U ponedjeljak ujutro nekoliko je ljudi vraćeno s testiranja na Medarevu jer nisu imali uputnicu obiteljskog liječnika koji je radio popodne. Vratio ih je jedan djelatnik, iako su mu rekli da će uputnicu elektronski dobiti popodne, a čekali su pola sata u jednom redu, pa su ih poslali na drugi i tamo su čekali još dvadesetak minuta. Djelatnik im je rekao da se odu testirati negdje drugdje ako im je preša, tvrdi naš sugrađanin koji nam je dojavio ovaj događaj.

Kakva je praksa kod testiranja, mora li se uvijek imati uputnica iako preko vikenda i blagdana obiteljski liječnici ne rade ili, u ovom slučaju, kad radi u popodnevnoj smjeni?

Ravnatelj bolnice dr. Marijo Bekić demantira ove tvrdnje i kaže da u bolnici svima izađu ususret, bez obzira ima li ili nema uputnicu.

– Osobno sam dao takav naputak. Mi zaista ne vraćamo nikoga. Tamo su dva kontejnera, jedan je od Opće bolnice, drugi od Zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Moguće da uopće nije u pitanju bolnički kontejner. U nas se može testirati od 7.30 do 10 sati – istaknuo je ravnatelj bolnice.

– Poslije toga je samo testiranje za hitne pacijente na Zaraznom odjelu. Puno me ljudi kontaktira, kažu da im doktor radi popodne i zbilja nikome ne radimo problem – rekao je Bekić. – Puno se puta dogodi da se netko meni poznat testira na tom lijevom kontejneru, od Zavoda, i kaže 'ajme, vratili su me ondje' ili 'nisu mi poslali nalaz', i onda vidim u kompjuteru da osoba uopće nije testirana kod nas – naglasio je.

Došli smo i do djelatnika koji je vratio ljude s testiranja, a što se zbilo, pojašnjava za naš portal:

- Ja sam ih vratio. Jučer je bila ogromna gužva. Ostali smo raditi dulje od službenog radnog vremena da bismo sve pohvatali. Naše je radno vrijeme od 7.30 do 10, a radili smo do 11 manje kvarat. Bilo je vrlo neugodnih ljudi. Ako nemamo uputnicu liječnika obiteljske medicine, a radimo putem hitne infektološke ambulante iza 10 sati, nalaz mu se ne može vezati u CEZIH i ne može mu ga liječnik vidjeti. Onda nam se ljudi žale da im nalaz liječnik ne može vidjeti i čak nam prijete tužbama – kaže naš sugovornik.

– To je veliki problem. Većinom uzimamo ljude bez uputnice jer nam je u interesu testirati što više ljudi, da se pozitivni maknu u izolaciju. Zavod za javno zdravstvo ne uzima apsolutno nikoga bez uputnice i ti ljudi većinom dolaze nama. Ako je čovjek bio bolestan vikendom, kako mu ne napraviti? Epidemiološki gledano, ovo je puno bolje, ali administrativno je za nas lošije. Uistinu pokušavamo izaći ususret. Jučer smo imali oko 380 uzoraka, nije to lako uzeti. Masa ih je bila bez uputnice! Bila je velika gužva jer se za Božić nije radilo, a neki su ljudi bili vrlo neugodni - zaključio je djelatnik bolnice.

Dakle, trebate li učiniti test, nastojte doći na Medarevo prije 10 sati, posebno ako nemate uputnicu. I izaberite kontejner od bolnice, zaključak je ove priče.

U ponedjeljak ujutro nekoliko je ljudi vraćeno s testiranja na Medarevu jer nisu imali uputnicu obiteljskog liječnika koji je radio popodne. Vratio ih je jedan djelatnik, iako su mu rekli da će uputnicu elektronski dobiti popodne, a čekali su pola sata u jednom redu, pa su ih poslali na drugi i tamo su čekali još dvadesetak minuta. Djelatnik im je rekao da se odu testirati negdje drugdje ako im je preša, tvrdi naš sugrađanin koji nam je dojavio ovaj događaj.

Kakva je praksa kod testiranja, mora li se uvijek imati uputnica iako preko vikenda i blagdana obiteljski liječnici ne rade ili, u ovom slučaju, kad radi u popodnevnoj smjeni?

Ravnatelj bolnice dr. Marijo Bekić demantira ove tvrdnje i kaže da u bolnici svima izađu ususret, bez obzira ima li ili nema uputnicu.

– Osobno sam dao takav naputak. Mi zaista ne vraćamo nikoga. Tamo su dva kontejnera, jedan je od Opće bolnice, drugi od Zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Moguće da uopće nije u pitanju bolnički kontejner. U nas se može testirati od 7.30 do 10 sati – istaknuo je ravnatelj bolnice.

– Poslije toga je samo testiranje za hitne pacijente na Zaraznom odjelu. Puno me ljudi kontaktira, kažu da im doktor radi popodne i zbilja nikome ne radimo problem – rekao je Bekić. – Puno se puta dogodi da se netko meni poznat testira na tom lijevom kontejneru, od Zavoda, i kaže 'ajme, vratili su me ondje' ili 'nisu mi poslali nalaz', i onda vidim u kompjuteru da osoba uopće nije testirana kod nas – naglasio je.

Došli smo i do djelatnika koji je vratio ljude s testiranja, a što se zbilo, pojašnjava za naš portal:

- Ja sam ih vratio. Jučer je bila ogromna gužva. Ostali smo raditi dulje od službenog radnog vremena da bismo sve pohvatali. Naše je radno vrijeme od 7.30 do 10, a radili smo do 11 manje kvarat. Bilo je vrlo neugodnih ljudi. Ako nemamo uputnicu liječnika obiteljske medicine, a radimo putem hitne infektološke ambulante iza 10 sati, nalaz mu se ne može vezati u CEZIH i ne može mu ga liječnik vidjeti. Onda nam se ljudi žale da im nalaz liječnik ne može vidjeti i čak nam prijete tužbama – kaže naš sugovornik.

– To je veliki problem. Većinom uzimamo ljude bez uputnice jer nam je u interesu testirati što više ljudi, da se pozitivni maknu u izolaciju. Zavod za javno zdravstvo ne uzima apsolutno nikoga bez uputnice i ti ljudi većinom dolaze nama. Ako je čovjek bio bolestan vikendom, kako mu ne napraviti? Epidemiološki gledano, ovo je puno bolje, ali administrativno je za nas lošije. Uistinu pokušavamo izaći ususret. Jučer smo imali oko 380 uzoraka, nije to lako uzeti. Masa ih je bila bez uputnice! Bila je velika gužva jer se za Božić nije radilo, a neki su ljudi bili vrlo neugodni - zaključio je djelatnik bolnice.

Dakle, trebate li učiniti test, nastojte doći na Medarevo prije 10 sati, posebno ako nemate uputnicu. I izaberite kontejner od bolnice, zaključak je ove priče.
