Vijećnik Srđ je Grad Đuro Capor zamjerio je Frankoviću na iznosu kojeg izdvajaju za protokol i informiranje.

- Dajemo 4 milijuna kuna za prostor u dubrovačkim medijima. Jedan puno veći Zagreb daje oko 2 milijuna, to je ogroman iznos..." - rekao je Capor, a gradonačelnik mu je krenuo odgovarati o planu upravljanja i prijedlogu amandmana za smanjenje proračunske stavke.

- Nevjerojatna neupućenost! Kad gledate jednu stavku koja se zove plan upravljanja, trebali bi znati da plan i iznos je samo za prvi operativni dio. Znam da ste nedavno doselili u naš grad pa počeli brinuti o njemu, inače ste brinuli o brdima, pa se sad malo spustili. Spreman sam vam dati malu edukaciju o planu upravljanja. On se grana kroz sve ostale upravne odjele i društva u vlasništvu Grada. Postoji upravljačka struktura, evo primjera aktivnosti: Grad i ZOD su izradili prijedlog o obnovi spomeničke cjeline koje se baziraju na Planu upravljanja, ZOD je koordinator. Proširenje kontaktne zone, izmjene i dopune PP-a, GUP-a te postupci procjene utjecaja na okoliš. Sve će se to integrirati u postojeće prostorne planove. Tu je i konzervatorska podloga. Konačni cilj je detaljni plan uređenja povijesne jezgre. Našu odluku o komunalnom redu počeli su kopirati gotovo svi gradovi u Hrvatskoj. To je gospodine Capor Respect the City, za vas magla, za nas nešto jasno i razumljivo." - poručio je Franković oko smanjenja tog dijela proračuna.

-Grad Dubrovnik je grad protokola, nevezano za mene, prije mene i poslije. Moramo imati osigurana sredstva za sve protokalrne aktivnosti. Teško je usporediti nas s bilo kojim drugim gradom. Kažete da informiramo o ‘propagandnim uspjesima‘. Izvještavamo na tjednoj bazi naše sugrađane o tome što se radilo u proteklom tjednu, ne vidim tu neku neistinu. Idući tjedan ćemo ih informirati o tome kako se Grad izvrsno obranio na arbitraži pred sudom u Parizu. Ili da se uspio obraniti od udruge Ragusa bus koja je tvrdila da radimo nelegalno. Mi smo htjeli da građani što manje subvencioniraju prijevoznike, vi ste htjeli suprotno! Jendom kad me netko zamijeni, ta će osoba na jednak način nastaviti raditi jer osim što mi kao Grad komuniciramo prema javnosti sve što radimo, ovaj grad ima najviše medija u RH. A oni nikad niste od vas ne uzeli izjavu, pluralizam medijski cvate u ovom gradu, a jednim dijelom Grad kroz ova sredstva sufinancira te brojne medijske djelatnike. S velikom žalošću, ne mogu prihvatiti vaš amandman."

Vijećnik Srđ je Grad Đuro Capor zamjerio je Frankoviću na iznosu kojeg izdvajaju za protokol i informiranje.

- Dajemo 4 milijuna kuna za prostor u dubrovačkim medijima. Jedan puno veći Zagreb daje oko 2 milijuna, to je ogroman iznos..." - rekao je Capor, a gradonačelnik mu je krenuo odgovarati o planu upravljanja i prijedlogu amandmana za smanjenje proračunske stavke.

- Nevjerojatna neupućenost! Kad gledate jednu stavku koja se zove plan upravljanja, trebali bi znati da plan i iznos je samo za prvi operativni dio. Znam da ste nedavno doselili u naš grad pa počeli brinuti o njemu, inače ste brinuli o brdima, pa se sad malo spustili. Spreman sam vam dati malu edukaciju o planu upravljanja. On se grana kroz sve ostale upravne odjele i društva u vlasništvu Grada. Postoji upravljačka struktura, evo primjera aktivnosti: Grad i ZOD su izradili prijedlog o obnovi spomeničke cjeline koje se baziraju na Planu upravljanja, ZOD je koordinator. Proširenje kontaktne zone, izmjene i dopune PP-a, GUP-a te postupci procjene utjecaja na okoliš. Sve će se to integrirati u postojeće prostorne planove. Tu je i konzervatorska podloga. Konačni cilj je detaljni plan uređenja povijesne jezgre. Našu odluku o komunalnom redu počeli su kopirati gotovo svi gradovi u Hrvatskoj. To je gospodine Capor Respect the City, za vas magla, za nas nešto jasno i razumljivo." - poručio je Franković oko smanjenja tog dijela proračuna.

-Grad Dubrovnik je grad protokola, nevezano za mene, prije mene i poslije. Moramo imati osigurana sredstva za sve protokalrne aktivnosti. Teško je usporediti nas s bilo kojim drugim gradom. Kažete da informiramo o ‘propagandnim uspjesima‘. Izvještavamo na tjednoj bazi naše sugrađane o tome što se radilo u proteklom tjednu, ne vidim tu neku neistinu. Idući tjedan ćemo ih informirati o tome kako se Grad izvrsno obranio na arbitraži pred sudom u Parizu. Ili da se uspio obraniti od udruge Ragusa bus koja je tvrdila da radimo nelegalno. Mi smo htjeli da građani što manje subvencioniraju prijevoznike, vi ste htjeli suprotno! Jendom kad me netko zamijeni, ta će osoba na jednak način nastaviti raditi jer osim što mi kao Grad komuniciramo prema javnosti sve što radimo, ovaj grad ima najviše medija u RH. A oni nikad niste od vas ne uzeli izjavu, pluralizam medijski cvate u ovom gradu, a jednim dijelom Grad kroz ova sredstva sufinancira te brojne medijske djelatnike. S velikom žalošću, ne mogu prihvatiti vaš amandman."

Vijećnik Srđ je Grad Đuro Capor zamjerio je Frankoviću na iznosu kojeg izdvajaju za protokol i informiranje.

- Dajemo 4 milijuna kuna za prostor u dubrovačkim medijima. Jedan puno veći Zagreb daje oko 2 milijuna, to je ogroman iznos..." - rekao je Capor, a gradonačelnik mu je krenuo odgovarati o planu upravljanja i prijedlogu amandmana za smanjenje proračunske stavke.
