Svijet piše o slučaju Rebecce Tollan, 23-godišnje novopečene mame iz Škotske, koja je preminula zbog prekomjernog konzumiranja droge tijekom prvog noćnog izlaska nakon poroda, prenosi Žena.
Nesretni događaj zbio se 15. srpnja 2019. godine u Bellshillu, od kada je bio pod kontinuiranom istragom.
Prije nekoliko dana započelo je suđenje Barryju McAuleyu (40) i Martinu Stewartu (34), muškarcima koji su Rebecci, prema optužnici, neoprezno i nezakonito dali potencijalno smrtonosnu drogu klase A 14.
Muškarci su negirali sve optužbe na višem sudu u Glasgowu, prenosi Žena.

Prvi svjedok na sudu bila je Pamella Tollan, Rebeccina snaha, koja je svjedočila nesretnom događaju u pubu "Railway Tavern" u Mothervelu.
Pamela tvrdi da je s Rebeccom sjedila na terasi puba, kad su im stigla pića od dvojice muškaraca. S obzirom na to da je Rebecca mislila da ih poznaje, djevojke su im se pridružile za stolom.
Rebecca je nakon nekog vremena od novih prijatelja zatražila "stvar", odnosno kokain.
Kada su joj dali vrećicu kokaina, pokojnica je s njom otišla u wc, a uzela je kokain još nekoliko puta tijekom večeri.

- Becky je bila svojeglava. Što god da si joj rekao, nije htjela slušati! Rekla sam joj: ‘Ne treba ti... dobro se zabavljaš!‘. Rekla sam joj da prestane jer joj to ne treba - ispričala je shrvana Pamela, kada ju je tužilac pitao je li ju pokušala spriječiti.
U jednom trenutku Pamela je ipak odlučila odvesti Becky kući, te je zamolila Martina da im pozove taksi.
No, na žalost, već je bilo kasno. Kada se okrenula prema njoj, vidjela je da se Becky trese. Isprva je pomislila da je djevojki hladno, a onda je shvatila da proživljava epileptični napadaj:
- Vikala sam: Što joj se događa? Becky, Becky - prisjetila se i dodala da je Beckyno lice bilo puno krvi, jer je tijekom napadaja zagrizla jezik.

Kada je stigla Hitna pomoć, Pamela je još pokušavala pomoći mladoj ženi, ali joj nije bilo spasa. Na suđenju se saznalo da preminula djevojka nije uopće konzumirala ni alkohol, ni nikakve supstance, tijekom devet mjeseci trudnoće.
Martinu Stewartu i Barryju McAuleyu sudi se i za prodaju kokaina i kanabisa.

Svijet piše o slučaju Rebecce Tollan, 23-godišnje novopečene mame iz Škotske, koja je preminula zbog prekomjernog konzumiranja droge tijekom prvog noćnog izlaska nakon poroda, prenosi Žena.
Nesretni događaj zbio se 15. srpnja 2019. godine u Bellshillu, od kada je bio pod kontinuiranom istragom.
Prije nekoliko dana započelo je suđenje Barryju McAuleyu (40) i Martinu Stewartu (34), muškarcima koji su Rebecci, prema optužnici, neoprezno i nezakonito dali potencijalno smrtonosnu drogu klase A 14.
Muškarci su negirali sve optužbe na višem sudu u Glasgowu, prenosi Žena.

Prvi svjedok na sudu bila je Pamella Tollan, Rebeccina snaha, koja je svjedočila nesretnom događaju u pubu "Railway Tavern" u Mothervelu.
Pamela tvrdi da je s Rebeccom sjedila na terasi puba, kad su im stigla pića od dvojice muškaraca. S obzirom na to da je Rebecca mislila da ih poznaje, djevojke su im se pridružile za stolom.
Rebecca je nakon nekog vremena od novih prijatelja zatražila "stvar", odnosno kokain.
Kada su joj dali vrećicu kokaina, pokojnica je s njom otišla u wc, a uzela je kokain još nekoliko puta tijekom večeri.

- Becky je bila svojeglava. Što god da si joj rekao, nije htjela slušati! Rekla sam joj: ‘Ne treba ti... dobro se zabavljaš!‘. Rekla sam joj da prestane jer joj to ne treba - ispričala je shrvana Pamela, kada ju je tužilac pitao je li ju pokušala spriječiti.
U jednom trenutku Pamela je ipak odlučila odvesti Becky kući, te je zamolila Martina da im pozove taksi.
No, na žalost, već je bilo kasno. Kada se okrenula prema njoj, vidjela je da se Becky trese. Isprva je pomislila da je djevojki hladno, a onda je shvatila da proživljava epileptični napadaj:
