Iz dana u dan vidljivi su pomaci na gradnji Trgovačkog centra ‘Kaufland’ pa se Župljani čude kako se ‘preko noći’ ukazuju nove vizure budućeg poslovnog objekta. Unatoč radovima, centar se neće otvoriti u planiranom roku do kraja ove godine zbog zastoja u pribavljanju potrebne dokumentacije.

Prema dostupnim informacijama, Kaufland će prve goste primiti za Uskrs sljedeće godine. Iz hrvatske podružnice poznatog prodajnog lanca poručili su su kako “radovi idu prema planu”, a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju čak 2200 četvornih metara prostora. Centar će imati prizemlje i kat visine oko 12 metara, a uz prateće sadržaje imat će i ugostiteljski objekt, a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju 163 parkirališna mjesta na otvorenom.
Podsjetimo, “Kaufland” je početkom godine tražio i dozvolu za rekonstrukciju Ulice Sima Savinovića, izgradnjom trećeg kolničkog traka - “lijevog skretača”, kao i uklanjanje potpornog zida s ogradom. Također i izmještanje komunalne infrastrukture koja obuhvaća gradnju novog pločnika i prilaza za vozila.
Nakon što je ishodila sve potrebne dozvole, tvrtka “Kaufland Hrvatska” dobila je i građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju trgovačkog centra i pripadajućeg parkirališta.
Kaufland je jedan od vodećih trgovačkih lanaca na europskom tržištu i to ne samo u Hrvatskoj, već i u Njemačkoj, Češkoj, Slovačkoj, Poljskoj, Rumunjskoj, Bugarskoj i Moldaviji. Drugu godinu za redom Top Employers Institute, dodijelio im dodijelivši certifikat Top Employer. Ovo prestižno međunarodno priznanje ističe nas kao jednog od najpoželjnijih poslodavaca u Hrvatskoj i Europi.
Vlasnik najbogatiji Nijemac
Inače, vlasnik europskih trgovačkih lanaca “Lidl” i “Kaufland” je “Schwarz grupa”, a od kada su stigli u Hrvatsku 2006. godine, “Lidl” broji 106 trgovina i dva logistička centra s 3200 zaposlenika, a “Kaufland” 44 poslovnice i 3200 zaposlenika.
Nedavno su iz “centrale” multinacionalne kompanije izvijestili o iznimno dobrim poslovnim rezultatima za 2021. godinu. Prodaja im je porasla za 6,6 posto, te je dobit iz 2020. od 125,3 milijarde eura, porasla na 133,6 milijardi eura.
Vlasnik “Schwarz grupe” je Dieter Schwarz, najbogatiji je Nijemac i jedan najbogatijih ljudi na svijetu. “Težak” je više od 40 milijardi eura, a za njega je zanimljivo da ni slučajno ne istupa u javnosti.
Rođen je i živi u Heilbronnu, gradu sa 100 tisuća stanovnika, gdje ga rijetko tko prepoznaje, pa bez problema može otići i na kavu u lokalni kafić. Poznat je po lokalnim ulaganjima u obrazovanje, znanost i istraživanja.dv

Iz dana u dan vidljivi su pomaci na gradnji Trgovačkog centra ‘Kaufland’ pa se Župljani čude kako se ‘preko noći’ ukazuju nove vizure budućeg poslovnog objekta. Unatoč radovima, centar se neće otvoriti u planiranom roku do kraja ove godine zbog zastoja u pribavljanju potrebne dokumentacije.

Prema dostupnim informacijama, Kaufland će prve goste primiti za Uskrs sljedeće godine. Iz hrvatske podružnice poznatog prodajnog lanca poručili su su kako “radovi idu prema planu”, a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju čak 2200 četvornih metara prostora. Centar će imati prizemlje i kat visine oko 12 metara, a uz prateće sadržaje imat će i ugostiteljski objekt, a kupcima će biti na raspolaganju 163 parkirališna mjesta na otvorenom.
Podsjetimo, “Kaufland” je početkom godine tražio i dozvolu za rekonstrukciju Ulice Sima Savinovića, izgradnjom trećeg kolničkog traka - “lijevog skretača”, kao i uklanjanje potpornog zida s ogradom. Također i izmještanje komunalne infrastrukture koja obuhvaća gradnju novog pločnika i prilaza za vozila.
Nakon što je ishodila sve potrebne dozvole, tvrtka “Kaufland Hrvatska” dobila je i građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju trgovačkog centra i pripadajućeg parkirališta.
Kaufland je jedan od vodećih trgovačkih lanaca na europskom tržištu i to ne samo u Hrvatskoj, već i u Njemačkoj, Češkoj, Slovačkoj, Poljskoj, Rumunjskoj, Bugarskoj i Moldaviji. Drugu godinu za redom Top Employers Institute, dodijelio im dodijelivši certifikat Top Employer. Ovo prestižno međunarodno priznanje ističe nas kao jednog od najpoželjnijih poslodavaca u Hrvatskoj i Europi.
Vlasnik najbogatiji Nijemac
Inače, vlasnik europskih trgovačkih lanaca “Lidl” i “Kaufland” je “Schwarz grupa”, a od kada su stigli u Hrvatsku 2006. godine, “Lidl” broji 106 trgovina i dva logistička centra s 3200 zaposlenika, a “Kaufland” 44 poslovnice i 3200 zaposlenika.
Nedavno su iz “centrale” multinacionalne kompanije izvijestili o iznimno dobrim poslovnim rezultatima za 2021. godinu. Prodaja im je porasla za 6,6 posto, te je dobit iz 2020. od 125,3 milijarde eura, porasla na 133,6 milijardi eura.
Vlasnik “Schwarz grupe” je Dieter Schwarz, najbogatiji je Nijemac i jedan najbogatijih ljudi na svijetu. “Težak” je više od 40 milijardi eura, a za njega je zanimljivo da ni slučajno ne istupa u javnosti.
Rođen je i živi u Heilbronnu, gradu sa 100 tisuća stanovnika, gdje ga rijetko tko prepoznaje, pa bez problema može otići i na kavu u lokalni kafić. Poznat je po lokalnim ulaganjima u obrazovanje, znanost i istraživanja.dv
