Grad Dubrovnik je objavio kako je ostvareno pravo na dodjelu sredstava pomoći za sufinanciranje energetske obnove krovišta Luže, za što je, Odlukom Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, odobren bespovratni iznos od milijun kuna.

Sanirat će se krov Kina Sloboda i Teatra Bursa koji je u lošem stanju i zahtijeva potpunu obnovu. Kosi krov konstruktivno predstavlja dijelom drveno, a dijelom armiranobetonsko krovište koje bi se ovom energetskom obnovom rekonstruiralo po uzoru na izvorno stanje s ciljem uštede energije. Planirane su godišnje uštede toplinske energije od 18.13 posto, primarne energije preko 20 posto, uštede godišnje isporučene energije preko 20 posto te smanjenje emisije CO2 od 21.34 posto.

Navedeni projekt prijavljen je 11. prosinca 2020. na Javni poziv za sufinanciranje energetske obnove zgrada sa svojstvom kulturnog dobra, Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost. Dodijeljena bespovratna sredstva čine 31.91 posto Fondu opravdanih troškova ukupne procijenjene vrijednosti projekta koja iznosi 3.134.161,25 kuna.

Grad Dubrovnik je objavio kako je ostvareno pravo na dodjelu sredstava pomoći za sufinanciranje energetske obnove krovišta Luže, za što je, Odlukom Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, odobren bespovratni iznos od milijun kuna.

Sanirat će se krov Kina Sloboda i Teatra Bursa koji je u lošem stanju i zahtijeva potpunu obnovu. Kosi krov konstruktivno predstavlja dijelom drveno, a dijelom armiranobetonsko krovište koje bi se ovom energetskom obnovom rekonstruiralo po uzoru na izvorno stanje s ciljem uštede energije. Planirane su godišnje uštede toplinske energije od 18.13 posto, primarne energije preko 20 posto, uštede godišnje isporučene energije preko 20 posto te smanjenje emisije CO2 od 21.34 posto.

Navedeni projekt prijavljen je 11. prosinca 2020. na Javni poziv za sufinanciranje energetske obnove zgrada sa svojstvom kulturnog dobra, Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost. Dodijeljena bespovratna sredstva čine 31.91 posto Fondu opravdanih troškova ukupne procijenjene vrijednosti projekta koja iznosi 3.134.161,25 kuna.

Grad Dubrovnik je objavio kako je ostvareno pravo na dodjelu sredstava pomoći za sufinanciranje energetske obnove krovišta Luže, za što je, Odlukom Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, odobren bespovratni iznos od milijun kuna.

Sanirat će se krov Kina Sloboda i Teatra Bursa koji je u lošem stanju i zahtijeva potpunu obnovu. Kosi krov konstruktivno predstavlja dijelom drveno, a dijelom armiranobetonsko krovište koje bi se ovom energetskom obnovom rekonstruiralo po uzoru na izvorno stanje s ciljem uštede energije. Planirane su godišnje uštede toplinske energije od 18.13 posto, primarne energije preko 20 posto, uštede godišnje isporučene energije preko 20 posto te smanjenje emisije CO2 od 21.34 posto.

Navedeni projekt prijavljen je 11. prosinca 2020. na Javni poziv za sufinanciranje energetske obnove zgrada sa svojstvom kulturnog dobra, Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost. Dodijeljena bespovratna sredstva čine 31.91 posto Fondu opravdanih troškova ukupne procijenjene vrijednosti projekta koja iznosi 3.134.161,25 kuna.
