Često za neko jelo kažemo da je tako meko da se topi u ustima, no jedna vrsta keksa apsolutno zaslužuje taj opis i to u tolikoj mjeri da im je naziv "meltaway cookies". Ako ste ljubitelj upravo takvih keksića, ovo je recept koji morate isprobati - dodatni plus mu je što ne sadrži brašno ni jaja pa je idealan za alergičare. Brašno je zamijenjenjo kukuruznim škrobom - škodi li vam i to, pokušajte s tapiokinim ili pronađite krumpirov - dok bogat okus duguju limunu. 

Mekani keksići s limunom

Sastojci

55 g maslaca
60 ml zaslađenog kondenziranog mlijeka
120 g  kukuruznog škroba
1 limun

Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 175°C, a lim obložite papirom za pečenje.

Izmiksajte omekšali maslac i kondenzirano mlijeko, dodajte 110 grama kukuruznog škroba (ostatak će vam možda trebati poslije) i miješajte dok ne dobijete mekano tijesto. Ako vam je tijesto previše ljepljivo, dodajte još 1 žlicu kukuruznog škroba, pa promiješajte. Po potrebi dodajte još malo, ali pazite da tijesto ostane jako mekano, no ne i previše ljepljivo: možete li među dlanovima oblikovati kuglicu, dobro je.

Uz pomoć žličice za kekse stavljajte smjesu na lim, ako je nemate, rukama oblikujte kuglice pa ih lagano pritisnite kad ih stavite na lim. Između keksića ostavite dovoljno razmaka jer će se raširiti za vrijeme pečenja.

Pecite kolačiće oko 13-15 minuta ili dok se ne napuhnu i rubovi im tek počnu rumeniti. Po želji ih možete posuti šećerom u prahu.

Često za neko jelo kažemo da je tako meko da se topi u ustima, no jedna vrsta keksa apsolutno zaslužuje taj opis i to u tolikoj mjeri da im je naziv "meltaway cookies". Ako ste ljubitelj upravo takvih keksića, ovo je recept koji morate isprobati - dodatni plus mu je što ne sadrži brašno ni jaja pa je idealan za alergičare. Brašno je zamijenjenjo kukuruznim škrobom - škodi li vam i to, pokušajte s tapiokinim ili pronađite krumpirov - dok bogat okus duguju limunu. 

Mekani keksići s limunom

Sastojci

55 g maslaca
60 ml zaslađenog kondenziranog mlijeka
120 g  kukuruznog škroba
1 limun

Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 175°C, a lim obložite papirom za pečenje.

Izmiksajte omekšali maslac i kondenzirano mlijeko, dodajte 110 grama kukuruznog škroba (ostatak će vam možda trebati poslije) i miješajte dok ne dobijete mekano tijesto. Ako vam je tijesto previše ljepljivo, dodajte još 1 žlicu kukuruznog škroba, pa promiješajte. Po potrebi dodajte još malo, ali pazite da tijesto ostane jako mekano, no ne i previše ljepljivo: možete li među dlanovima oblikovati kuglicu, dobro je.

Uz pomoć žličice za kekse stavljajte smjesu na lim, ako je nemate, rukama oblikujte kuglice pa ih lagano pritisnite kad ih stavite na lim. Između keksića ostavite dovoljno razmaka jer će se raširiti za vrijeme pečenja.

Pecite kolačiće oko 13-15 minuta ili dok se ne napuhnu i rubovi im tek počnu rumeniti. Po želji ih možete posuti šećerom u prahu.

Često za neko jelo kažemo da je tako meko da se topi u ustima, no jedna vrsta keksa apsolutno zaslužuje taj opis i to u tolikoj mjeri da im je naziv "meltaway cookies". Ako ste ljubitelj upravo takvih keksića, ovo je recept koji morate isprobati - dodatni plus mu je što ne sadrži brašno ni jaja pa je idealan za alergičare. Brašno je zamijenjenjo kukuruznim škrobom - škodi li vam i to, pokušajte s tapiokinim ili pronađite krumpirov - dok bogat okus duguju limunu. 

Mekani keksići s limunom

Sastojci

55 g maslaca
60 ml zaslađenog kondenziranog mlijeka
120 g  kukuruznog škroba
1 limun

Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 175°C, a lim obložite papirom za pečenje.
