Mladi luk jedna je od prvih svježih proljetnih biljaka, a obroci s njim su ukusniji ali i zdraviji. Pogledajte pet razloga zašto biste ga trebali što češće uvrstiti u svoj jelovnik.
1. Štiti srce
Mladi luk sadrži mnogo antioksidansa koji štite tjelesne stanice od slobodnih radikala.
Time se smanjuje vjerojatnost kroničnih upalnih bolesti, a istovremeno štiti od krvnih ugrušaka, snižava krvni tlak i štiti zdravlje srca.
2. Dobar je za oči
Zahvaljujući spomenutim antioksidansima štiti zdravlje očiju, posebice od oštećenja rožnice. Sadrži i vitamin A koji je neophodan za dobar vid.
U samo jednoj stabljici mladog luka sadržano je tri posto dnevne preporučene količine vitamina A.
3. Jača kosti
Mladi luk bogat je vitaminom C. To je važno za jaku otpornost, lijepu kožu i odgovarajuću gustoću kostiju.
Jedna stabljika mladog luka sadrži 20 posto preporučene količine vitamina C dnevno i dva posto vitamina K, koji je također ključan za jake i zdrave kosti.
4. Regulira kolesterol i šećer u krvi
Dokazano je da redovita konzumacija mladog luka pozitivno utječe na količinu kolesterola i šećera u krvi.
5. Poboljšava kožu
Zbog vitamina C, mladi luk potiče proizvodnju kolagena u tijelu, koji je nezamjenjiv za lijepu i zdravu kožu, zahvaljujući čemu je ona zategnutija, a samim time je i manje bora na licu.
Stoga bi i za lijep i mladenački izgled mladi luk trebao redovito biti na jelovniku.

A da bi bio već sutra, donosimo s coolinarke recept za sjajnu juhu od mladog luka.
Sastojci za 4 osobe
250g mladog luka
1 mala glavica luka
130g krumpira
50g maslaca
600ml pilećeg temeljca
300ml mlijeka
1 žlica vrhnja
sol, papar
Priprema:
Mladi luk narežite na kockice.
Luk sitno nasjeckajte i zajedno s mladim lukom popržite na maslacu.
Krumpir ogulite, narežite na kockice i dodajte mladom luku.Još kratko zajedno popržite dok luk ne požuti.
Sada umiješajte temeljac i mlijeko.
Kada provrije kuhajte na laganoj vatri.
Kada je krumpir kuhan sve izmiksajte štapnim mikserom.
Umiješajte kiselo vrhnje i prokuhajte.

Mladi luk jedna je od prvih svježih proljetnih biljaka, a obroci s njim su ukusniji ali i zdraviji. Pogledajte pet razloga zašto biste ga trebali što češće uvrstiti u svoj jelovnik.
1. Štiti srce
Mladi luk sadrži mnogo antioksidansa koji štite tjelesne stanice od slobodnih radikala.
Time se smanjuje vjerojatnost kroničnih upalnih bolesti, a istovremeno štiti od krvnih ugrušaka, snižava krvni tlak i štiti zdravlje srca.
2. Dobar je za oči
Zahvaljujući spomenutim antioksidansima štiti zdravlje očiju, posebice od oštećenja rožnice. Sadrži i vitamin A koji je neophodan za dobar vid.
U samo jednoj stabljici mladog luka sadržano je tri posto dnevne preporučene količine vitamina A.
3. Jača kosti
Mladi luk bogat je vitaminom C. To je važno za jaku otpornost, lijepu kožu i odgovarajuću gustoću kostiju.
Jedna stabljika mladog luka sadrži 20 posto preporučene količine vitamina C dnevno i dva posto vitamina K, koji je također ključan za jake i zdrave kosti.
4. Regulira kolesterol i šećer u krvi
Dokazano je da redovita konzumacija mladog luka pozitivno utječe na količinu kolesterola i šećera u krvi.
5. Poboljšava kožu

A da bi bio već sutra, donosimo s coolinarke recept za sjajnu juhu od mladog luka.
Sastojci za 4 osobe
250g mladog luka
1 mala glavica luka
130g krumpira
50g maslaca
600ml pilećeg temeljca
300ml mlijeka
1 žlica vrhnja
sol, papar
Priprema:
Mladi luk narežite na kockice.
Luk sitno nasjeckajte i zajedno s mladim lukom popržite na maslacu.
Krumpir ogulite, narežite na kockice i dodajte mladom luku.Još kratko zajedno popržite dok luk ne požuti.
Sada umiješajte temeljac i mlijeko.
Kada provrije kuhajte na laganoj vatri.
Kada je krumpir kuhan sve izmiksajte štapnim mikserom.
Umiješajte kiselo vrhnje i prokuhajte.
Imate preukusnu juhicu, dobar tek!
