Projekt Duba stonska predstavljen je još 2009., ali se do danas na lokaciji ništa konkretno nije dogodilo. Što je tome razlog, pitali smo načelnika Općine Ston Vedrana Antunicu.

Na lokaciji u Dubi Stonskoj predviđena je gradnja visokokvalitetnog resorta u segmentu ekološkog i tzv. etno turizma. Projekt ne predviđa zahvate na obali, nego je namjera izgraditi turističke objekte visoke kvalitete koji će biti odmaknuti od mora te uklopljeni u prirodu i očuvanu tradiciju Pelješca, predstavljen je projekt na njihovoj web stranici. Kako je pisao Jutarnji list, nizozemski fond je 2007. kupio pet milijuna četvornih metara zemljišta na području Dube stonske za oko 40 milijuna eura. U to vrijeme na tom je području bila zabranjena gradnja, a Corporatie Emac Illyrian Land Fond iz Nizozemske platio je 'kvadrat' oko 8 eura.

U Prostorni plan Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije godine 2010. uvrštene su dvije turističke zone – u jednoj je dozvoljena gradnja na 3,4 hektara, maksimalnog kapaciteta 250 kreveta, dok je u drugoj dozvoljena gradnja na 9,6 hektara, maksimalnog kapaciteta 300 kreveta.

KANALIZACIJSKI SUSTAV

– Projekt je usvojen urbanističkim planom uređenja na Općinskom vijeću, ali pandemija koronavirusa zaustavila je sve te projekte – kometirao je načelnik Općine Ston Vedran Antunica. – Nastavak projekta slijedi kad se nađu sredstva.

Na naše pitanje ugrožava li taj projekt Malostonski zaljev, odgovara:  

- Ako ćemo govoriti o ugrozi Malostonskog zaljeva, onda bi trebali vidjeti širu sliku. Po meni je kanalizacijski sustav koji je napravljen niti 500 metara od te dvije turističke zone jedno od rješenja koje će zaustaviti tu priču. S druge strane, imate već u izradi 2000 kreveta koje nitko ne problematizira, a koji nemaju izgrađen kanalizacijski sustav – istaknuo je Antunica, misleći, kako je razjasnio, na Neum, Klek i Komarnu.

– Ovdje je riječ o 550 kreveta s postavljenim i izgrađenim kanalizacijskim sustavom, pa ja ne vidim nikakvu ugrozu za prostor na ovom kraju – dodao je.

Na temu zagađenja Malostonskog zaljeva dotakli smo se i Centra za gospodarenje otpadom u Lučinom razdolju.

– To je neuređeni sustav. Možemo zabijati glavu u pijesak i nastaviti tvrditi da je dosadašnji sustav dobar, osobno tvrdim da nije i da je neuređen. Kao strojar uvijek sam skloniji tome da je ono što je uređeno i izgrađeno kvalitetnije i pod ljudskom kontrolom može biti i bolje nego dosadašnji način. Ako nema razvoja, nema ni ljudi, ali sam prvi bio protiv toga da taj razvoj bude ugroza nečega. Kad govorim o zaštiti, onda kao strojar govorim o nečemu što se danas može napraviti. Ako ćemo gledati odlagalište od grada Metkovića, Neuma, pođite prema Stocu, Popovu polju, pa ćete vidjeti koliko se odlagališta tu radi i kakav utjecaj imaju na Malostonski zaljev, a mi zabijamo glavu u pijesak i kažemo da to nema utjecaja. Onda sredimo sve to, pokupimo ta odlagališta, ne možemo se ponašati 'to je druga država' jer priroda ne poznaje granice – naglasio je na kraju načelnik stonske općine.

Projekt Duba stonska predstavljen je još 2009., ali se do danas na lokaciji ništa konkretno nije dogodilo. Što je tome razlog, pitali smo načelnika Općine Ston Vedrana Antunicu.

Na lokaciji u Dubi Stonskoj predviđena je gradnja visokokvalitetnog resorta u segmentu ekološkog i tzv. etno turizma. Projekt ne predviđa zahvate na obali, nego je namjera izgraditi turističke objekte visoke kvalitete koji će biti odmaknuti od mora te uklopljeni u prirodu i očuvanu tradiciju Pelješca, predstavljen je projekt na njihovoj web stranici. Kako je pisao Jutarnji list, nizozemski fond je 2007. kupio pet milijuna četvornih metara zemljišta na području Dube stonske za oko 40 milijuna eura. U to vrijeme na tom je području bila zabranjena gradnja, a Corporatie Emac Illyrian Land Fond iz Nizozemske platio je 'kvadrat' oko 8 eura.

U Prostorni plan Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije godine 2010. uvrštene su dvije turističke zone – u jednoj je dozvoljena gradnja na 3,4 hektara, maksimalnog kapaciteta 250 kreveta, dok je u drugoj dozvoljena gradnja na 9,6 hektara, maksimalnog kapaciteta 300 kreveta.

KANALIZACIJSKI SUSTAV

– Projekt je usvojen urbanističkim planom uređenja na Općinskom vijeću, ali pandemija koronavirusa zaustavila je sve te projekte – kometirao je načelnik Općine Ston Vedran Antunica. – Nastavak projekta slijedi kad se nađu sredstva.

Na naše pitanje ugrožava li taj projekt Malostonski zaljev, odgovara:  

- Ako ćemo govoriti o ugrozi Malostonskog zaljeva, onda bi trebali vidjeti širu sliku. Po meni je kanalizacijski sustav koji je napravljen niti 500 metara od te dvije turističke zone jedno od rješenja koje će zaustaviti tu priču. S druge strane, imate već u izradi 2000 kreveta koje nitko ne problematizira, a koji nemaju izgrađen kanalizacijski sustav – istaknuo je Antunica, misleći, kako je razjasnio, na Neum, Klek i Komarnu.

– Ovdje je riječ o 550 kreveta s postavljenim i izgrađenim kanalizacijskim sustavom, pa ja ne vidim nikakvu ugrozu za prostor na ovom kraju – dodao je.

Na temu zagađenja Malostonskog zaljeva dotakli smo se i Centra za gospodarenje otpadom u Lučinom razdolju.

– To je neuređeni sustav. Možemo zabijati glavu u pijesak i nastaviti tvrditi da je dosadašnji sustav dobar, osobno tvrdim da nije i da je neuređen. Kao strojar uvijek sam skloniji tome da je ono što je uređeno i izgrađeno kvalitetnije i pod ljudskom kontrolom može biti i bolje nego dosadašnji način. Ako nema razvoja, nema ni ljudi, ali sam prvi bio protiv toga da taj razvoj bude ugroza nečega. Kad govorim o zaštiti, onda kao strojar govorim o nečemu što se danas može napraviti. Ako ćemo gledati odlagalište od grada Metkovića, Neuma, pođite prema Stocu, Popovu polju, pa ćete vidjeti koliko se odlagališta tu radi i kakav utjecaj imaju na Malostonski zaljev, a mi zabijamo glavu u pijesak i kažemo da to nema utjecaja. Onda sredimo sve to, pokupimo ta odlagališta, ne možemo se ponašati 'to je druga država' jer priroda ne poznaje granice – naglasio je na kraju načelnik stonske općine.
