Pučka pravobraniteljica Tena Šimonović Einwalter u svom izvješću za 2022. godinu navela je kako je konačno riješeno pitanje kojim se ovaj ured godinama bavio, a odnosi se na prava konavoskih branitelja. Lani je, naime, sklopljen sporazum o međusobnim pravima i obvezama u provedbi programa međuresorne suradnje između Središnjeg državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje i Općine Konavle.

- Međuresornim sporazumom s Općinom Konavle napokon se, nakon gotovo 20 godina, razrješava stambeno zbrinjavanje šest braniteljskih obitelji s tog područja. Naime, više godina postupamo po pritužbi jednog od stambeno nezbrinutih hrvatskih branitelja, kojemu je još 2010. godine tadašnje Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja, šumarstva i vodnoga gospodarstva izdalo suglasnost za darovanje građevinskog zemljišta u državnom vlasništvu i građevnog materijala za izgradnju obiteljske kuće, što je zatražio još 2003. godine – navodi pučka pravobraniteljica.

Da je konačno postignut sporazum potvrđuje konavoski načelnik Božo Lasić. Kaže kako je Općina provela parcelaciju, izradila idejno rješenje i državi predala u vlasništvo zemljište u Čilipima radi izgradnje triju stambenih zgrada za branitelje. Središnji državni ured, navodi načelnik, obvezao se predati braniteljima nekretnine u roh-bau izvedbi. Općina će se, najavljuje Lasić, odreći i komunalnog doprinosa kako bi pomogla u njihovom stambenom zbrinjavanju.

- U blizini tog zemljišta, imaju vrtić, školu, kafić, butigu, zračnu luku, sve što potrebno. Htjeli su graditi stanove u Cavtatu, gdje se ima graditi škola. Što da vam kažem? Mislim da smo s ovim to pitanje riješili – kaže načelnik Lasić.

Branitelji su se nadali da će im biti namijenjeno zemljište u Cavtatu, koje je država darovala Općini Konavle radi izgradnje nove škole i vrtića. Lokacija u Čilipima i ranije im je nuđena, no oni su je odbijali. Godinama su se vodili prijepori oko lokacije tog zemljišta upravo zbog blizine zračne luke koju spominje načelnik Lasić. Jedan od nositelja prava stambenog zbrinjavanja, koji je javno istupao po ovom pitanju, blizinu zračne luke nije shvaćao kao prednost te je isticao da bi buka s aerodromske piste ugrožavala kvalitetu života.

- Davno je to trebalo biti riješeno – kaže Vitomir Bajac, predsjednik Zajednice udruga i članova hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata HVIDR-a Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije.

- Na područjima posebne državne skrbi, država je bila u obvezi tim braniteljima osigurati zemljište i građevni materijal. Općina je to pogurala dodjelom svog zemljišta. Pozdravljam ako je konačno postignut sporazum – komentira Bajac.

Pučka pravobraniteljica Tena Šimonović Einwalter u svom izvješću za 2022. godinu navela je kako je konačno riješeno pitanje kojim se ovaj ured godinama bavio, a odnosi se na prava konavoskih branitelja. Lani je, naime, sklopljen sporazum o međusobnim pravima i obvezama u provedbi programa međuresorne suradnje između Središnjeg državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje i Općine Konavle.

- Međuresornim sporazumom s Općinom Konavle napokon se, nakon gotovo 20 godina, razrješava stambeno zbrinjavanje šest braniteljskih obitelji s tog područja. Naime, više godina postupamo po pritužbi jednog od stambeno nezbrinutih hrvatskih branitelja, kojemu je još 2010. godine tadašnje Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja, šumarstva i vodnoga gospodarstva izdalo suglasnost za darovanje građevinskog zemljišta u državnom vlasništvu i građevnog materijala za izgradnju obiteljske kuće, što je zatražio još 2003. godine – navodi pučka pravobraniteljica.

Da je konačno postignut sporazum potvrđuje konavoski načelnik Božo Lasić. Kaže kako je Općina provela parcelaciju, izradila idejno rješenje i državi predala u vlasništvo zemljište u Čilipima radi izgradnje triju stambenih zgrada za branitelje. Središnji državni ured, navodi načelnik, obvezao se predati braniteljima nekretnine u roh-bau izvedbi. Općina će se, najavljuje Lasić, odreći i komunalnog doprinosa kako bi pomogla u njihovom stambenom zbrinjavanju.

- U blizini tog zemljišta, imaju vrtić, školu, kafić, butigu, zračnu luku, sve što potrebno. Htjeli su graditi stanove u Cavtatu, gdje se ima graditi škola. Što da vam kažem? Mislim da smo s ovim to pitanje riješili – kaže načelnik Lasić.

Branitelji su se nadali da će im biti namijenjeno zemljište u Cavtatu, koje je država darovala Općini Konavle radi izgradnje nove škole i vrtića. Lokacija u Čilipima i ranije im je nuđena, no oni su je odbijali. Godinama su se vodili prijepori oko lokacije tog zemljišta upravo zbog blizine zračne luke koju spominje načelnik Lasić. Jedan od nositelja prava stambenog zbrinjavanja, koji je javno istupao po ovom pitanju, blizinu zračne luke nije shvaćao kao prednost te je isticao da bi buka s aerodromske piste ugrožavala kvalitetu života.

- Davno je to trebalo biti riješeno – kaže Vitomir Bajac, predsjednik Zajednice udruga i članova hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata HVIDR-a Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije.

- Na područjima posebne državne skrbi, država je bila u obvezi tim braniteljima osigurati zemljište i građevni materijal. Općina je to pogurala dodjelom svog zemljišta. Pozdravljam ako je konačno postignut sporazum – komentira Bajac.
