Za zbrinjavanje napuštenih, izgubljenih i oduzetih domaćih životinja za ovu godinu je osigurano 150 tisuća EUR-a. Ministarstvo poljoprivrede uputilo je u postupak e-savjetovanja drugu godinu zaredom prijedlog Programa potpore za zbrinjavanje napuštenih, izgubljenih i privremeno oduzetih domaćih životinja za 2023. godinu, kojim se namjerava pružiti pomoć jedinicama lokalne samouprave nadoknadom dijela troškova za privremeno zbrinjavanje kopitara, goveda, ovaca, koza i svinja. Za provedbu Programa u ovoj godini osigurana su financijska sredstva u Državnom proračunu RH u iznosu od 150 tisuća eura.

Napuštene, izgubljene i zanemarene domaće životinje, osim što nemaju primjerenu i pravovremenu skrb kako bi mogle živjeti bez boli i patnje, boravkom na neprimjerenim površinama te nekontroliranim kretanjem predstavljaju potencijalnu opasnost po sigurnost ljudi zbog mogućnosti nanošenja ozljeda ili uzrokovanja prometnih nezgoda te nanose značajne štete poljoprivrednim kulturama.

Također, zbog nepoznatog zdravstvenog statusa predstavljaju rizik za moguće širenje zaraznih i nametničkih bolesti životinja i zoonoza.

Gradovi i općine zakonski su obavezne osigurati skloništa te obavljati poslove sakupljanja i davanja smještaja i skrbi životinja, što predstavlja zahtjevnu organizacijsku i financijsku aktivnost. Iz tog razloga, ovim Programom osigurana je pomoć jedinicama lokalne samouprave nadoknadom dijela troškova za privremeno zbrinjavanje kopitara, goveda, ovaca, koza i svinja. Prihvatljivi troškovi nastali zbrinjavanjem domaćih životinja su troškovi smještaja, hranidbe i njege (uključujući rad), označavanja neoznačenih životinja te veterinarski troškovi liječenja.

U dolini Neretve do sada je najviše problema bilo u općini Kula Norinska gdje su napuštene domaće životinje pričinjavale štetu na poljoprivrednim kulturama te u općini Zažablje gdje često lutaju divlji konji koji tamo dolaze iz zaleđa Neuma. Konji su posebno u ljetnim mjesecima tražeći vodu pričinjavali štete poljoprivrednici a općina je imala velike troškove zbrinjavanja uginulih konja.

Za zbrinjavanje napuštenih, izgubljenih i oduzetih domaćih životinja za ovu godinu je osigurano 150 tisuća EUR-a. Ministarstvo poljoprivrede uputilo je u postupak e-savjetovanja drugu godinu zaredom prijedlog Programa potpore za zbrinjavanje napuštenih, izgubljenih i privremeno oduzetih domaćih životinja za 2023. godinu, kojim se namjerava pružiti pomoć jedinicama lokalne samouprave nadoknadom dijela troškova za privremeno zbrinjavanje kopitara, goveda, ovaca, koza i svinja. Za provedbu Programa u ovoj godini osigurana su financijska sredstva u Državnom proračunu RH u iznosu od 150 tisuća eura.

Napuštene, izgubljene i zanemarene domaće životinje, osim što nemaju primjerenu i pravovremenu skrb kako bi mogle živjeti bez boli i patnje, boravkom na neprimjerenim površinama te nekontroliranim kretanjem predstavljaju potencijalnu opasnost po sigurnost ljudi zbog mogućnosti nanošenja ozljeda ili uzrokovanja prometnih nezgoda te nanose značajne štete poljoprivrednim kulturama.

Također, zbog nepoznatog zdravstvenog statusa predstavljaju rizik za moguće širenje zaraznih i nametničkih bolesti životinja i zoonoza.

Gradovi i općine zakonski su obavezne osigurati skloništa te obavljati poslove sakupljanja i davanja smještaja i skrbi životinja, što predstavlja zahtjevnu organizacijsku i financijsku aktivnost. Iz tog razloga, ovim Programom osigurana je pomoć jedinicama lokalne samouprave nadoknadom dijela troškova za privremeno zbrinjavanje kopitara, goveda, ovaca, koza i svinja. Prihvatljivi troškovi nastali zbrinjavanjem domaćih životinja su troškovi smještaja, hranidbe i njege (uključujući rad), označavanja neoznačenih životinja te veterinarski troškovi liječenja.

U dolini Neretve do sada je najviše problema bilo u općini Kula Norinska gdje su napuštene domaće životinje pričinjavale štetu na poljoprivrednim kulturama te u općini Zažablje gdje često lutaju divlji konji koji tamo dolaze iz zaleđa Neuma. Konji su posebno u ljetnim mjesecima tražeći vodu pričinjavali štete poljoprivrednici a općina je imala velike troškove zbrinjavanja uginulih konja.

Za zbrinjavanje kopitara, goveda, ovaca, koza i svinja općinama i gradovima 150 tisuća EUR-a

Za zbrinjavanje napuštenih, izgubljenih i oduzetih domaćih životinja za ovu godinu je osigurano 150 tisuća EUR-a. Ministarstvo poljoprivrede uputilo je u postupak e-savjetovanja drugu godinu zaredom prijedlog Programa potpore za zbrinjavanje napuštenih, izgubljenih i privremeno oduzetih domaćih životinja za 2023. godinu, kojim se namjerava pružiti pomoć jedinicama lokalne samouprave nadoknadom dijela troškova za privremeno zbrinjavanje kopitara, goveda, ovaca, koza i svinja. Za provedbu Programa u ovoj godini osigurana su financijska sredstva u Državnom proračunu RH u iznosu od 150 tisuća eura.

Napuštene, izgubljene i zanemarene domaće životinje, osim što nemaju primjerenu i pravovremenu skrb kako bi mogle živjeti bez boli i patnje, boravkom na neprimjerenim površinama te nekontroliranim kretanjem predstavljaju potencijalnu opasnost po sigurnost ljudi zbog mogućnosti nanošenja ozljeda ili uzrokovanja prometnih nezgoda te nanose značajne štete poljoprivrednim kulturama.

Također, zbog nepoznatog zdravstvenog statusa predstavljaju rizik za moguće širenje zaraznih i nametničkih bolesti životinja i zoonoza.

Gradovi i općine zakonski su obavezne osigurati skloništa te obavljati poslove sakupljanja i davanja smještaja i skrbi životinja, što predstavlja zahtjevnu organizacijsku i financijsku aktivnost. Iz tog razloga, ovim Programom osigurana je pomoć jedinicama lokalne samouprave nadoknadom dijela troškova za privremeno zbrinjavanje kopitara, goveda, ovaca, koza i svinja. Prihvatljivi troškovi nastali zbrinjavanjem domaćih životinja su troškovi smještaja, hranidbe i njege (uključujući rad), označavanja neoznačenih životinja te veterinarski troškovi liječenja.

U dolini Neretve do sada je najviše problema bilo u općini Kula Norinska gdje su napuštene domaće životinje pričinjavale štetu na poljoprivrednim kulturama te u općini Zažablje gdje često lutaju divlji konji koji tamo dolaze iz zaleđa Neuma. Konji su posebno u ljetnim mjesecima tražeći vodu pričinjavali štete poljoprivrednici a općina je imala velike troškove zbrinjavanja uginulih konja.
