Pet državljana Kraljevine Španjolske osumnjičeno je za kazneno djelo širenja i prenošenja zarazne bolesti. Naime, dežurnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Metkoviću je, 31. srpnja 2021. uz kaznenu prijavu, privedeno pet državljana Kraljevine Španjolske (svi su rođeni 1996. godine) zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da su počinili, svaki, po jedno kazneno djelo širenja i prenošenja zarane bolesti, a predmet je 6. kolovoza 2021. dostavljen na nadležno postupanje Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Postoji osnovana sumnja, navodi se u priopćenju DORH-a, da su osumnjičenici 22. srpnja 2021. oko 20,30 sati, u Dubrovniku, iako svjesni da su 19. srpnja 2021. u poliklinici u zračnoj luci testirani brzim antigenskim testom na virus SARS-CoV 2 i da su svi zaraženi navedenim virusom te da im je dijagnosticirana bolest Covid-19; zbog čega im je nadležni epidemiolog odredio mjeru izolacije i liječenja kod kuće na adresi boravišta u Dubrovniku u trajanju od 20. srpnja 2021. do 29. srpnja 2021.; postupili protivno odredbi čl. 7. i 21. st. 2. Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti.

Osnovano se sumnja da su, pristajući da bolešću zaraze druge osobe i unatoč izrečenim mjerama, napustili mjesto boravišta te su se kretali po gradu Dubrovniku i otišli u kupovinu, dovodeći time druge osobe u opasnost od širenja i prenošenja zarazne bolesti. Policijski službenici, koji su nadzirali izvršenje mjera, su ih zatekli prilikom povratka u objekt u kojem im je određen boravak tijekom izolacije.

-Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću je 31. srpnja 2021. predložilo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv osumnjičenika na temelju čl. 123. st. 1. t. 1. Zakona o kaznenom postupku. Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku je svojim rješenjem od 31. srpnja 2021. odbio prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora osumnjičenicima, te je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću 1. kolovoza 2021. podnijelo žalbu na navedeno rješenje koja je odbijena 2. kolovoza 2021. rješenjem vijeća Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku smatra kako odluka suda nije u skladu s važećim odlukama nadležnih tijela u cilju sprječavanja širenja virusa SARS-CoV 2 te se niti ne slaže sa stavom suda iznesenim u rješenju o neodređivanju istražnog zatvora kako nema osnovane sumnje o počinjenju navedenih kaznenih djela – navodi se u priopćenju DORH-a.

Pet državljana Kraljevine Španjolske osumnjičeno je za kazneno djelo širenja i prenošenja zarazne bolesti. Naime, dežurnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Metkoviću je, 31. srpnja 2021. uz kaznenu prijavu, privedeno pet državljana Kraljevine Španjolske (svi su rođeni 1996. godine) zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da su počinili, svaki, po jedno kazneno djelo širenja i prenošenja zarane bolesti, a predmet je 6. kolovoza 2021. dostavljen na nadležno postupanje Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Postoji osnovana sumnja, navodi se u priopćenju DORH-a, da su osumnjičenici 22. srpnja 2021. oko 20,30 sati, u Dubrovniku, iako svjesni da su 19. srpnja 2021. u poliklinici u zračnoj luci testirani brzim antigenskim testom na virus SARS-CoV 2 i da su svi zaraženi navedenim virusom te da im je dijagnosticirana bolest Covid-19; zbog čega im je nadležni epidemiolog odredio mjeru izolacije i liječenja kod kuće na adresi boravišta u Dubrovniku u trajanju od 20. srpnja 2021. do 29. srpnja 2021.; postupili protivno odredbi čl. 7. i 21. st. 2. Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti.

Osnovano se sumnja da su, pristajući da bolešću zaraze druge osobe i unatoč izrečenim mjerama, napustili mjesto boravišta te su se kretali po gradu Dubrovniku i otišli u kupovinu, dovodeći time druge osobe u opasnost od širenja i prenošenja zarazne bolesti. Policijski službenici, koji su nadzirali izvršenje mjera, su ih zatekli prilikom povratka u objekt u kojem im je određen boravak tijekom izolacije.

-Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću je 31. srpnja 2021. predložilo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv osumnjičenika na temelju čl. 123. st. 1. t. 1. Zakona o kaznenom postupku. Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku je svojim rješenjem od 31. srpnja 2021. odbio prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora osumnjičenicima, te je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću 1. kolovoza 2021. podnijelo žalbu na navedeno rješenje koja je odbijena 2. kolovoza 2021. rješenjem vijeća Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku smatra kako odluka suda nije u skladu s važećim odlukama nadležnih tijela u cilju sprječavanja širenja virusa SARS-CoV 2 te se niti ne slaže sa stavom suda iznesenim u rješenju o neodređivanju istražnog zatvora kako nema osnovane sumnje o počinjenju navedenih kaznenih djela – navodi se u priopćenju DORH-a.

KAZNENA PRIJAVA Zaraženi Španjolci bezbrižno šetali po Metkoviću umjesto izolacije

Pet državljana Kraljevine Španjolske osumnjičeno je za kazneno djelo širenja i prenošenja zarazne bolesti. Naime, dežurnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Metkoviću je, 31. srpnja 2021. uz kaznenu prijavu, privedeno pet državljana Kraljevine Španjolske (svi su rođeni 1996. godine) zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da su počinili, svaki, po jedno kazneno djelo širenja i prenošenja zarane bolesti, a predmet je 6. kolovoza 2021. dostavljen na nadležno postupanje Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Postoji osnovana sumnja, navodi se u priopćenju DORH-a, da su osumnjičenici 22. srpnja 2021. oko 20,30 sati, u Dubrovniku, iako svjesni da su 19. srpnja 2021. u poliklinici u zračnoj luci testirani brzim antigenskim testom na virus SARS-CoV 2 i da su svi zaraženi navedenim virusom te da im je dijagnosticirana bolest Covid-19; zbog čega im je nadležni epidemiolog odredio mjeru izolacije i liječenja kod kuće na adresi boravišta u Dubrovniku u trajanju od 20. srpnja 2021. do 29. srpnja 2021.; postupili protivno odredbi čl. 7. i 21. st. 2. Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti.

Osnovano se sumnja da su, pristajući da bolešću zaraze druge osobe i unatoč izrečenim mjerama, napustili mjesto boravišta te su se kretali po gradu Dubrovniku i otišli u kupovinu, dovodeći time druge osobe u opasnost od širenja i prenošenja zarazne bolesti. Policijski službenici, koji su nadzirali izvršenje mjera, su ih zatekli prilikom povratka u objekt u kojem im je određen boravak tijekom izolacije.

-Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću je 31. srpnja 2021. predložilo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv osumnjičenika na temelju čl. 123. st. 1. t. 1. Zakona o kaznenom postupku. Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku je svojim rješenjem od 31. srpnja 2021. odbio prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora osumnjičenicima, te je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću 1. kolovoza 2021. podnijelo žalbu na navedeno rješenje koja je odbijena 2. kolovoza 2021. rješenjem vijeća Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku smatra kako odluka suda nije u skladu s važećim odlukama nadležnih tijela u cilju sprječavanja širenja virusa SARS-CoV 2 te se niti ne slaže sa stavom suda iznesenim u rješenju o neodređivanju istražnog zatvora kako nema osnovane sumnje o počinjenju navedenih kaznenih djela – navodi se u priopćenju DORH-a.
