Nakon što smo objavili članak o "podstanarima iz pakla" na Dragovodama koji su, prema navodima M.P., vlasnika stana ostavili prostor u groznom stanju, javila nam se obitelj prozvanih podstanara sa svojom stranom priče.
Splićanin podignuo cijenu najma, podstanari mu demolirali stan: ‘Pokrali stvari, zapalili mi parket...‘
- Poštovani, ovim putem bih se prije svega ispričao u svoje ime i ime svoje žene! Naime, prozvani smo kao "podstanari iz pakla"! Imam potrebu demantirati kompletan članak koji je moj bivši gazda ovdje u grupi priložio!
Pet godina smo bili podstanari uredno plaćali režije, održavali stan. Sve je bilo uredu dok gospodin M.P. nije povisio najamninu s 400 na na 460 eurau vrijeme korone, kad zakonski nije smio podići najamninu, pa onda na 500 eura peti misec, 600 šesti misec, a od sedmog mjeseca bi nam bilo 700 eura i onda bi to bilo fiksno.
Da ne govorim o tome kako smo pet godina kod njega bili podstanar, a nije nas niti prijavio, jer "neće on državi plaćati ništa". Naravno da ja kao otac troje dice nisam to mogao plaćati niti bih plaćao. Pogotovo ne na Dragovodama!

Stan sam snimio pri ulasku i izlasku. Sve što se pokvarilo u stanu M.P. kao gazda trebao je kupiti ili popraviti, na njegov zahtjev rekao je: "Kupite i kad budete otišli ća nosite!" Tako je i bilo. Sreća za mene, sačuvao sam sve poruke i račune.
Nadalje, gospodin navodi da vojna i civilna policija ne rade svoj posao. Dapače! Rade i više nego dovoljno jer su odradili svoj posao i dokazali da sam čistog obraza, da ništa nisam uništio niti ukrao, da sve što sam odnio je moje!
Da ne govorim o porukama prijetećim koje sam dobio od strane M.P! Na ništa nisam htio reagirati jer je gospodin u invalidskim kolicima, ali s obzirom da njegovo maltretiranje bez argumenata i dalje traje, kao i neosnovano javno blaćenje, morao sam poduzeti pravne mjere. Jer smatram da bolest i pohlepa nemaju veze jedno s drugim.

Ispričavam se još jednom svim prijateljima i poznanicima, kao i svim susjedima koji su se doveli u situaciju da osjete potrebu da nam pruže potporu. Žao mi je što se ovdje javno moram branit ni kriv ni dužan, ali drago mi je jer postoje institucije koje su odradile svoj posao a isto tako koje će odradit svoj posao.
Od kad je izišao članak u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji", cijela moja obitelj a pogotovo 17- godišnja kćer, prolazimo kroz težak period, jer ni krivi ni dužni moramo se javno braniti čistog obraza. Jer, nažalost, ova agonija ne staje ni na vojnoj ni na civilnoj policiji. Ispričavam se još jednom zbog neugodnosti - naveli su podstanari A.S. i G.S.

Nakon što smo objavili članak o "podstanarima iz pakla" na Dragovodama koji su, prema navodima M.P., vlasnika stana ostavili prostor u groznom stanju, javila nam se obitelj prozvanih podstanara sa svojom stranom priče.
Splićanin podignuo cijenu najma, podstanari mu demolirali stan: ‘Pokrali stvari, zapalili mi parket...‘
- Poštovani, ovim putem bih se prije svega ispričao u svoje ime i ime svoje žene! Naime, prozvani smo kao "podstanari iz pakla"! Imam potrebu demantirati kompletan članak koji je moj bivši gazda ovdje u grupi priložio!
Pet godina smo bili podstanari uredno plaćali režije, održavali stan. Sve je bilo uredu dok gospodin M.P. nije povisio najamninu s 400 na na 460 eurau vrijeme korone, kad zakonski nije smio podići najamninu, pa onda na 500 eura peti misec, 600 šesti misec, a od sedmog mjeseca bi nam bilo 700 eura i onda bi to bilo fiksno.
Da ne govorim o tome kako smo pet godina kod njega bili podstanar, a nije nas niti prijavio, jer "neće on državi plaćati ništa". Naravno da ja kao otac troje dice nisam to mogao plaćati niti bih plaćao. Pogotovo ne na Dragovodama!

Stan sam snimio pri ulasku i izlasku. Sve što se pokvarilo u stanu M.P. kao gazda trebao je kupiti ili popraviti, na njegov zahtjev rekao je: "Kupite i kad budete otišli ća nosite!" Tako je i bilo. Sreća za mene, sačuvao sam sve poruke i račune.
Nadalje, gospodin navodi da vojna i civilna policija ne rade svoj posao. Dapače! Rade i više nego dovoljno jer su odradili svoj posao i dokazali da sam čistog obraza, da ništa nisam uništio niti ukrao, da sve što sam odnio je moje!
Da ne govorim o porukama prijetećim koje sam dobio od strane M.P! Na ništa nisam htio reagirati jer je gospodin u invalidskim kolicima, ali s obzirom da njegovo maltretiranje bez argumenata i dalje traje, kao i neosnovano javno blaćenje, morao sam poduzeti pravne mjere. Jer smatram da bolest i pohlepa nemaju veze jedno s drugim.

Ispričavam se još jednom svim prijateljima i poznanicima, kao i svim susjedima koji su se doveli u situaciju da osjete potrebu da nam pruže potporu. Žao mi je što se ovdje javno moram branit ni kriv ni dužan, ali drago mi je jer postoje institucije koje su odradile svoj posao a isto tako koje će odradit svoj posao.
Od kad je izišao članak u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji", cijela moja obitelj a pogotovo 17- godišnja kćer, prolazimo kroz težak period, jer ni krivi ni dužni moramo se javno braniti čistog obraza. Jer, nažalost, ova agonija ne staje ni na vojnoj ni na civilnoj policiji. Ispričavam se još jednom zbog neugodnosti - naveli su podstanari A.S. i G.S.
