Mnogi će uvijek prednost dati kukuruznom kruhu pred onim običnim, bijelim, pšeničnim, a nakon što isprobate naš recept za domaći kukuruzni kruh, i sami ćete im se prikloniti. Uostalom, isplati se - pekući domaći kruh možeze poprilično uštedjeti.

A evo vam i ovaj podatak, umjesto dodatnog nagovaranja: ako niste znali, kukuruzni je kruh na glasu kao zaštitnik zdravlja krvožilnog i probavnog sustava. Ma, čakajte samo dok vam cijela kuća po njemu ne zamiriše, peći ćete ga bar dva puta tjedno. Češće ni ne morate, jer se puno bolje drži od klasičnog pšeničnog pa će vam biti svjež barem 3-4 dana. 

Kako je čisti kukuruzni kruh poprilično specifičan po pitanju teksture, u ovaj je recept uključeno i pirovo brašno, zahvaljujući kojem će kruh imati strukturu nešto sličniju bijelome - ali unatoč tome imat će sve blagodati kukuruznog. Ako vam pšenica nije problematična za probavu, umjesto pirovog brašna možete koristiti i obično bijelo brašno.

Domaći kukuruzni kruh

Sastojci:

400 g kukuruznog brašna 
200 g pirovog brašna
1 vrećica kvasca
1/4 vrećice praška za pecivo
1 žličica šećera
300 ml mlijeka
200 ml vode
15 ml ulja
2,5 žličice soli

Postupak:

Pomiješajte kvasac, šećer i mlako mlijeko pa pustite da naraste. 

U prikladnoj zdjeli pomiješajte obje vrste brašna, sol i prašak za pecivo pa im dodajte smjesu s kvascem, vodu i ulje pa zamijesite tijesto.Pustite tijesto da se diže dok se ne udvostruči, a ako želite bolju probavljivost obavite taj proces u hladnjaku, preko noći.

Kad se tijesto dovoljno diglo, premijesite ga i oblikujte štrucu ili ga ubacite u posudu za pečenje, kako vam je draže. Pustite ga da se diže još oko 45 minuta pa ga pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 190 stupnjeva oko 40 minuta, odnosno dok ne dobije lijepu koricu i boju. Vrući kruh po želji premažite kockicom maslaca za još bolji okus i miris.

Mnogi će uvijek prednost dati kukuruznom kruhu pred onim običnim, bijelim, pšeničnim, a nakon što isprobate naš recept za domaći kukuruzni kruh, i sami ćete im se prikloniti. Uostalom, isplati se - pekući domaći kruh možeze poprilično uštedjeti.

A evo vam i ovaj podatak, umjesto dodatnog nagovaranja: ako niste znali, kukuruzni je kruh na glasu kao zaštitnik zdravlja krvožilnog i probavnog sustava. Ma, čakajte samo dok vam cijela kuća po njemu ne zamiriše, peći ćete ga bar dva puta tjedno. Češće ni ne morate, jer se puno bolje drži od klasičnog pšeničnog pa će vam biti svjež barem 3-4 dana. 

Kako je čisti kukuruzni kruh poprilično specifičan po pitanju teksture, u ovaj je recept uključeno i pirovo brašno, zahvaljujući kojem će kruh imati strukturu nešto sličniju bijelome - ali unatoč tome imat će sve blagodati kukuruznog. Ako vam pšenica nije problematična za probavu, umjesto pirovog brašna možete koristiti i obično bijelo brašno.

Domaći kukuruzni kruh

Sastojci:

400 g kukuruznog brašna 
200 g pirovog brašna
1 vrećica kvasca
1/4 vrećice praška za pecivo
1 žličica šećera
300 ml mlijeka
200 ml vode
15 ml ulja
2,5 žličice soli

Postupak:

Pomiješajte kvasac, šećer i mlako mlijeko pa pustite da naraste. 

U prikladnoj zdjeli pomiješajte obje vrste brašna, sol i prašak za pecivo pa im dodajte smjesu s kvascem, vodu i ulje pa zamijesite tijesto.Pustite tijesto da se diže dok se ne udvostruči, a ako želite bolju probavljivost obavite taj proces u hladnjaku, preko noći.

Kad se tijesto dovoljno diglo, premijesite ga i oblikujte štrucu ili ga ubacite u posudu za pečenje, kako vam je draže. Pustite ga da se diže još oko 45 minuta pa ga pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 190 stupnjeva oko 40 minuta, odnosno dok ne dobije lijepu koricu i boju. Vrući kruh po želji premažite kockicom maslaca za još bolji okus i miris.

Mnogi će uvijek prednost dati kukuruznom kruhu pred onim običnim, bijelim, pšeničnim, a nakon što isprobate naš recept za domaći kukuruzni kruh, i sami ćete im se prikloniti. Uostalom, isplati se - pekući domaći kruh možeze poprilično uštedjeti.

A evo vam i ovaj podatak, umjesto dodatnog nagovaranja: ako niste znali, kukuruzni je kruh na glasu kao zaštitnik zdravlja krvožilnog i probavnog sustava.
