Decanter World Wine Awards, ili skraćeno Decanter, najprestižnije je, najveće, najstrože i najvažnije vinsko natjecanje na svijetu. Priznat će svi vinari, londonski Decanter je vinska Olimpijada, sami plasman na natjecanje je veliki uspjeh, a nagrada bilo kojeg sjaja podvig je za pamćenje.

Na ovogodišnjem 19. Decanteru, do sad najvećem na koji je prijavljeno 18.244 uzorka vina iz cijelog svijeta, čak 150 više nego prošle godine, Korčula je ponovno ostvarila izvrstan uspjeh na prestižnom natjecanju.

Prošlogodišnji povijesni uspjeh, dvije platine za Pošip Zure 2019. i Grk Defora Bire 2018. inače prve Decanterove platine ikad u povijesti za Dalmaciju, nisu bile slučajnost, i ove godine medalje su stigle u Lumbardu, javlja Dubrovački vjesnik.

Winery Zure ove godine osvaja čak dvije zlatne medalje, za Grk Bartul 2019. i sur lie Grk Reventon 2019. Srebrnu medalju osvjaja pjenušac Quinta Essentia iz berbe 2018., a brončanu medalju kupaža pet sorti Rebellion iz berbe 2019.

Šest medalja došlo je i u Smokvicu za još jednu otočnu autohtonu sortu pošip. Srebrnu medalju osvojio je Pošip 2021. OPG-a Ivko Pešelj, Black island winery osvaja srebro za Merga Victa Pošip 2021., brončanu za The Dalmationa dog Pošip 2021. i brončanu za Merga Victa sur lie Pošip 2019.

Igor Radovanović osvjaja dvije srebrne za Grk 2021. i Heritage 2019. Vinarija Tasovac iz Korčule osvaja broncu za sur lie Pošip Tasovac, a Vinarija Šain-Marelić srebro za Sv. Ivan Pošip te dvije bronce za Moro Pošip i Sv. Ivan Selekcija Pošip.

Ipak, streloviti uzlet mladih vinara Ivana i Marka Batistića iz Vinarije Zure svijetli kao putokaz nadolazećim uspjesima otočnih vinara koji mudro i tehnički detaljno gospodare autohnotnim sortama grkom i pošipom.

Decanter samo raste pa je i ove godine prijavljen rekordan broj vina, od 18.244 uzoraka kojeg je dva tjedno ocjenjivalo oko 250 vinskih stručnjaka, izdvojeno je tek 676 onih vrijednih zlata što je niti četiri posto od ukupnog broja prijavljenih, a ako uzmemo u obzir činjenicu da je Ivanu tek za jedan bod izmakla još jedna platina, i to za sur lie, tehnički zahtjevnu i izazovnu proizvodnju, pitamo se, što će biti dogodine?

"Za poslati vina na ovo natjecanje treba imati hrabrosti, poslali smo tri grka i jedan blend, a nagrade koje smo osvojili su nezamislive za mene, skromnog, malog vinara iz Lumabrde. Grk Bartul 2019. osvojio je 95 bodova od rigoroznih Decanterovih 100, radi se o klasičnom grku, inoks proizvodnja, odležan dvije godine u boci što dokazuje tezu kako grk nije jednogodišnje vino, već godinama u boci postaje sve bolji. Reventon je sur lie također iz berbe 2019., proizveden u velikoj, hrastovoj bačvi. To je fermentirano vino dozrijevano na talogu skoro dvije godine te punjeno lani u lipnju. Čim smo ga probali znali smo da je to vjerojatno najbolji sur lie kojeg smo ikad napravili. Reventon je osvojio 96 bodova, 97 bodova je platina, nedostajao nam je samo jedan bod, naravno da nam je malo žao, bilo bi zanimljivo ponoviti Decanterovu platinu dvije godine zaredom, no i dalje se radi o fantastičnom rezultatu. Najslađa medalja nam je 90 bodova za pjenušac od grka, za hrvatske pjenušce su ove godine dodijeljena ukupno četiri srebra, a naš pjenušac Quinta Essentia 2018. je jedan od njih. To je potvrda da vina u stilu pjenušca s juga nisu prevara. Bled pet sorti Rebellion 2019., crno vino, osvaja 88 bodova i brončanu medalju. Poslali smo nešto laganiji blend od 14 posto alkohola i zadovoljni smo rezultatom", ispričao nam je Ivan Batistić Zure.

Kako ističe Ivan, vina koja na Decanteru osvoje srebra su potencijalni šampioni na regionalnim natjecanjima, no nagrade nisu samo važne vinarima ponaosob. Decanterova priznanja pridonose brendiranju regije i destinacije, u ovom slučaju otoka, kao vinske sredine gdje se proizvode i piju vrhunska vina.

Hrvatska je i ove godine briljirala na najvećem svjetskom ocjenjivanju vina s tri platine, 16 zlata, 111 srebrnih te 184 brončanih medalja osvojila je među 18.244 različitih etiketa pristiglih iz 54 zemlje svijeta.

Tijekom dva tjedna, gotovo 250 međunarodnih stručnjaka za vino, uključujući 41 majstora vina i 13 majstora sommeliera, dodijelilo je 50 Best ih Show medalja, 165 platinastih, 676 zlatnih, 5900 srebrnih i 8074 brončanih. Treba napomenuti da je među stručnjacima bilo i tri suca iz naše zemlje.

Decanter World Wine Awards, ili skraćeno Decanter, najprestižnije je, najveće, najstrože i najvažnije vinsko natjecanje na svijetu. Priznat će svi vinari, londonski Decanter je vinska Olimpijada, sami plasman na natjecanje je veliki uspjeh, a nagrada bilo kojeg sjaja podvig je za pamćenje.

Na ovogodišnjem 19. Decanteru, do sad najvećem na koji je prijavljeno 18.244 uzorka vina iz cijelog svijeta, čak 150 više nego prošle godine, Korčula je ponovno ostvarila izvrstan uspjeh na prestižnom natjecanju.

Prošlogodišnji povijesni uspjeh, dvije platine za Pošip Zure 2019. i Grk Defora Bire 2018. inače prve Decanterove platine ikad u povijesti za Dalmaciju, nisu bile slučajnost, i ove godine medalje su stigle u Lumbardu, javlja Dubrovački vjesnik.

Winery Zure ove godine osvaja čak dvije zlatne medalje, za Grk Bartul 2019. i sur lie Grk Reventon 2019. Srebrnu medalju osvjaja pjenušac Quinta Essentia iz berbe 2018., a brončanu medalju kupaža pet sorti Rebellion iz berbe 2019.

Šest medalja došlo je i u Smokvicu za još jednu otočnu autohtonu sortu pošip. Srebrnu medalju osvojio je Pošip 2021. OPG-a Ivko Pešelj, Black island winery osvaja srebro za Merga Victa Pošip 2021., brončanu za The Dalmationa dog Pošip 2021. i brončanu za Merga Victa sur lie Pošip 2019.

Igor Radovanović osvjaja dvije srebrne za Grk 2021. i Heritage 2019. Vinarija Tasovac iz Korčule osvaja broncu za sur lie Pošip Tasovac, a Vinarija Šain-Marelić srebro za Sv. Ivan Pošip te dvije bronce za Moro Pošip i Sv. Ivan Selekcija Pošip.

Ipak, streloviti uzlet mladih vinara Ivana i Marka Batistića iz Vinarije Zure svijetli kao putokaz nadolazećim uspjesima otočnih vinara koji mudro i tehnički detaljno gospodare autohnotnim sortama grkom i pošipom.

Decanter samo raste pa je i ove godine prijavljen rekordan broj vina, od 18.244 uzoraka kojeg je dva tjedno ocjenjivalo oko 250 vinskih stručnjaka, izdvojeno je tek 676 onih vrijednih zlata što je niti četiri posto od ukupnog broja prijavljenih, a ako uzmemo u obzir činjenicu da je Ivanu tek za jedan bod izmakla još jedna platina, i to za sur lie, tehnički zahtjevnu i izazovnu proizvodnju, pitamo se, što će biti dogodine?

"Za poslati vina na ovo natjecanje treba imati hrabrosti, poslali smo tri grka i jedan blend, a nagrade koje smo osvojili su nezamislive za mene, skromnog, malog vinara iz Lumabrde. Grk Bartul 2019. osvojio je 95 bodova od rigoroznih Decanterovih 100, radi se o klasičnom grku, inoks proizvodnja, odležan dvije godine u boci što dokazuje tezu kako grk nije jednogodišnje vino, već godinama u boci postaje sve bolji. Reventon je sur lie također iz berbe 2019., proizveden u velikoj, hrastovoj bačvi. To je fermentirano vino dozrijevano na talogu skoro dvije godine te punjeno lani u lipnju. Čim smo ga probali znali smo da je to vjerojatno najbolji sur lie kojeg smo ikad napravili. Reventon je osvojio 96 bodova, 97 bodova je platina, nedostajao nam je samo jedan bod, naravno da nam je malo žao, bilo bi zanimljivo ponoviti Decanterovu platinu dvije godine zaredom, no i dalje se radi o fantastičnom rezultatu. Najslađa medalja nam je 90 bodova za pjenušac od grka, za hrvatske pjenušce su ove godine dodijeljena ukupno četiri srebra, a naš pjenušac Quinta Essentia 2018. je jedan od njih. To je potvrda da vina u stilu pjenušca s juga nisu prevara. Bled pet sorti Rebellion 2019., crno vino, osvaja 88 bodova i brončanu medalju. Poslali smo nešto laganiji blend od 14 posto alkohola i zadovoljni smo rezultatom", ispričao nam je Ivan Batistić Zure.

Kako ističe Ivan, vina koja na Decanteru osvoje srebra su potencijalni šampioni na regionalnim natjecanjima, no nagrade nisu samo važne vinarima ponaosob. Decanterova priznanja pridonose brendiranju regije i destinacije, u ovom slučaju otoka, kao vinske sredine gdje se proizvode i piju vrhunska vina.

Hrvatska je i ove godine briljirala na najvećem svjetskom ocjenjivanju vina s tri platine, 16 zlata, 111 srebrnih te 184 brončanih medalja osvojila je među 18.244 različitih etiketa pristiglih iz 54 zemlje svijeta.

Tijekom dva tjedna, gotovo 250 međunarodnih stručnjaka za vino, uključujući 41 majstora vina i 13 majstora sommeliera, dodijelilo je 50 Best ih Show medalja, 165 platinastih, 676 zlatnih, 5900 srebrnih i 8074 brončanih. Treba napomenuti da je među stručnjacima bilo i tri suca iz naše zemlje.
