Sklonite se sa sunca, potražite hlad i svakako uvedite 'poslijepodnevni odmor' u dnevnu rutinu kad god je to moguće: Kad nastupe najtopliji ljetni dani, najbolje je oponašati način života ljudi iz mediteranskih zemalja, kažu njemački liječnici. 

"Čim primijetite da sunčeve zrake ulaze u prostorije vašeg stana ili kuće, odmah spustite rolete. U dijelovima stana koji se nalaze s 'hladne strane', u koje sunce ne udara izravno, podignite rolete, otvorite prozore i pustite svježi zrak unutra", kaže njemački liječnik Michael Fink te dodaje da je riječ je o "unutarnjem i vanjskom hlađenju, osobito kada se temperatura danima ne spušta ispod 38 Celzijevih stupnjeva".

Svakodnevni poslijepodnevni odmor još je jedna navika po kojoj mediteranski ritam života odudara od sjevernjačkog.

Popodnevna siesta praktičan je način izbjegavanja najgorih dnevnih vrućina, no to nije jedina njegova dobrobit. Veliko istraživanje provedeno svojedobno u Grčkoj pokazalo je da je u osoba koje svako popodne odrijemaju, mogućnost za smrtnost od srčanih bolesti niža za 37 posto, a kod onih koje odrijemaju povremeno, za 12 posto.

Pandemija je za većinu stanovnika središnje i sjeverne Europe otežala odlazak do jezera ili javnog bazena da bi se ondje rashladili, no ako potopite stopala u lavoru s hladnom vodom ili na čelo stavite vlažnu krpu, bar djelomično ćete se uspjeti rashladiti, kaže Fink.

Dodaje da je jednako važno voditi računa o tomu da u organizam tijekom dana unosite dovoljno vode ili druge tekućine.
Starije će osobe možda zaboraviti piti tekućinu, jer u tolikoj mjeri ne osjećaju žeđ, pa ih je potrebno na to podsjetiti. A svi oni koji su primorani raditi vani i provoditi dane na vrućini, poput radnika koji popravljaju prometnice ili tramvajske trečnice, moraju stalno voditi računa o tomu da piju puno tekućine.

I mladi se moraju paziti vrućine i unositi dovoljno tekućine u organizam, napominje Fink. Fizičku aktivnost i sportove na otvorenom treba izbjegavati u najtoplijem dijelu dana te ih upražnjavati rano ujutro ili kasnije navečer, najbolje u nekom sjenovitom dijelu.

Sklonite se sa sunca, potražite hlad i svakako uvedite 'poslijepodnevni odmor' u dnevnu rutinu kad god je to moguće: Kad nastupe najtopliji ljetni dani, najbolje je oponašati način života ljudi iz mediteranskih zemalja, kažu njemački liječnici. 

"Čim primijetite da sunčeve zrake ulaze u prostorije vašeg stana ili kuće, odmah spustite rolete. U dijelovima stana koji se nalaze s 'hladne strane', u koje sunce ne udara izravno, podignite rolete, otvorite prozore i pustite svježi zrak unutra", kaže njemački liječnik Michael Fink te dodaje da je riječ je o "unutarnjem i vanjskom hlađenju, osobito kada se temperatura danima ne spušta ispod 38 Celzijevih stupnjeva".

Svakodnevni poslijepodnevni odmor još je jedna navika po kojoj mediteranski ritam života odudara od sjevernjačkog.

Popodnevna siesta praktičan je način izbjegavanja najgorih dnevnih vrućina, no to nije jedina njegova dobrobit. Veliko istraživanje provedeno svojedobno u Grčkoj pokazalo je da je u osoba koje svako popodne odrijemaju, mogućnost za smrtnost od srčanih bolesti niža za 37 posto, a kod onih koje odrijemaju povremeno, za 12 posto.

Pandemija je za većinu stanovnika središnje i sjeverne Europe otežala odlazak do jezera ili javnog bazena da bi se ondje rashladili, no ako potopite stopala u lavoru s hladnom vodom ili na čelo stavite vlažnu krpu, bar djelomično ćete se uspjeti rashladiti, kaže Fink.

Dodaje da je jednako važno voditi računa o tomu da u organizam tijekom dana unosite dovoljno vode ili druge tekućine.
Starije će osobe možda zaboraviti piti tekućinu, jer u tolikoj mjeri ne osjećaju žeđ, pa ih je potrebno na to podsjetiti. A svi oni koji su primorani raditi vani i provoditi dane na vrućini, poput radnika koji popravljaju prometnice ili tramvajske trečnice, moraju stalno voditi računa o tomu da piju puno tekućine.

I mladi se moraju paziti vrućine i unositi dovoljno tekućine u organizam, napominje Fink. Fizičku aktivnost i sportove na otvorenom treba izbjegavati u najtoplijem dijelu dana te ih upražnjavati rano ujutro ili kasnije navečer, najbolje u nekom sjenovitom dijelu.

Sklonite se sa sunca, potražite hlad i svakako uvedite 'poslijepodnevni odmor' u dnevnu rutinu kad god je to moguće: Kad nastupe najtopliji ljetni dani, najbolje je oponašati način života ljudi iz mediteranskih zemalja, kažu njemački liječnici. 

"Čim primijetite da sunčeve zrake ulaze u prostorije vašeg stana ili kuće, odmah spustite rolete. U dijelovima stana koji se nalaze s 'hladne strane', u koje sunce ne udara izravno, podignite rolete, otvorite prozore i pustite svježi zrak unutra", kaže njemački liječnik Michael Fink te dodaje da je riječ je o "unutarnjem i vanjskom hlađenju, osobito kada se temperatura danima ne spušta ispod 38 Celzijevih stupnjeva".
