Domagoj Kronstein, član Upravnog odbora Hrvatske komore socijalnih radnika, gostovao je u emisiji N1 televizije gdje je pričao o pravom stanju sustava socijalne skrbi.
- U osnovi to je tako zato što su strukovne udruge malo ili nikako prepoznate u javnosti- rekao je on objašnjavajući kako su strukovne udruge u bitno slabijoj poziciji od civilnih udruga.
- Ne može nas se sve staviti u isti koš- dodao je.
- S druge strane imate civilne udruge koje iza sebe imaju poznata imena, medijski eksponirane ličnosti i koje se promoviraju pod pričom sprečavanja nasilja, borbe protiv nasilja, a s druge strane smo vidjeli rječnik nekih osoba iz takvih udruga koji je neprimjeren i označava se kao nasilna komunikacija- kazao je.
Važno je prepoznati trenutak
Tvrdi kako je ovaj trenutak u kojem je javnosti skrenuta pažnja na probleme iz sustava socijalne skrbi, idealan za tražiti pomoć državnih vlasti i intervenciju da se sve konačno riješi.
- Sad je dobar trenutak, da, ali nažalost, tragedija se dogodila. Ispred Komore mogu samo izraziti žaljenje i suosjećanje- kazao je te dodao da je smrt djevojčice u Novoj Gradišci tragedija.
- Nije dobro da (se ističu) ljudi koji nisu educirani, koji nemaju elementarna znanja, koje vode, usudit ću se reći, ljudska frustriranost i ljutnja. Naravno da ljudi imaju pravo znati, naravno da ljudi imaju pravo propitivati, naravno da smo mi dužni odgovoriti, ali ne može nas se osuditi prije nego što se završi neka procedura. Ne može nas se sve staviti u isti koš. Mi ovih dana niti jednom nismo čuli da socijalni radnici bježe od odgovornosti- istaknuo je.
O slučaju iz Nove Gradiške, pak, zna samo onoliko koliko je saznao iz medija jer nije vidio nalaz niti razgovarao sa sudionicima.
- Mislim da struka doista treba odraditi svoj posao. Ne mislim da možemo bježati od odgovornosti, ali ne možemo biti niti unaprijed osuđeni dok se postupci ne završe. I sad tu imate problematiku gdje ministarstvo izađe vani i kaže: ‘Bilo je propusta.’ I tu se stavi točka, uopće se ne kaže kakvog je propusta bilo. S druge imate našu kolegicu Karačić koja izađe van i kaže da je još uvid u tijeku, da je teško govoriti, da treba sagledati sve činjenice. Mi se bavimo činjenicama, ne možemo gatati, postoji spis, postoji rad zabilježen u spisu…- dodao je te rekao kako ako se svi kunemo u interese djece, onda se novac jednostavno mora pronaći.
Izloženi stalnom riziku
- Ekstremni slučajevi uvijek potaknu rasprave u javnosti. Još 2000. godine imali smo slučaj gdje je korisnik ubio našeg kolegu na radnom mjestu u Centru za socijalnu skrb Split. Imali smo ovaj slučaj u Đakovu. Imamo napade na spocijalne radnike diljem zemlje. To je ono što ovom trenutku javnost zna, vidi, ali unutar centara za socijalnu skrb dnevno se događaju takve stvari- upozorava, ali i dodaje kolikom su riziku socijalni radnici zaista izloženi.
- Usudio bih se reći da su 75 ili 80 posto naših korisnika nedobrovoljni korisnici. Sad stvari ne treba rješavati preko noći. Treba dobra strategija, treba dobar plan. Najlakše je reći da treba zaposliti 100 ili 200 ljudi. Ali te ljude treba popratiti prostor, informatička oprema…”, rekao je.
Udomiteljskih obitelji sve je manje
- Ljudi na terenu traže jasne smjernice, recimo, što učiniti kad treba izdvojiti dijete, a nigdje nema mjesta. Negdje netko mora naći mjesto za to dijete. A ako socijalni radnik na terenu to prepozna i (treba mu) tri, četiri, pet dana da bi pronašao mjesto u udomiteljskoj obitelji ili u dječjem domu, to nije dobro- njegov je komentar na moguće promjene u sustavu te istaknuo kako postoje brojni problemi kod udomljavanje djece zbog kojih se ljudi rijetko odluče.
- Zakoni su se prilagođavali, mijenjali, prije dvije godine je izašao novi Zakon o udomiteljstvu, ponuđeno je i plaćanje radnog staža. Ali postoje neke stvari u udomiteljstvu koje vi ne možete regulirati. Ako imate bebu za smjestiti… tendencija je da takvo dijete ide u udomiteljsku obitelj- S druge strane imate propis koji kaže da udomitelj mora ostvarivati svoj prihod. Znači da mora biti zaposlen. Tko će onda skrbiti o tom djetetu? Treba regulirati porodiljni, bolovanje. Ako se svi kunemo u prava i interese djece, neka se sredstva moraju iznaći da bi se moglo motivirati ljude za bavljene udomiteljstvo”, primijetio je.
Sve ono što se događa u posljednje vrijeme, utječe i na obitelji socijalnih radnika.
-Ja imam dvoje djece. Ja moram svojoj djeci objasniti da ja nisam ubojica. Mene moje dijete može pitati: ‘Tata ti si nekada radio u centru za socijalnu skrb, ti si spašavao drugu djecu, a sad te nazivaju ubojicom…- dovršio je.

Domagoj Kronstein, član Upravnog odbora Hrvatske komore socijalnih radnika, gostovao je u emisiji N1 televizije gdje je pričao o pravom stanju sustava socijalne skrbi.
- U osnovi to je tako zato što su strukovne udruge malo ili nikako prepoznate u javnosti- rekao je on objašnjavajući kako su strukovne udruge u bitno slabijoj poziciji od civilnih udruga.
- Ne može nas se sve staviti u isti koš- dodao je.
- S druge strane imate civilne udruge koje iza sebe imaju poznata imena, medijski eksponirane ličnosti i koje se promoviraju pod pričom sprečavanja nasilja, borbe protiv nasilja, a s druge strane smo vidjeli rječnik nekih osoba iz takvih udruga koji je neprimjeren i označava se kao nasilna komunikacija- kazao je.
Važno je prepoznati trenutak
Tvrdi kako je ovaj trenutak u kojem je javnosti skrenuta pažnja na probleme iz sustava socijalne skrbi, idealan za tražiti pomoć državnih vlasti i intervenciju da se sve konačno riješi.
- Sad je dobar trenutak, da, ali nažalost, tragedija se dogodila. Ispred Komore mogu samo izraziti žaljenje i suosjećanje- kazao je te dodao da je smrt djevojčice u Novoj Gradišci tragedija.
- Nije dobro da (se ističu) ljudi koji nisu educirani, koji nemaju elementarna znanja, koje vode, usudit ću se reći, ljudska frustriranost i ljutnja. Naravno da ljudi imaju pravo znati, naravno da ljudi imaju pravo propitivati, naravno da smo mi dužni odgovoriti, ali ne može nas se osuditi prije nego što se završi neka procedura. Ne može nas se sve staviti u isti koš. Mi ovih dana niti jednom nismo čuli da socijalni radnici bježe od odgovornosti- istaknuo je.
O slučaju iz Nove Gradiške, pak, zna samo onoliko koliko je saznao iz medija jer nije vidio nalaz niti razgovarao sa sudionicima.
- Mislim da struka doista treba odraditi svoj posao. Ne mislim da možemo bježati od odgovornosti, ali ne možemo biti niti unaprijed osuđeni dok se postupci ne završe. I sad tu imate problematiku gdje ministarstvo izađe vani i kaže: ‘Bilo je propusta.’ I tu se stavi točka, uopće se ne kaže kakvog je propusta bilo. S druge imate našu kolegicu Karačić koja izađe van i kaže da je još uvid u tijeku, da je teško govoriti, da treba sagledati sve činjenice. Mi se bavimo činjenicama, ne možemo gatati, postoji spis, postoji rad zabilježen u spisu…- dodao je te rekao kako ako se svi kunemo u interese djece, onda se novac jednostavno mora pronaći.
Izloženi stalnom riziku
- Ekstremni slučajevi uvijek potaknu rasprave u javnosti. Još 2000. godine imali smo slučaj gdje je korisnik ubio našeg kolegu na radnom mjestu u Centru za socijalnu skrb Split. Imali smo ovaj slučaj u Đakovu. Imamo napade na spocijalne radnike diljem zemlje. To je ono što ovom trenutku javnost zna, vidi, ali unutar centara za socijalnu skrb dnevno se događaju takve stvari- upozorava, ali i dodaje kolikom su riziku socijalni radnici zaista izloženi.
- Usudio bih se reći da su 75 ili 80 posto naših korisnika nedobrovoljni korisnici. Sad stvari ne treba rješavati preko noći. Treba dobra strategija, treba dobar plan. Najlakše je reći da treba zaposliti 100 ili 200 ljudi. Ali te ljude treba popratiti prostor, informatička oprema…”, rekao je.
Udomiteljskih obitelji sve je manje
- Ljudi na terenu traže jasne smjernice, recimo, što učiniti kad treba izdvojiti dijete, a nigdje nema mjesta. Negdje netko mora naći mjesto za to dijete. A ako socijalni radnik na terenu to prepozna i (treba mu) tri, četiri, pet dana da bi pronašao mjesto u udomiteljskoj obitelji ili u dječjem domu, to nije dobro- njegov je komentar na moguće promjene u sustavu te istaknuo kako postoje brojni problemi kod udomljavanje djece zbog kojih se ljudi rijetko odluče.
- Zakoni su se prilagođavali, mijenjali, prije dvije godine je izašao novi Zakon o udomiteljstvu, ponuđeno je i plaćanje radnog staža. Ali postoje neke stvari u udomiteljstvu koje vi ne možete regulirati. Ako imate bebu za smjestiti… tendencija je da takvo dijete ide u udomiteljsku obitelj- S druge strane imate propis koji kaže da udomitelj mora ostvarivati svoj prihod. Znači da mora biti zaposlen. Tko će onda skrbiti o tom djetetu? Treba regulirati porodiljni, bolovanje. Ako se svi kunemo u prava i interese djece, neka se sredstva moraju iznaći da bi se moglo motivirati ljude za bavljene udomiteljstvo”, primijetio je.
Sve ono što se događa u posljednje vrijeme, utječe i na obitelji socijalnih radnika.
-Ja imam dvoje djece. Ja moram svojoj djeci objasniti da ja nisam ubojica. Mene moje dijete može pitati: ‘Tata ti si nekada radio u centru za socijalnu skrb, ti si spašavao drugu djecu, a sad te nazivaju ubojicom…- dovršio je.
