Kandidat za gradonačelnika Dubrovnika Andro Vlahušić i njegova kandidatkinja za dogradonačelnicu Nataša Gabričević ispred platforme Dubrovnik - naš grad održali su na Autobusnom kolodvoru u Gružu na temu izgradnje putničkog i trajektnog terminala, novog autobusnog kolodvora, trgovačkog centra i javne garaže. Gabričević je kazala kako na tom dijelu grada nedostaju moderna urbana rješenja i zelene oaze te se zapitala kad će taj dio grada postati dio 'pametne i zelene Europe'?

Vlahušić je istaknuo kako treba riješiti pravno-imovinske odnose i raspisati arhitektonski natječaj, a što nije napravljeno u četiri godine. Rekao je da grad Dubrovnik može postupiti kao Zadar te raspisati arhitektonski natječaj, izgraditi kompleks te pojedine dijelove davati potkoncesiju ili se pojedini dijelovi kompleksa mogu dati u koncesiju, primjerice posebno Autobusni kolodvor, posebno budući trgovački centar i tako dalje. Rekao je kako bi današnja vrijednost kompleksa bila 450 milijuna kuna. Isto je tako naglasio kako oko 60 posto krova budućeg kompleksa mora biti zelen, dakle radilo bi se o velikoj zelenoj površini. Otkrio je kako prvonagrađeni rad svojevremeno nije prihvatio jer ga nije smatrao dovoljno ambicioznim za Dubrovnik.  

Poručio je kako od kolodvora prema Nuncijati treba ići i žičara. Dodao je kako imovinsko-pravne odnose treba riješiti te raspisati arhitektonski natječaj kako bi se mogao izraditi projekt te kako bi se povukli fondovi Europske unije a je rok do 2022. Pa se zapitao je li moguće to napraviti u tako kratkom roku jer se dosad na projektu nije radilo?

Komentirajući proširenje koncesijskog područja i završetak otkupa dionica Luke Dubrovnik od strane Grada Dubrovnika, Vlahušić je naveo kako je Luka Dubrovnik privatno trgovačko društvo te je 52 posto dionica u privatnom vlasništvu. Kazao će kako Autobusni kolodvor, koji sada najam plaća državi, najam plaćati privatnoj tvrtci te će privatna tvrtka dobiti 52 posto. Predložio je da Vlada cijelu koncesiju, cijeli prostor prepusti Gradu Dubrovnik 'jedan kroz jedan'. Podsjetio je i na zabranu pristupa kruzera u povijesno središte Veneciji te je istaknuo da je upravo to šansa za Grad Dubrovnik odnosno da se dio putnika veže upravo za  Dubrovnik.

Komentirajući aktualnog gradonačelnika Mata Frankovića i ovrhe u iznosu od 4,4 milijuna kuna Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik za koje Franković optužuje svog prethodnika, Vlahušić je rekao da se kroz više godina i kroz više uprava Bolnice vodi sudski spor za robu koja je u vrijednosti od 1,5 milijun kuna isporučena dubrovačkoj bolnici, ali na 'neki način jedan od sudionika osporava taj predmet'. Ispričao je da je predzadnja odluka bila u korist Bolnice, ali je zadnja, nažalost, kontra stava Bolnice i stava prethodne sudske odluke.

Međutim, uzvratio je Frankoviću rekavši da kroz tri godine agencijama nije naplatio zaustavljanje turističkih autobusa na Pilama te napravio direktnu štetu od 25 milijuna kuna. Osvrnuvši se na izjave kandidata za gradonačelnika stranke Srđ je Grad Đura Capora, Vlahušić je rekao da je gradu potreban turizam.

Kandidat za gradonačelnika Dubrovnika Andro Vlahušić i njegova kandidatkinja za dogradonačelnicu Nataša Gabričević ispred platforme Dubrovnik - naš grad održali su na Autobusnom kolodvoru u Gružu na temu izgradnje putničkog i trajektnog terminala, novog autobusnog kolodvora, trgovačkog centra i javne garaže. Gabričević je kazala kako na tom dijelu grada nedostaju moderna urbana rješenja i zelene oaze te se zapitala kad će taj dio grada postati dio 'pametne i zelene Europe'?

Vlahušić je istaknuo kako treba riješiti pravno-imovinske odnose i raspisati arhitektonski natječaj, a što nije napravljeno u četiri godine. Rekao je da grad Dubrovnik može postupiti kao Zadar te raspisati arhitektonski natječaj, izgraditi kompleks te pojedine dijelove davati potkoncesiju ili se pojedini dijelovi kompleksa mogu dati u koncesiju, primjerice posebno Autobusni kolodvor, posebno budući trgovački centar i tako dalje. Rekao je kako bi današnja vrijednost kompleksa bila 450 milijuna kuna. Isto je tako naglasio kako oko 60 posto krova budućeg kompleksa mora biti zelen, dakle radilo bi se o velikoj zelenoj površini. Otkrio je kako prvonagrađeni rad svojevremeno nije prihvatio jer ga nije smatrao dovoljno ambicioznim za Dubrovnik.  

Poručio je kako od kolodvora prema Nuncijati treba ići i žičara. Dodao je kako imovinsko-pravne odnose treba riješiti te raspisati arhitektonski natječaj kako bi se mogao izraditi projekt te kako bi se povukli fondovi Europske unije a je rok do 2022. Pa se zapitao je li moguće to napraviti u tako kratkom roku jer se dosad na projektu nije radilo?

Komentirajući proširenje koncesijskog područja i završetak otkupa dionica Luke Dubrovnik od strane Grada Dubrovnika, Vlahušić je naveo kako je Luka Dubrovnik privatno trgovačko društvo te je 52 posto dionica u privatnom vlasništvu. Kazao će kako Autobusni kolodvor, koji sada najam plaća državi, najam plaćati privatnoj tvrtci te će privatna tvrtka dobiti 52 posto. Predložio je da Vlada cijelu koncesiju, cijeli prostor prepusti Gradu Dubrovnik 'jedan kroz jedan'. Podsjetio je i na zabranu pristupa kruzera u povijesno središte Veneciji te je istaknuo da je upravo to šansa za Grad Dubrovnik odnosno da se dio putnika veže upravo za  Dubrovnik.

Komentirajući aktualnog gradonačelnika Mata Frankovića i ovrhe u iznosu od 4,4 milijuna kuna Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik za koje Franković optužuje svog prethodnika, Vlahušić je rekao da se kroz više godina i kroz više uprava Bolnice vodi sudski spor za robu koja je u vrijednosti od 1,5 milijun kuna isporučena dubrovačkoj bolnici, ali na 'neki način jedan od sudionika osporava taj predmet'. Ispričao je da je predzadnja odluka bila u korist Bolnice, ali je zadnja, nažalost, kontra stava Bolnice i stava prethodne sudske odluke.

Međutim, uzvratio je Frankoviću rekavši da kroz tri godine agencijama nije naplatio zaustavljanje turističkih autobusa na Pilama te napravio direktnu štetu od 25 milijuna kuna. Osvrnuvši se na izjave kandidata za gradonačelnika stranke Srđ je Grad Đura Capora, Vlahušić je rekao da je gradu potreban turizam.

VLAHUŠIĆ U četiri godine nije raspisan arhitektonski natječaj niti su riješeni imovinsko-pravni odnosi za izgradnju putničkog terminala u Gružu!

Kandidat za gradonačelnika Dubrovnika Andro Vlahušić i njegova kandidatkinja za dogradonačelnicu Nataša Gabričević ispred platforme Dubrovnik - naš grad održali su na Autobusnom kolodvoru u Gružu na temu izgradnje putničkog i trajektnog terminala, novog autobusnog kolodvora, trgovačkog centra i javne garaže. Gabričević je kazala kako na tom dijelu grada nedostaju moderna urbana rješenja i zelene oaze te se zapitala kad će taj dio grada postati dio 'pametne i zelene Europe'?

Vlahušić je istaknuo kako treba riješiti pravno-imovinske odnose i raspisati arhitektonski natječaj, a što nije napravljeno u četiri godine. Rekao je da grad Dubrovnik može postupiti kao Zadar te raspisati arhitektonski natječaj, izgraditi kompleks te pojedine dijelove davati potkoncesiju ili se pojedini dijelovi kompleksa mogu dati u koncesiju, primjerice posebno Autobusni kolodvor, posebno budući trgovački centar i tako dalje. Rekao je kako bi današnja vrijednost kompleksa bila 450 milijuna kuna. Isto je tako naglasio kako oko 60 posto krova budućeg kompleksa mora biti zelen, dakle radilo bi se o velikoj zelenoj površini. Otkrio je kako prvonagrađeni rad svojevremeno nije prihvatio jer ga nije smatrao dovoljno ambicioznim za Dubrovnik.  

Poručio je kako od kolodvora prema Nuncijati treba ići i žičara. Dodao je kako imovinsko-pravne odnose treba riješiti te raspisati arhitektonski natječaj kako bi se mogao izraditi projekt te kako bi se povukli fondovi Europske unije a je rok do 2022. Pa se zapitao je li moguće to napraviti u tako kratkom roku jer se dosad na projektu nije radilo?

Komentirajući proširenje koncesijskog područja i završetak otkupa dionica Luke Dubrovnik od strane Grada Dubrovnika, Vlahušić je naveo kako je Luka Dubrovnik privatno trgovačko društvo te je 52 posto dionica u privatnom vlasništvu. Kazao će kako Autobusni kolodvor, koji sada najam plaća državi, najam plaćati privatnoj tvrtci te će privatna tvrtka dobiti 52 posto. Predložio je da Vlada cijelu koncesiju, cijeli prostor prepusti Gradu Dubrovnik 'jedan kroz jedan'. Podsjetio je i na zabranu pristupa kruzera u povijesno središte Veneciji te je istaknuo da je upravo to šansa za Grad Dubrovnik odnosno da se dio putnika veže upravo za  Dubrovnik.

Komentirajući aktualnog gradonačelnika Mata Frankovića i ovrhe u iznosu od 4,4 milijuna kuna Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik za koje Franković optužuje svog prethodnika, Vlahušić je rekao da se kroz više godina i kroz više uprava Bolnice vodi sudski spor za robu koja je u vrijednosti od 1,5 milijun kuna isporučena dubrovačkoj bolnici, ali na 'neki način jedan od sudionika osporava taj predmet'. Ispričao je da je predzadnja odluka bila u korist Bolnice, ali je zadnja, nažalost, kontra stava Bolnice i stava prethodne sudske odluke.

Međutim, uzvratio je Frankoviću rekavši da kroz tri godine agencijama nije naplatio zaustavljanje turističkih autobusa na Pilama te napravio direktnu štetu od 25 milijuna kuna. Osvrnuvši se na izjave kandidata za gradonačelnika stranke Srđ je Grad Đura Capora, Vlahušić je rekao da je gradu potreban turizam.
