Pod lupom USKOK-a našao se 35-godišnji granični policajac te dvojica državljana Bosne i Hercegovine starih 47 i 51 godinu, a protiv kojih je pokrenuta istraga zbog primanja i davanja mita, zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te krivotvorenja isprave.

Da nešto ne štima uočili su djelatnici PU vukovarsko-srijemske koji su otkrili da njihov 35-godišnji kolega, inače zaposlen na Stalnom graničnom prijelazu za međunarodni promet putnika i roba u cestovnom prometu Županja, tijekom prošle godine u više navrata čini ‘usluge‘ u zamjenu za novac, piše Jutarnji list.

Točnije, on je od početka 2023. pa do 8. veljače ove godine u Hrvatskoj, Austriji i Bosni i Hercegovini, pristao na traženje 51-godišnjeg BiH državljanina, otisnuti neovlašteno u putovnicu granične ulazno/izlazne pečate 47-godišnjem, pak, BiH državljaninu. Navedenu putovnicu mu je donosio najstariji među njima u koju je stavljao namještene datume kako bi 47-godišnjaku omogućio da prikaže kako je u određenom periodu bio izvan teritorija Austrije.

Time mu je omogućio regulaciju boravka unutar Schengenskog prostora odnosno izbjegavanje zabrane daljnjeg boravka u tom prostoru, a zauzvrat je policajac dobivao novac. USKOK sumnja da su iznosi od najmanje 200 eura uplaćivani putem Western Uniona bili namijenjeni upravo policajcu kao naknadu za izvršenu uslugu otiskivanja pečata.

- Putovnicu s tako otisnutim graničnim pečatima okrivljeni policajac je predavao 51-godišnjaku koji ju je zatim vraćao drugookrivljenom. I on je s tom putovnicom 8. veljače 2023. pristupio na Stalni granični prijelaz Bajakovo te ju je prilikom granične kontrole predao policijskom službeniku na uvid - kažu iz USKOK-a.

Inače, iz PU vukovarsko-srijemske pak otkrivaju da je policijski službenik 10. veljače 2024. godine rješenjem načelnika Policijske uprave udaljen iz službe te će protiv njega biti podnesen zahtjev za pokretanje disciplinskog postupka zbog teže povrede službene dužnosti, piše Jutarnji list.

Pod lupom USKOK-a našao se 35-godišnji granični policajac te dvojica državljana Bosne i Hercegovine starih 47 i 51 godinu, a protiv kojih je pokrenuta istraga zbog primanja i davanja mita, zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te krivotvorenja isprave.

Da nešto ne štima uočili su djelatnici PU vukovarsko-srijemske koji su otkrili da njihov 35-godišnji kolega, inače zaposlen na Stalnom graničnom prijelazu za međunarodni promet putnika i roba u cestovnom prometu Županja, tijekom prošle godine u više navrata čini ‘usluge‘ u zamjenu za novac, piše Jutarnji list.

Točnije, on je od početka 2023. pa do 8. veljače ove godine u Hrvatskoj, Austriji i Bosni i Hercegovini, pristao na traženje 51-godišnjeg BiH državljanina, otisnuti neovlašteno u putovnicu granične ulazno/izlazne pečate 47-godišnjem, pak, BiH državljaninu. Navedenu putovnicu mu je donosio najstariji među njima u koju je stavljao namještene datume kako bi 47-godišnjaku omogućio da prikaže kako je u određenom periodu bio izvan teritorija Austrije.

Time mu je omogućio regulaciju boravka unutar Schengenskog prostora odnosno izbjegavanje zabrane daljnjeg boravka u tom prostoru, a zauzvrat je policajac dobivao novac. USKOK sumnja da su iznosi od najmanje 200 eura uplaćivani putem Western Uniona bili namijenjeni upravo policajcu kao naknadu za izvršenu uslugu otiskivanja pečata.

- Putovnicu s tako otisnutim graničnim pečatima okrivljeni policajac je predavao 51-godišnjaku koji ju je zatim vraćao drugookrivljenom. I on je s tom putovnicom 8. veljače 2023. pristupio na Stalni granični prijelaz Bajakovo te ju je prilikom granične kontrole predao policijskom službeniku na uvid - kažu iz USKOK-a.

Inače, iz PU vukovarsko-srijemske pak otkrivaju da je policijski službenik 10. veljače 2024. godine rješenjem načelnika Policijske uprave udaljen iz službe te će protiv njega biti podnesen zahtjev za pokretanje disciplinskog postupka zbog teže povrede službene dužnosti, piše Jutarnji list.

Policajac prokockao karijeru zbog 200 eura mita, razlog zbog kojeg je ‘pao‘ posebno je bizaran

Pod lupom USKOK-a našao se 35-godišnji granični policajac te dvojica državljana Bosne i Hercegovine starih 47 i 51 godinu, a protiv kojih je pokrenuta istraga zbog primanja i davanja mita, zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te krivotvorenja isprave.

Da nešto ne štima uočili su djelatnici PU vukovarsko-srijemske koji su otkrili da njihov 35-godišnji kolega, inače zaposlen na Stalnom graničnom prijelazu za međunarodni promet putnika i roba u cestovnom prometu Županja, tijekom prošle godine u više navrata čini ‘usluge‘ u zamjenu za novac, piše Jutarnji list.

Točnije, on je od početka 2023. pa do 8. veljače ove godine u Hrvatskoj, Austriji i Bosni i Hercegovini, pristao na traženje 51-godišnjeg BiH državljanina, otisnuti neovlašteno u putovnicu granične ulazno/izlazne pečate 47-godišnjem, pak, BiH državljaninu. Navedenu putovnicu mu je donosio najstariji među njima u koju je stavljao namještene datume kako bi 47-godišnjaku omogućio da prikaže kako je u određenom periodu bio izvan teritorija Austrije.

Time mu je omogućio regulaciju boravka unutar Schengenskog prostora odnosno izbjegavanje zabrane daljnjeg boravka u tom prostoru, a zauzvrat je policajac dobivao novac. USKOK sumnja da su iznosi od najmanje 200 eura uplaćivani putem Western Uniona bili namijenjeni upravo policajcu kao naknadu za izvršenu uslugu otiskivanja pečata.

- Putovnicu s tako otisnutim graničnim pečatima okrivljeni policajac je predavao 51-godišnjaku koji ju je zatim vraćao drugookrivljenom. I on je s tom putovnicom 8. veljače 2023. pristupio na Stalni granični prijelaz Bajakovo te ju je prilikom granične kontrole predao policijskom službeniku na uvid - kažu iz USKOK-a.

Inače, iz PU vukovarsko-srijemske pak otkrivaju da je policijski službenik 10. veljače 2024. godine rješenjem načelnika Policijske uprave udaljen iz službe te će protiv njega biti podnesen zahtjev za pokretanje disciplinskog postupka zbog teže povrede službene dužnosti, piše Jutarnji list.
