Alzheimer je progresivna bolest mozga karakterizirana gubitkom pamćenja, sposobnosti rasuđivanja i promjenama osobnosti. Osim što se radi o vodećem javnozdravstvenom problemu, ovaj poremećaj predstavlja najčešći oblik demencije koji zahtjeva pravodobno prepoznavanje i liječenje.

Spavanje u određenom položaju smanjuje rizik od demencije i Alzheimerove bolesti, pokazalo je najnovije istraživanje, piše Index. Kako donosi New York Post, ovo otkriće moglo bi biti značajno u daljnjem dijagnosticiranju, ali i prevenciji ovog progresivnog stanja.

-Utvrđeno je da je spavanje na boku najkorisniji položaj za mozak te mu pomaže da očisti intersticijski otpad brže od drugih položaja. To dovodi do višestrukih prednosti, uključujući potencijalno smanjenje rizika od razvoja neuroloških bolesti kao što su Parkinsonova ili Alzheimerova bolest, objašnjava stručnjak za spavanje Narwan Amini.

Spavanje na boku općenito se smatra najzdravijim zato što taj položaj pruža dobru potporu vašoj kralježnici, a istovremeno smanjuje refluks kiseline.

Alzheimer je progresivna bolest mozga karakterizirana gubitkom pamćenja, sposobnosti rasuđivanja i promjenama osobnosti. Osim što se radi o vodećem javnozdravstvenom problemu, ovaj poremećaj predstavlja najčešći oblik demencije koji zahtjeva pravodobno prepoznavanje i liječenje.

Spavanje u određenom položaju smanjuje rizik od demencije i Alzheimerove bolesti, pokazalo je najnovije istraživanje, piše Index. Kako donosi New York Post, ovo otkriće moglo bi biti značajno u daljnjem dijagnosticiranju, ali i prevenciji ovog progresivnog stanja.

-Utvrđeno je da je spavanje na boku najkorisniji položaj za mozak te mu pomaže da očisti intersticijski otpad brže od drugih položaja. To dovodi do višestrukih prednosti, uključujući potencijalno smanjenje rizika od razvoja neuroloških bolesti kao što su Parkinsonova ili Alzheimerova bolest, objašnjava stručnjak za spavanje Narwan Amini.

Spavanje na boku općenito se smatra najzdravijim zato što taj položaj pruža dobru potporu vašoj kralježnici, a istovremeno smanjuje refluks kiseline.

Alzheimer je progresivna bolest mozga karakterizirana gubitkom pamćenja, sposobnosti rasuđivanja i promjenama osobnosti. Osim što se radi o vodećem javnozdravstvenom problemu, ovaj poremećaj predstavlja najčešći oblik demencije koji zahtjeva pravodobno prepoznavanje i liječenje.

Spavanje u određenom položaju smanjuje rizik od demencije i Alzheimerove bolesti, pokazalo je najnovije istraživanje, piše Index. Kako donosi New York Post, ovo otkriće moglo bi biti značajno u daljnjem dijagnosticiranju, ali i prevenciji ovog progresivnog stanja.
