Općenito je pravilo da je 60 g nekuhane riže po osobi savršena mjera ako se riža servira kao za predjelo ili lagani obrok, odnosno ako je jelo od riže nadopunjeno drugim sastojcima, kao u slučaju rižota. Želite li malo obilnije porcije, stavite 75 g po osobi.

Ne morate se gnjaviti vaganjem, ovo možete odraditi i uz pomoć žlice: 60 g nekuhane riže stane u, prosječno, pet vrhom punih žlica. Želite li biti precizniji, uzmite u obzir da se ovaj podatak razlikuje ovisno o vrsti riže: za rižu dugog zrna, kao što je basmati, 60 g riže stane u pet i pol žlica, dok za vrste okruglastog zrna, kao što je arborio, vrijedi da 60 g stane u 4,8 žlice.

Općenito je pravilo da je 60 g nekuhane riže po osobi savršena mjera ako se riža servira kao za predjelo ili lagani obrok, odnosno ako je jelo od riže nadopunjeno drugim sastojcima, kao u slučaju rižota. Želite li malo obilnije porcije, stavite 75 g po osobi.

Ne morate se gnjaviti vaganjem, ovo možete odraditi i uz pomoć žlice: 60 g nekuhane riže stane u, prosječno, pet vrhom punih žlica. Želite li biti precizniji, uzmite u obzir da se ovaj podatak razlikuje ovisno o vrsti riže: za rižu dugog zrna, kao što je basmati, 60 g riže stane u pet i pol žlica, dok za vrste okruglastog zrna, kao što je arborio, vrijedi da 60 g stane u 4,8 žlice.
