Sad će neko reć‘ vidi ovoga šta pametuje. Ali eto, ovo me uvijek češe, ne znam ni sam zašto. Niti je nešto posebno bitno, ali eto, nek‘ se zna.

Uglavnom, Olimpijada se nikad nije dogodila u Sarajevu. Ovih ćete dana na puno mjesta u raznim medijima pročitati da se početkom veljače slavi 40 godina od sarajevske Olimpijade, ali to se nikad nije dogodilo. 

Priča je ovakva. U antičkoj je Grčkoj olimpijada bilo četverogodišnje razdoblje koje je počinjalo Olimpijskim igrama. Prva Olimpijada je bila između 776. prije Krista. do 772. godine prije Krista.

Tako se nastavilo računati, brojati, odnosno na isti način i nakon obnove, lansiranja modernih Olimpijskih igara. Tako su prve Olimpijske igre održane u Ateni 1986. godine ujedno i Igre prve olimpijade. No, Olimpijske igre u Londonu održane 2012. su Igre 30. olimpijade, ali ‘tek‘ 27. olimpijske igre. Razlog je što se 1916. nisu održale zbog Prvog svjetskog rata (dodijeljene su Berlinu), a 1940. i 1944. su preskočene zbog Drugog svjetskog rata.

Uglavnom, Olimpijada je četverogodišnje razdoblje, a sami događaj se zove - Olimpijske igre. U narodu će to uglavnom biti Olimpijada i ne treba sada svaki put ispravljati ‘čaršiju‘, ali da se zna...

Sad će neko reć‘ vidi ovoga šta pametuje. Ali eto, ovo me uvijek češe, ne znam ni sam zašto. Niti je nešto posebno bitno, ali eto, nek‘ se zna.

Uglavnom, Olimpijada se nikad nije dogodila u Sarajevu. Ovih ćete dana na puno mjesta u raznim medijima pročitati da se početkom veljače slavi 40 godina od sarajevske Olimpijade, ali to se nikad nije dogodilo. 

Priča je ovakva. U antičkoj je Grčkoj olimpijada bilo četverogodišnje razdoblje koje je počinjalo Olimpijskim igrama. Prva Olimpijada je bila između 776. prije Krista. do 772. godine prije Krista.

Tako se nastavilo računati, brojati, odnosno na isti način i nakon obnove, lansiranja modernih Olimpijskih igara. Tako su prve Olimpijske igre održane u Ateni 1986. godine ujedno i Igre prve olimpijade. No, Olimpijske igre u Londonu održane 2012. su Igre 30. olimpijade, ali ‘tek‘ 27. olimpijske igre. Razlog je što se 1916. nisu održale zbog Prvog svjetskog rata (dodijeljene su Berlinu), a 1940. i 1944. su preskočene zbog Drugog svjetskog rata.

Uglavnom, Olimpijada je četverogodišnje razdoblje, a sami događaj se zove - Olimpijske igre. U narodu će to uglavnom biti Olimpijada i ne treba sada svaki put ispravljati ‘čaršiju‘, ali da se zna...
