Grad Dubrovnik, je danas 13. srpnja 2022. godine, ishodio je građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju skloništa za životinje na Grabovici. Kompleks suvremenog gradskog azila na obuhvatu od 12.000 metara kvadratnih bit će jedan od najvećih objekata ovakve vrste u Europi kojim upravlja jedinica lokalne samouprave.

 

Azil će raspolagati maksimalnim smještajnim kapacitetom za 352 psa i 91 mačku, u ukupno 12 paviljona projektiranih kaskadno. Sastojat će se od središnje građevine s prostorima za osoblje, posjetitelje i zaposlenike, veterinarskom službom i ostalim servisnim prostorima te od zone paviljona s pripadajućim otvorenim prostorima za smještaj i rekreaciju životinja. Projektom je predviđen i prostor za volontere koji se budu željeli uključiti u rad azila, kojim će upravljati stručno tijelo. Među paviljonima je projektirana šetnica i sve je uklopljeno u okoliš i postojeći teren, a osigurat će se i prostori za obuku i socijalizaciju pasa. Implementacijom fotonaponskih elektrana azil će svoje potrebe za električnom energijom ostvarivati putem solarne energije.

 

 Za realizaciju projekta prethodno je usvajanjem Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenja Grada Dubrovnika uvrštena nova lokacija budućeg gradskog azila čime se otklonila temeljna administrativna barijera. Završenom izradom projektne dokumentacije, koja je u potpunosti izrađena prema referentnim pravilnicima i zakonima te prema smjernicama međunarodnih udruga za zaštitu životinja, projekt je poboljšan u smislu energetske učinkovitosti i održivosti. U redovnom postupku izdavanja građevinske dozvole, prethodno je završena e-konferencija tijekom koje nije bilo primjedbi pozvanih javnopravnih tijela te su saslušane stranke u postupku.

Grad Dubrovnik, je danas 13. srpnja 2022. godine, ishodio je građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju skloništa za životinje na Grabovici. Kompleks suvremenog gradskog azila na obuhvatu od 12.000 metara kvadratnih bit će jedan od najvećih objekata ovakve vrste u Europi kojim upravlja jedinica lokalne samouprave.

 

Azil će raspolagati maksimalnim smještajnim kapacitetom za 352 psa i 91 mačku, u ukupno 12 paviljona projektiranih kaskadno. Sastojat će se od središnje građevine s prostorima za osoblje, posjetitelje i zaposlenike, veterinarskom službom i ostalim servisnim prostorima te od zone paviljona s pripadajućim otvorenim prostorima za smještaj i rekreaciju životinja. Projektom je predviđen i prostor za volontere koji se budu željeli uključiti u rad azila, kojim će upravljati stručno tijelo. Među paviljonima je projektirana šetnica i sve je uklopljeno u okoliš i postojeći teren, a osigurat će se i prostori za obuku i socijalizaciju pasa. Implementacijom fotonaponskih elektrana azil će svoje potrebe za električnom energijom ostvarivati putem solarne energije.

 

 Za realizaciju projekta prethodno je usvajanjem Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenja Grada Dubrovnika uvrštena nova lokacija budućeg gradskog azila čime se otklonila temeljna administrativna barijera. Završenom izradom projektne dokumentacije, koja je u potpunosti izrađena prema referentnim pravilnicima i zakonima te prema smjernicama međunarodnih udruga za zaštitu životinja, projekt je poboljšan u smislu energetske učinkovitosti i održivosti. U redovnom postupku izdavanja građevinske dozvole, prethodno je završena e-konferencija tijekom koje nije bilo primjedbi pozvanih javnopravnih tijela te su saslušane stranke u postupku.

Ishodovana građevinska dozvola za izgradnju azila za životinje

Grad Dubrovnik, je danas 13. srpnja 2022. godine, ishodio je građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju skloništa za životinje na Grabovici. Kompleks suvremenog gradskog azila na obuhvatu od 12.000 metara kvadratnih bit će jedan od najvećih objekata ovakve vrste u Europi kojim upravlja jedinica lokalne samouprave.

 

Azil će raspolagati maksimalnim smještajnim kapacitetom za 352 psa i 91 mačku, u ukupno 12 paviljona projektiranih kaskadno. Sastojat će se od središnje građevine s prostorima za osoblje, posjetitelje i zaposlenike, veterinarskom službom i ostalim servisnim prostorima te od zone paviljona s pripadajućim otvorenim prostorima za smještaj i rekreaciju životinja. Projektom je predviđen i prostor za volontere koji se budu željeli uključiti u rad azila, kojim će upravljati stručno tijelo. Među paviljonima je projektirana šetnica i sve je uklopljeno u okoliš i postojeći teren, a osigurat će se i prostori za obuku i socijalizaciju pasa. Implementacijom fotonaponskih elektrana azil će svoje potrebe za električnom energijom ostvarivati putem solarne energije.

 

 Za realizaciju projekta prethodno je usvajanjem Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenja Grada Dubrovnika uvrštena nova lokacija budućeg gradskog azila čime se otklonila temeljna administrativna barijera. Završenom izradom projektne dokumentacije, koja je u potpunosti izrađena prema referentnim pravilnicima i zakonima te prema smjernicama međunarodnih udruga za zaštitu životinja, projekt je poboljšan u smislu energetske učinkovitosti i održivosti. U redovnom postupku izdavanja građevinske dozvole, prethodno je završena e-konferencija tijekom koje nije bilo primjedbi pozvanih javnopravnih tijela te su saslušane stranke u postupku.
