Grad Opuzen oglasio je prodaju nekretnine u svom vlasništvu. Riječ je o garsonjeri od 13 metara kvadratnih koja se nalazi na petom katu stambene zgrade u ulici Ante Starčevića na kućnom broju 30.

Kako je navedeno u natječaju, nekretnina predstavlja jednu prostoriju, sa korištenjem zajedničkog kupatila i wc-a na istom katu.

Početna cijena za predmetnu nekretninu iznosi 3.596,37 eura ili 27.000,00 kuna.

Prodaja se vrši po sistemu "viđeno-kupljeno" te prodavatelj ne odgovora kupcu zabilo kakve nedostatke stana koji je predmet prodaje. Početna kupoprodajna cijena nekretnina utvrđena je na temelju procjene tržišne vrijednosti koju je za tu imovinu izradio ovlašteni sudski vještak. Kupoprodajna cijena plaća se odjednom, u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora ili obročno i to do 24 mjesečna obroka uz obvezu upisa tereta na nekretnini koja je predmet ugovora u korist Grada Opuzena. Sve troškove nastale nakon sklapanja ugovora snosi kupac, stoji među ostalim u uvjetima natječaja.

Grad Opuzen oglasio je prodaju nekretnine u svom vlasništvu. Riječ je o garsonjeri od 13 metara kvadratnih koja se nalazi na petom katu stambene zgrade u ulici Ante Starčevića na kućnom broju 30.

Kako je navedeno u natječaju, nekretnina predstavlja jednu prostoriju, sa korištenjem zajedničkog kupatila i wc-a na istom katu.

Početna cijena za predmetnu nekretninu iznosi 3.596,37 eura ili 27.000,00 kuna.

Prodaja se vrši po sistemu "viđeno-kupljeno" te prodavatelj ne odgovora kupcu zabilo kakve nedostatke stana koji je predmet prodaje. Početna kupoprodajna cijena nekretnina utvrđena je na temelju procjene tržišne vrijednosti koju je za tu imovinu izradio ovlašteni sudski vještak. Kupoprodajna cijena plaća se odjednom, u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora ili obročno i to do 24 mjesečna obroka uz obvezu upisa tereta na nekretnini koja je predmet ugovora u korist Grada Opuzena. Sve troškove nastale nakon sklapanja ugovora snosi kupac, stoji među ostalim u uvjetima natječaja.

Grad Opuzen oglasio je prodaju nekretnine u svom vlasništvu. Riječ je o garsonjeri od 13 metara kvadratnih koja se nalazi na petom katu stambene zgrade u ulici Ante Starčevića na kućnom broju 30.

Kako je navedeno u natječaju, nekretnina predstavlja jednu prostoriju, sa korištenjem zajedničkog kupatila i wc-a na istom katu.

Početna cijena za predmetnu nekretninu iznosi 3.596,37 eura ili 27.000,00 kuna.

Prodaja se vrši po sistemu "viđeno-kupljeno" te prodavatelj ne odgovora kupcu zabilo kakve nedostatke stana koji je predmet prodaje. Početna kupoprodajna cijena nekretnina utvrđena je na temelju procjene tržišne vrijednosti koju je za tu imovinu izradio ovlašteni sudski vještak. Kupoprodajna cijena plaća se odjednom, u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora ili obročno i to do 24 mjesečna obroka uz obvezu upisa tereta na nekretnini koja je predmet ugovora u korist Grada Opuzena. Sve troškove nastale nakon sklapanja ugovora snosi kupac, stoji među ostalim u uvjetima natječaja.
