Vozača kamiona i autobusa iz Omiša Zorana A. (39) svako četiri godine nešto "prespoji" pa onda prijeti ljudima. Tako je 7. ožujka ove godine uputio ozbiljne prijetnje načelniku Policijske postaje Omiš magistru Vladi Perkušiću, a prijetnje je uputio i svojoj supruzi.
Kako je slične takve prijetnje uputio i Ivanu G. 22. ožujka 2016. zbog kojeg mu se na Općinskom sudu u Splitu sudi, tako mu je nakon uhićenja sudac istrage morao odrediti istražni zatvor. S obzirom na to da pokazuje veliku upornost u činjenju istovrsnog kaznenog djela, koji kod drugih ljudi izaziva strepnju i strah za njihovu sigurnosti život.
Uhićeni je tog dana na mobitel jednog drugog policajca, kojemu je Perkušić šef, poslao niz sms poruka u vremenu od podne i 21 minut do 15 sati i 45 minuta, koje je policajac trebao prenijeti Perkušiću. Policajac je bio transformer poruka jer Zoran očigledno nije imao broj načelnika kojemu bi se vjerojatno "direktno obratio" pa ne bi u priči imali tri aktera, a dvije žrtve.
Iz poruka je posebno inkriminirajući dio: "i zato ću im jebati mater a ti im slobodno reci i Šiptaru i onom smećaru Perkušiću di je bija u skloništu i reci mu da sam nabavija kalašnjikov i da ću ga u ponedjeljak postrojiti skupa sa Fadilom i njima. Javi Perkušiću da me privedu!". Tu poruku je teško razumjeti iz prijave, jedino je razumiju akteri ovog događaja: prijetitelj i žrtva.
Policajac Ivan B. je svom šefu prenio poruke a onda je normalno o tome obaviješten Odjel općeg kriminaliteta koji je i obavio uhićenje i krim-obradu. Sa istog mobitela istog dana je Zoran prijetio i svojoj supruzi poslavši joj na njen "WhatsApp" poveznicu internetske stranice s jednim tekstom pod naslovom: "Omiš: Pred djecom je ubio,jer ga je htjela ostaviti, policija zakasnila!".
Potom joj je na tu aplikaciju poslao više poruka sadržaja: "Sve će propjevati kad nabavim samo metke", "puška je spremna, kažem ti čekam samo metke doći će danas ili sutra u ponedjeljak će biti već kasno", "bolje da me pokupe nego što će biti". "Zovni policiju da imam kalašnjikov.", Odma.", "Kasno.", Platit ćete.", "Samo im spomeni Zavadlav.", "Kasno."
Kada se pogledaju ove poruke vidi se da Zoran i prijeti i istovremeno moli za pomoć tako da ga se spriječi da ne učini što je naumio i to baš da policiju zove posrednik u prvom slučaju, a u drugom - žrtva.

Izbjegavao suđenje za prijašnje nedjelo
Zorana A. je nazvao Ivan G. 22.ožujka 2016. godine oko 22 sata te ga upitao zašto dolazi na njegovu adresu stanovanja i kada se on ne nalazi kod kuće da bi mu Zoran odgovorio " došao sam te ubiti ili nekoga". Tri mjeseca od učina podignuta je optužnica u ovom slučaju, ali suđenje nikako da se okonča jer optuženi Zoran nije dolazio na Općinski sud pa je sutkinja u ovom predmetu Ankica Boban 06.veljače (dakle mjesec dana prije novih izrečenih dvostrukih prijetnji) izdala dovedbeni nalog policiji za 24. ožujka kako bi se osiguralo optuženikovo prisustvo na raspravi. Evo sad joj je blizu u zatvoru na splitskim Bilicama iz kojeg ne može vrdati i ne dolaziti.

Perkušić nema mira ni u Nemiri
Na rad Vlade Perkušića ozbiljne primjedbe u našoj novini u lipnju prošle godine je iznio i njegov susjed iz Nemire Ante Marušić koji kao električar radi u SAD-u. On tvrdi da su mu policajci iz omiške postaje, kojoj je Perkušić šef, upali u kuću te uzeli dvije puške i municiju koju je uredno držao u sefu.Oružje i municiju su oduzeli te su protiv njega podnijeli prijavu zbog metaka,a oružje je bio prisiljen prodati nakon što mu je nakon izvjesnog vremena vraćeno. Razlog ove osvete je što Marušić navodno njegovoj kumi, povratnici iz SAD-a, nije dozvolio da gradi kuću metar i po od njegove.
Unutarnja kontrola MUP-a je utvrdila da Perkušić nije počinio ništa protuzakonito, a sam Perkušić je najavio tužbu protiv svog susjeda zbog iznošenja neistina.

Vozača kamiona i autobusa iz Omiša Zorana A. (39) svako četiri godine nešto "prespoji" pa onda prijeti ljudima. Tako je 7. ožujka ove godine uputio ozbiljne prijetnje načelniku Policijske postaje Omiš magistru Vladi Perkušiću, a prijetnje je uputio i svojoj supruzi.
Kako je slične takve prijetnje uputio i Ivanu G. 22. ožujka 2016. zbog kojeg mu se na Općinskom sudu u Splitu sudi, tako mu je nakon uhićenja sudac istrage morao odrediti istražni zatvor. S obzirom na to da pokazuje veliku upornost u činjenju istovrsnog kaznenog djela, koji kod drugih ljudi izaziva strepnju i strah za njihovu sigurnosti život.
Uhićeni je tog dana na mobitel jednog drugog policajca, kojemu je Perkušić šef, poslao niz sms poruka u vremenu od podne i 21 minut do 15 sati i 45 minuta, koje je policajac trebao prenijeti Perkušiću. Policajac je bio transformer poruka jer Zoran očigledno nije imao broj načelnika kojemu bi se vjerojatno "direktno obratio" pa ne bi u priči imali tri aktera, a dvije žrtve.
Iz poruka je posebno inkriminirajući dio: "i zato ću im jebati mater a ti im slobodno reci i Šiptaru i onom smećaru Perkušiću di je bija u skloništu i reci mu da sam nabavija kalašnjikov i da ću ga u ponedjeljak postrojiti skupa sa Fadilom i njima. Javi Perkušiću da me privedu!". Tu poruku je teško razumjeti iz prijave, jedino je razumiju akteri ovog događaja: prijetitelj i žrtva.
Policajac Ivan B. je svom šefu prenio poruke a onda je normalno o tome obaviješten Odjel općeg kriminaliteta koji je i obavio uhićenje i krim-obradu. Sa istog mobitela istog dana je Zoran prijetio i svojoj supruzi poslavši joj na njen "WhatsApp" poveznicu internetske stranice s jednim tekstom pod naslovom: "Omiš: Pred djecom je ubio,jer ga je htjela ostaviti, policija zakasnila!".
Potom joj je na tu aplikaciju poslao više poruka sadržaja: "Sve će propjevati kad nabavim samo metke", "puška je spremna, kažem ti čekam samo metke doći će danas ili sutra u ponedjeljak će biti već kasno", "bolje da me pokupe nego što će biti". "Zovni policiju da imam kalašnjikov.", Odma.", "Kasno.", Platit ćete.", "Samo im spomeni Zavadlav.", "Kasno."
Kada se pogledaju ove poruke vidi se da Zoran i prijeti i istovremeno moli za pomoć tako da ga se spriječi da ne učini što je naumio i to baš da policiju zove posrednik u prvom slučaju, a u drugom - žrtva.

Izbjegavao suđenje za prijašnje nedjelo
Zorana A. je nazvao Ivan G. 22.ožujka 2016. godine oko 22 sata te ga upitao zašto dolazi na njegovu adresu stanovanja i kada se on ne nalazi kod kuće da bi mu Zoran odgovorio " došao sam te ubiti ili nekoga". Tri mjeseca od učina podignuta je optužnica u ovom slučaju, ali suđenje nikako da se okonča jer optuženi Zoran nije dolazio na Općinski sud pa je sutkinja u ovom predmetu Ankica Boban 06.veljače (dakle mjesec dana prije novih izrečenih dvostrukih prijetnji) izdala dovedbeni nalog policiji za 24. ožujka kako bi se osiguralo optuženikovo prisustvo na raspravi. Evo sad joj je blizu u zatvoru na splitskim Bilicama iz kojeg ne može vrdati i ne dolaziti.

Perkušić nema mira ni u Nemiri
Na rad Vlade Perkušića ozbiljne primjedbe u našoj novini u lipnju prošle godine je iznio i njegov susjed iz Nemire Ante Marušić koji kao električar radi u SAD-u. On tvrdi da su mu policajci iz omiške postaje, kojoj je Perkušić šef, upali u kuću te uzeli dvije puške i municiju koju je uredno držao u sefu.Oružje i municiju su oduzeli te su protiv njega podnijeli prijavu zbog metaka,a oružje je bio prisiljen prodati nakon što mu je nakon izvjesnog vremena vraćeno. Razlog ove osvete je što Marušić navodno njegovoj kumi, povratnici iz SAD-a, nije dozvolio da gradi kuću metar i po od njegove.
Unutarnja kontrola MUP-a je utvrdila da Perkušić nije počinio ništa protuzakonito, a sam Perkušić je najavio tužbu protiv svog susjeda zbog iznošenja neistina.
