Premijer Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković u srijedu je obznanio novi ustroj Vlade. Nekoliko je resora objedinjeno tako da će Hrvatska ubuduće imati 16 ministarstava. Jedno od njih biti će i Ministarstvo turizma, mladih i sporta.

Ponovno se u imenu nekog ministarstva spominje riječ – sport (to se posljednji puta dogodilo još 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća). Ima logike da se ''u isti koš'' stave – turizam, mladi i sport, ali ostaje dvojbeno – kako će to zajedno funkcionirati?

Novim ustrojem ukinut je Središnji državni ured za šport, uspostavljen prije četiri godine. Funkciju državne tajnice obnašala je Janica Kostelić da bi ju pri kraju mandata zamijenio Tomislav Družak. Ured je predstavljao nadležno tijelo za razvoj sporta, ali i poticanje tjelesne aktivnosti u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Aktivnost SDUŠ-a u protekle četiri godine konkretizirana je evidentnim rezultatima: ulaganja u sport povećana su s 220 na 420 milijuna kuna, donesen je Nacionalni program sporta za razdoblje 2019-2026, nagrade za vrhunska postignuća povećane su 100%, obnovljeno je ili izgrađeno 25 sportskih objekata, a po prvi puta, uz infrastrukturu sufinancirane su i velike sportske priredbe, iz Europskog socijalnog fonda hrvatski je sport dobio oko 15 milijuna eura, Hrvatska je 2019. postala druga zemlja u EU po projektima koji su sufinancirani iz Erasmus+Sport programa, ulaganja u lokalni sport povećana su s 1,5 na 18 milijuna kuna, uspostavljen je nacionalni informacijski sustav u sportu, osmišljen projekt ''Hrvatska pliva'' za obuku neplivača u cijeloj zemlji...

Sportaši, klubovi, udruge... imali su uglavnom vrlo pozitivna iskustva s djelovanjem Središnjeg državnog ureda za šport. Poglavito se svrsishodna funkcija Ureda ispoljila tijekom koronakrize. Slijedom Vladine odluke o mjeri za očuvanje radnih mjesta ugroženih pandemijom SDUŠ je isplatio 6,7 milijuna kuna za više od tisuću sportskih djelatnika u klubovima, savezima, udrugama... Svaki je sportski subjekt imao pravo za isplatu minimalca (3.250 kn za ožujak, te 4.000 za travanj i svibanj) prijaviti deset djelatnika.

Što znači pojavnost sporta u novom ministarstvu ovoga trenutka možemo tek nagađati (poznato je tek da će novoustavljeni resor voditi Nikolina Brnjac)? Stoga je shvatljiva i zabrinutost sportaša koji su dosadašnjim ustrojem bili uglavnom zadovoljni.

- Središnji državni ured za šport se ukida, ali u novom ministarstvu, osoba koja bi vodila odjel sporta bila bi državni tajnik. Ne mora nova situacija značiti ništa loše. Uostalom, i osobno sam se prije 4-5 godina zalagao za spajanje turizma i sporta, jer ima poveznica. Smatram najvažnijim pitanjem – tko će biti čelna osoba za sektor sporta, odnosno državni tajnik – očitovao se Tomislav Družak, dosadašnji obnašatelj dužnosti državnog tajnika.

Premijer Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković u srijedu je obznanio novi ustroj Vlade. Nekoliko je resora objedinjeno tako da će Hrvatska ubuduće imati 16 ministarstava. Jedno od njih biti će i Ministarstvo turizma, mladih i sporta.

Ponovno se u imenu nekog ministarstva spominje riječ – sport (to se posljednji puta dogodilo još 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća). Ima logike da se ''u isti koš'' stave – turizam, mladi i sport, ali ostaje dvojbeno – kako će to zajedno funkcionirati?

Novim ustrojem ukinut je Središnji državni ured za šport, uspostavljen prije četiri godine. Funkciju državne tajnice obnašala je Janica Kostelić da bi ju pri kraju mandata zamijenio Tomislav Družak. Ured je predstavljao nadležno tijelo za razvoj sporta, ali i poticanje tjelesne aktivnosti u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Aktivnost SDUŠ-a u protekle četiri godine konkretizirana je evidentnim rezultatima: ulaganja u sport povećana su s 220 na 420 milijuna kuna, donesen je Nacionalni program sporta za razdoblje 2019-2026, nagrade za vrhunska postignuća povećane su 100%, obnovljeno je ili izgrađeno 25 sportskih objekata, a po prvi puta, uz infrastrukturu sufinancirane su i velike sportske priredbe, iz Europskog socijalnog fonda hrvatski je sport dobio oko 15 milijuna eura, Hrvatska je 2019. postala druga zemlja u EU po projektima koji su sufinancirani iz Erasmus+Sport programa, ulaganja u lokalni sport povećana su s 1,5 na 18 milijuna kuna, uspostavljen je nacionalni informacijski sustav u sportu, osmišljen projekt ''Hrvatska pliva'' za obuku neplivača u cijeloj zemlji...

Sportaši, klubovi, udruge... imali su uglavnom vrlo pozitivna iskustva s djelovanjem Središnjeg državnog ureda za šport. Poglavito se svrsishodna funkcija Ureda ispoljila tijekom koronakrize. Slijedom Vladine odluke o mjeri za očuvanje radnih mjesta ugroženih pandemijom SDUŠ je isplatio 6,7 milijuna kuna za više od tisuću sportskih djelatnika u klubovima, savezima, udrugama... Svaki je sportski subjekt imao pravo za isplatu minimalca (3.250 kn za ožujak, te 4.000 za travanj i svibanj) prijaviti deset djelatnika.

Što znači pojavnost sporta u novom ministarstvu ovoga trenutka možemo tek nagađati (poznato je tek da će novoustavljeni resor voditi Nikolina Brnjac)? Stoga je shvatljiva i zabrinutost sportaša koji su dosadašnjim ustrojem bili uglavnom zadovoljni.

- Središnji državni ured za šport se ukida, ali u novom ministarstvu, osoba koja bi vodila odjel sporta bila bi državni tajnik. Ne mora nova situacija značiti ništa loše. Uostalom, i osobno sam se prije 4-5 godina zalagao za spajanje turizma i sporta, jer ima poveznica. Smatram najvažnijim pitanjem – tko će biti čelna osoba za sektor sporta, odnosno državni tajnik – očitovao se Tomislav Družak, dosadašnji obnašatelj dužnosti državnog tajnika.

Premijer Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković u srijedu je obznanio novi ustroj Vlade. Nekoliko je resora objedinjeno tako da će Hrvatska ubuduće imati 16 ministarstava. Jedno od njih biti će i Ministarstvo turizma, mladih i sporta.

Ponovno se u imenu nekog ministarstva spominje riječ – sport (to se posljednji puta dogodilo još 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća). Ima logike da se ''u isti koš'' stave – turizam, mladi i sport, ali ostaje dvojbeno – kako će to zajedno funkcionirati?

Novim ustrojem ukinut je Središnji državni ured za šport, uspostavljen prije četiri godine. Funkciju državne tajnice obnašala je Janica Kostelić da bi ju pri kraju mandata zamijenio Tomislav Družak. Ured je predstavljao nadležno tijelo za razvoj sporta, ali i poticanje tjelesne aktivnosti u...
