Energetski stručnjak i bivši ministar gospodarstva, često viđeni gost u Dubrovniku, Davor Štern prodaje svoj stan u Karmenu. Na stranicama Županije objavljeno je kako je Županija odbila pravo prvokupa Šternove nekretnine kojoj je ponuđena cijena milijun eura (protuvrijednost u kunama). Vlasnik pak napominje kako je stan u prodaji već skoro dvije godine.

- Gledajte, mislio sam da ću imati više vremena, ali imam ga sve manje. Mislio sam da će odlazak u mirovinu povećati količinu slobodnog vremena, ali nije. Uzeo bih nešto manje, budući da je to jedan vrlo kvalitetan stan, ima jedno 200 kvadrata. Nudim ga po dosta visokoj cijeni, ali neću dobiti tu cijenu, pa ću i dalje ostati u njemu. U Dubrovniku bih kupio nešto primjerenije, manje, ovo mi je preveliko, naime, manje vremena provodim u gradu nego prije. Ako bih bio u gradu, bio bih samo u povijesnoj jezgri jer se nadam da će pamet prevladati i da će se ljudi vraćati u jezgru. Dubrovniku svaka čast, on je meni drag, ali jezgra je jezgra, Grad je Grad – govori Štern te dodaje:

- Jedna stvar koja me smeta u Karmenu, a to je na sramotu grada jest ulica gdje sam ja, to je Ulica Gjura Baglivija: tamo su već 12, 15 godina neke ruševine i skele, što ne priliči Gradu. Nije to razlog zašto prodajem stan, ni u kojem slučaju, ali takve se stvari u Gradu ne bi trebale događati. U taj stan mi je dolazila obitelj, svi... Ali, djeca su narasla, unuci su se raspršili na studije okolo tako da se situacija u životu mijenja. U svakom slučaju, tako veliki stan mi više ne treba. Nama su dolazili i djeca i unuci pa bi provodili lijepo vrijeme u Gradu, a sad to više nije u fokusu, kaže Štern koji napominje kako će svakako ostati vjeran Dubrovniku.

Energetski stručnjak i bivši ministar gospodarstva, često viđeni gost u Dubrovniku, Davor Štern prodaje svoj stan u Karmenu. Na stranicama Županije objavljeno je kako je Županija odbila pravo prvokupa Šternove nekretnine kojoj je ponuđena cijena milijun eura (protuvrijednost u kunama). Vlasnik pak napominje kako je stan u prodaji već skoro dvije godine.

- Gledajte, mislio sam da ću imati više vremena, ali imam ga sve manje. Mislio sam da će odlazak u mirovinu povećati količinu slobodnog vremena, ali nije. Uzeo bih nešto manje, budući da je to jedan vrlo kvalitetan stan, ima jedno 200 kvadrata. Nudim ga po dosta visokoj cijeni, ali neću dobiti tu cijenu, pa ću i dalje ostati u njemu. U Dubrovniku bih kupio nešto primjerenije, manje, ovo mi je preveliko, naime, manje vremena provodim u gradu nego prije. Ako bih bio u gradu, bio bih samo u povijesnoj jezgri jer se nadam da će pamet prevladati i da će se ljudi vraćati u jezgru. Dubrovniku svaka čast, on je meni drag, ali jezgra je jezgra, Grad je Grad – govori Štern te dodaje:

- Jedna stvar koja me smeta u Karmenu, a to je na sramotu grada jest ulica gdje sam ja, to je Ulica Gjura Baglivija: tamo su već 12, 15 godina neke ruševine i skele, što ne priliči Gradu. Nije to razlog zašto prodajem stan, ni u kojem slučaju, ali takve se stvari u Gradu ne bi trebale događati. U taj stan mi je dolazila obitelj, svi... Ali, djeca su narasla, unuci su se raspršili na studije okolo tako da se situacija u životu mijenja. U svakom slučaju, tako veliki stan mi više ne treba. Nama su dolazili i djeca i unuci pa bi provodili lijepo vrijeme u Gradu, a sad to više nije u fokusu, kaže Štern koji napominje kako će svakako ostati vjeran Dubrovniku.

Energetski stručnjak i bivši ministar gospodarstva, često viđeni gost u Dubrovniku, Davor Štern prodaje svoj stan u Karmenu. Na stranicama Županije objavljeno je kako je Županija odbila pravo prvokupa Šternove nekretnine kojoj je ponuđena cijena milijun eura (protuvrijednost u kunama). Vlasnik pak napominje kako je stan u prodaji već skoro dvije godine.

- Gledajte, mislio sam da ću imati više vremena, ali imam ga sve manje. Mislio sam da će odlazak u mirovinu povećati količinu slobodnog vremena, ali nije. Uzeo bih nešto manje, budući da je to jedan vrlo kvalitetan stan, ima jedno 200 kvadrata. Nudim ga po dosta visokoj cijeni, ali neću dobiti tu cijenu, pa ću i dalje ostati u njemu. U Dubrovniku bih kupio nešto primjerenije, manje, ovo mi je preveliko, naime, manje vremena provodim u gradu nego prije. Ako bih bio u gradu, bio bih samo u povijesnoj jezgri jer se nadam da će pamet prevladati i da će se ljudi vraćati u jezgru. Dubrovniku svaka čast, on je meni drag, ali jezgra je jezgra, Grad je Grad – govori Štern te dodaje:

- Jedna stvar koja me smeta u Karmenu, a to je na sramotu grada jest ulica gdje sam ja, to je Ulica Gjura Baglivija: tamo su već 12, 15 godina neke ruševine i skele, što ne priliči Gradu. Nije to razlog zašto prodajem stan, ni u kojem slučaju, ali takve se stvari u Gradu ne bi trebale događati. U taj stan mi je dolazila obitelj, svi... Ali, djeca su narasla, unuci su se raspršili na studije okolo tako da se situacija u životu mijenja. U svakom slučaju, tako veliki stan mi više ne treba. Nama su dolazili i djeca i unuci pa bi provodili lijepo vrijeme u Gradu, a sad to više nije u fokusu, kaže Štern koji napominje kako će svakako ostati vjeran Dubrovniku.
