zločinima u BiH. Zločinaca je puna Bosna, poručila je.

Subašić ističe da je tužitelje ionako postavila politika: “Samo politika, ništa drugo, političke stranke postavile su 80% tužitelja i sudaca. To su sve podobni, a ne sposobni. Kad bih im dala pet ovaca da čuvaju, tri bi izgubili, dvije bi prodali.”

U poslijepodnevnim se satima oglasilo Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave. Potvrdili su da su primili zamolnicu tužilaštva BiH za preuzimanje kaznenog progona zbog sumnje na kršenje međunarodnog prava u okviru vojno-redarstvene operacije Bljesak, no ističu da se ne radi o optužnicama već o “zamolnici za pružanje međunarodne pravne pomoći temeljem Sporazuma između Vlade RH i Vlade BIH o pravnoj pomoći u građanskim i kaznenim stvarima”.

Munira Subašić, predsjednica Udruženja "Pokret majki enklava Srebrenica i Žepa", udruge koja okuplja članove obitelji žrtava genocida u Srebrenici, komentirala je za N1 zamolnicu BiH prema Hrvatskoj za preuzimanje kaznenog progona protiv 14 generala Hrvatske vojske.

- Jučer sam, vraćajući se iz Crne Gore, bila šokirana viješću, što se ovo događa. Znam da je naše tužiteljstvo pod utjecajem politike, da više vodi politiku nego pravdu, ali ipak baviti se drugom zemljom, tuđim generalima, a ne našim generalima, zločinima, genocidom, a toliko je Bosna puna zločinaca koji su slobodni, nagrađeni, rekla je Munira Subašić i dodala:

- I Gordana Tadić i drugi tužitelji imali su predmete pod oznakom A. Zašto ne rade svoj posao? Zašto se bave politkom? Zašto vrijeđaju žrtve? Zašto ponižavaju majke? Suština svega je da sam stvarno iznenađena. Ne poznajem ni te generale, ali ti generali nisu činili zločine u Bosni, a tamo ako jesu, ne znam ništa, trebaju se baviti našim generalima i zločinima u BiH. Zločinaca je puna Bosna, poručila je.

Subašić ističe da je tužitelje ionako postavila politika: “Samo politika, ništa drugo, političke stranke postavile su 80% tužitelja i sudaca. To su sve podobni, a ne sposobni. Kad bih im dala pet ovaca da čuvaju, tri bi izgubili, dvije bi prodali.”

U poslijepodnevnim se satima oglasilo Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave. Potvrdili su da su primili zamolnicu tužilaštva BiH za preuzimanje kaznenog progona zbog sumnje na kršenje međunarodnog prava u okviru vojno-redarstvene operacije Bljesak, no ističu da se ne radi o optužnicama već o “zamolnici za pružanje međunarodne pravne pomoći temeljem Sporazuma između Vlade RH i Vlade BIH o pravnoj pomoći u građanskim i kaznenim stvarima”.

Munira Subašić, predsjednica Udruženja "Pokret majki enklava Srebrenica i Žepa", udruge koja okuplja članove obitelji žrtava genocida u Srebrenici, komentirala je za N1 zamolnicu BiH prema Hrvatskoj za preuzimanje kaznenog progona protiv 14 generala Hrvatske vojske.

- Jučer sam, vraćajući se iz Crne Gore, bila šokirana viješću, što se ovo događa. Znam da je naše tužiteljstvo pod utjecajem politike, da više vodi politiku nego pravdu, ali ipak baviti se drugom zemljom, tuđim generalima, a ne našim generalima, zločinima, genocidom, a toliko je Bosna puna zločinaca koji su slobodni, nagrađeni, rekla je Munira Subašić i dodala:

- I Gordana Tadić i drugi tužitelji imali su predmete pod oznakom A. Zašto ne rade svoj posao? Zašto se bave politkom? Zašto vrijeđaju...
