Atletičari iz Brazila, Ekvadora, Perua i Portugala bit će češće testirani uoči Olimpijskih igara u Parizu, zbog toga što su u njihovim zemljama testiranja ispod standara antidoping programa, objavila je Jedinica za integritet atletike (AIU).

AIU je u priopćenju objavio kako te četiri zemlje nisu poslušale upozorenja nakon Svjetskog prvenstva u Eugeneu 2022. godine, kako bi poboljšale testiranja uoči SP-a 2023. godine u Budimpešti.

"Sve četiri države nisu osigurale proporcionalno testiranje izvan natjecanja za njihove atletičare," navodi se.

Poboljšanim testiranjem bit će obuhvaćeni atletičari iz tih zemalja koji nisu među 10 najbolje rangiranih u svojim disciplinama. Elitni natjecatelji su na meti AIU kao vjerojatni osvajači medalja na velikim natjecanjima.

"U ovoj olimpijskoj godini, vjerujemo da će ovo biti podsjetnik svim savezima članicama da su AIU i Svjetska atletika izuzetno ozbiljne u borbi za osiguranje jednakih uvjeta za sve sportaše," kazao je predsjednik AIU David Howman.

Nakon SP-a 2022. upozorene su i Češka i Novi Zeland na svoje antidoping programe, ali ih je AIU danas pohvalila da su drastično poboljšale svoja testiranja

Atletičari iz Brazila, Ekvadora, Perua i Portugala bit će češće testirani uoči Olimpijskih igara u Parizu, zbog toga što su u njihovim zemljama testiranja ispod standara antidoping programa, objavila je Jedinica za integritet atletike (AIU).

AIU je u priopćenju objavio kako te četiri zemlje nisu poslušale upozorenja nakon Svjetskog prvenstva u Eugeneu 2022. godine, kako bi poboljšale testiranja uoči SP-a 2023. godine u Budimpešti.

"Sve četiri države nisu osigurale proporcionalno testiranje izvan natjecanja za njihove atletičare," navodi se.

Poboljšanim testiranjem bit će obuhvaćeni atletičari iz tih zemalja koji nisu među 10 najbolje rangiranih u svojim disciplinama. Elitni natjecatelji su na meti AIU kao vjerojatni osvajači medalja na velikim natjecanjima.

"U ovoj olimpijskoj godini, vjerujemo da će ovo biti podsjetnik svim savezima članicama da su AIU i Svjetska atletika izuzetno ozbiljne u borbi za osiguranje jednakih uvjeta za sve sportaše," kazao je predsjednik AIU David Howman.

Nakon SP-a 2022. upozorene su i Češka i Novi Zeland na svoje antidoping programe, ali ih je AIU danas pohvalila da su drastično poboljšale svoja testiranja

Atletičari iz Brazila, Ekvadora, Perua i Portugala bit će češće testirani uoči Olimpijskih igara u Parizu, zbog toga što su u njihovim zemljama testiranja ispod standara antidoping programa, objavila je Jedinica za integritet atletike (AIU).

AIU je u priopćenju objavio kako te četiri zemlje nisu poslušale upozorenja nakon Svjetskog prvenstva u Eugeneu 2022. godine, kako bi poboljšale testiranja uoči SP-a 2023. godine u Budimpešti.

"Sve četiri države nisu osigurale proporcionalno testiranje izvan natjecanja za njihove atletičare," navodi se.

Poboljšanim testiranjem bit će obuhvaćeni atletičari iz tih zemalja koji nisu među 10 najbolje rangiranih u svojim disciplinama. Elitni natjecatelji su na meti AIU kao vjerojatni osvajači medalja na velikim natjecanjima.

"U ovoj olimpijskoj godini, vjerujemo da će ovo biti podsjetnik svim savezima članicama da su AIU i Svjetska atletika izuzetno ozbiljne u borbi za osiguranje jednakih uvjeta za sve sportaše," kazao je predsjednik AIU David Howman.

Nakon SP-a 2022. upozorene su i Češka i Novi Zeland na svoje antidoping programe, ali ih je AIU danas pohvalila da su drastično poboljšale svoja testiranja
