Dok nas smrt na rastavi, riječi su kojima se mnogi parovi obvezuju na partnerstvo do kraja života. I nitko od njih ne ulazi u brak misleći da će se razvesti. No, nažalost, bez obzira na to s koliko ljubavi parovi uđu u brak, veze se pokvare i parovi razvedu. Intrigantna nova studija o ljudima koji su se nedavno rastali pobliže je pogledala neke od tih razloga, rasvijetlivši najčešće faktore koji su utjecali na to.
Studija objavljena u časopisu Journal of Sex & Martial Therapy ispitala je 2.371 razvedenu osobu, tražeći od njih da odaberu više od jednog razloga za razlaz. Ovo su najčešći odgovori.
1. Nedostatak ljubavi ili intimnosti
Najčešći odgovor, kojeg je dalo 47% sudionika, bio je nedostatak ljubavi ili intimnosti. Bilo zato što se jedan odljubio ili su oba partnera prestala osjećati ljubav.
2. Komunikacijski problemi
Brojni stručnjaci i terapeuti navode da je ovo veliki problem koji u konačnici može završiti razvodom. Međutim, 44% sudionika istaknulo je kako je razvod bio posljedica komunikacijskih problema, što ga čini drugim najčešćim problemom. Znanstvenici su objasnili da bi to moglo značiti da svaki supružnik ima drugačiji stil komunikacije ili da je jedan manje komunicirao od drugog.
3. Nedostatak simpatije, poštovanja i povjerenja
Treći najčešći razlog bio je nedostatak simpatije, poštovanja i povjerenja, a odabralo ga je 34% sudionika ovog istraživanja.
4. Udaljenost
Brojni supružnici, njih čak 32%, otkrili su se kako su s vremenom udaljili. Znanstvenici su utvrdili da bi to moglo značiti da je svaki supružnik razvio različite vrijednosti ili da su htjeli učiniti nešto drugo sa svojim životima što nisu planirali kad su stupali u brak.
Što istraživači misle o tim odgovorima?
Stručnjaci za odnose uočili su kako su tijekom godina sudionici istraživanja promijenili svoje odgovore navodeći emocionalne i osobne razloge, dok su razlozi zbog kojih su se ljudi razvodili nekad prije obično bili zasnovani na ponašanju supružnika.
- Četiri najčešće navedena razloga ispitanika u našoj studiji odražavaju romantične, emocionalne i međuljudske aspekte bivše veze. U skladu s tim, može se zaključiti da ovi nalazi podržavaju novije rezultate istraživanja da su ponašanja, poput nasilja i ovisnosti, s vremenom opali, dok su se psihološki i emocionalni razlozi razvoda povećali - navode istraživači.
Drugim riječima, živimo u eri u kojoj je osobno zadovoljstvo važno, a ako nas brak ne zadovoljava jer ne osjećamo da nas partner cijeni ili je nestalo romantike i ljubavi, razvod je postao prihvatljiva opcija.
Koji znakovi pokazuju da bi se ti problemi mogli pojaviti u vašem odnosu?
- Ako niste zadovoljni, imate manje strpljenja prema partneru ili primijetite značajne promjene u odnosu, obratite pažnju – to bi mogle biti crvene zastavice - rekla je Rachel Needle, direktorica Instituta za suvremenu seksualnu terapiju na Floridi.
Drugi znakovi upozorenja uključuju - manje nježnosti, manje ljubaznosti jednog prema drugom, provođenje manje vremena zajedno, međusobno se ograđujete ili pretpostavljate najgore o svom partneru - objašnjava Needle.
Kako biste spriječili ove probleme - provedite najmanje 10 minuta dnevno povezujući se. To ne znači razgovarati o poslu ili djeci, već se radi o nastavku međusobnog upoznavanja, razmjeni osjećaja ili iskustava ili samo o prisutnosti - objašnjava Needle.
Također, ona savjetuje, možete zakazati mjesečni razgovor sa svojim partnerom.
- Tijekom takvih razgovora možete pričati o tome kako se osjećate u vezi, što bi vam moglo zatrebati od partnera i podijeliti stvari koje cijenite u vezi s njima - rekla je Needle. Cilj je da se oba supružnika osjećaju saslušanima i cijenjenima, što zauzvrat održava brak zadovoljavajućim i ispunjenim.

Dok nas smrt na rastavi, riječi su kojima se mnogi parovi obvezuju na partnerstvo do kraja života. I nitko od njih ne ulazi u brak misleći da će se razvesti. No, nažalost, bez obzira na to s koliko ljubavi parovi uđu u brak, veze se pokvare i parovi razvedu. Intrigantna nova studija o ljudima koji su se nedavno rastali pobliže je pogledala neke od tih razloga, rasvijetlivši najčešće faktore koji su utjecali na to.
Studija objavljena u časopisu Journal of Sex & Martial Therapy ispitala je 2.371 razvedenu osobu, tražeći od njih da odaberu više od jednog razloga za razlaz. Ovo su najčešći odgovori.
1. Nedostatak ljubavi ili intimnosti
Najčešći odgovor, kojeg je dalo 47% sudionika, bio je nedostatak ljubavi ili intimnosti. Bilo zato što se jedan odljubio ili su oba partnera prestala osjećati ljubav.
2. Komunikacijski problemi
Brojni stručnjaci i terapeuti navode da je ovo veliki problem koji u konačnici može završiti razvodom. Međutim, 44% sudionika istaknulo je kako je razvod bio posljedica komunikacijskih problema, što ga čini drugim najčešćim problemom. Znanstvenici su objasnili da bi to moglo značiti da svaki supružnik ima drugačiji stil komunikacije ili da je jedan manje komunicirao od drugog.
3. Nedostatak simpatije, poštovanja i povjerenja
Treći najčešći razlog bio je nedostatak simpatije, poštovanja i povjerenja, a odabralo ga je 34% sudionika ovog istraživanja.
4. Udaljenost
Brojni supružnici, njih čak 32%, otkrili su se kako su s vremenom udaljili. Znanstvenici su utvrdili da bi to moglo značiti da je svaki supružnik razvio različite vrijednosti ili da su htjeli učiniti nešto drugo sa svojim životima što nisu planirali kad su stupali u brak.
Što istraživači misle o tim odgovorima?
Stručnjaci za odnose uočili su kako su tijekom godina sudionici istraživanja promijenili svoje odgovore navodeći emocionalne i osobne razloge, dok su razlozi zbog kojih su se ljudi razvodili nekad prije obično bili zasnovani na ponašanju supružnika.
- Četiri najčešće navedena razloga ispitanika u našoj studiji odražavaju romantične, emocionalne i međuljudske aspekte bivše veze. U skladu s tim, može se zaključiti da ovi nalazi podržavaju novije rezultate istraživanja da su ponašanja, poput nasilja i ovisnosti, s vremenom opali, dok su se psihološki i emocionalni razlozi razvoda povećali - navode istraživači.
Drugim riječima, živimo u eri u kojoj je osobno zadovoljstvo važno, a ako nas brak ne zadovoljava jer ne osjećamo da nas partner cijeni ili je nestalo romantike i ljubavi, razvod je postao prihvatljiva opcija.
Koji znakovi pokazuju da bi se ti problemi mogli pojaviti u vašem odnosu?
- Ako niste zadovoljni, imate manje strpljenja prema partneru ili primijetite značajne promjene u odnosu, obratite pažnju – to bi mogle biti crvene zastavice - rekla je Rachel Needle, direktorica Instituta za suvremenu seksualnu terapiju na Floridi.
Drugi znakovi upozorenja uključuju - manje nježnosti, manje ljubaznosti jednog prema drugom, provođenje manje vremena zajedno, međusobno se ograđujete ili pretpostavljate najgore o svom partneru - objašnjava Needle.
Kako biste spriječili ove probleme - provedite najmanje 10 minuta dnevno povezujući se. To ne znači razgovarati o poslu ili djeci, već se radi o nastavku međusobnog upoznavanja, razmjeni osjećaja ili iskustava ili samo o prisutnosti - objašnjava Needle.
Također, ona savjetuje, možete zakazati mjesečni razgovor sa svojim partnerom.
- Tijekom takvih razgovora možete pričati o tome kako se osjećate u vezi, što bi vam moglo zatrebati od partnera i podijeliti stvari koje cijenite u vezi s njima - rekla je Needle. Cilj je da se oba supružnika osjećaju saslušanima i cijenjenima, što zauzvrat održava brak zadovoljavajućim i ispunjenim.
