Neki iznajmljivači u Dalmaciji već su počeli dobivati rezervacije smještaja za turističku sezonu 2023., što ih je nemalo iznenadilo, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Baš su uranili, nikad nismo ranije imali rezervacije", kažu, ne krijući kako su ostali pomalo zatečeni u špici aktualne turističke sezone. Tek odrađuju 2022. i nisu naviknuti na ovakve, neočekivane situacije s nikad ranijim rezervacijama.

Da je tome tako, potvrđuju i riječi Martine Nimac Kalcine, predsjednice Zajednice obiteljskog turizma HGK-a, koja kaže kako su već u nešto većem broju krenule rezervacije za 2023. jer su cijene iste kao i sada. Strani gosti, nema sumnje, itekako imaju na umu ulazak Hrvatske u eurozonu od 1. siječnja 2023. godine, a poučeni iskustvima stečenim u vlastitim državama na teritoriju EU-a, stvari ne žele prepustiti slučaju.

– Pretpostavljamo kako se to događa zato što gosti računaju da će dogodine skuplje ljetovati. Zato već sada bukiraju smještaj za sljedeću sezonu. Nije u pitanju samo Split, takve informacije stižu iz cijele Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Rezerviraju se vikendice, vile s bazenima... Očekuju da će sve biti skuplje, pa i turistički smještaji – kaže Nimac Kalcina.

Nespremni iznajmljivači

Pojedini vlasnici apartmana u Splitu, koji na popularnim online tražilicama nisu korigirali kalendare s cijenama svojih objekata za 2023., požalili su se na društvenim mrežama kako su, zaokupljeni trenutnim rentanjem, zaboravili za iduću godinu blokirati svoje kalendare na Airu i Bookingu. Propustili su čak i korigirati cijene u traženim razdobljima, poput onih za trajanja Ultre, a već su im stigle rezervacije za iduće ljeto, što jasno pokazuje koliki je interes stranih turista za Hrvatsku.

Po snazi brenda jači smo od Austrije i Grčke

 

Po snazi brenda, Hrvatska je, prema Bloom Consultingu, jača od Austrije, Grčke, Nizozemske, Norveške, Irske, Švedske, Danske, Finske… Susjedna Slovenija našla se na 24. mjestu, Crna Gora na 34., Srbija na 36., a Bosna i Hercegovina na 38. Uz vodeće Španjolsku i Italiju, od Hrvatske su u Europi turistički popularnije Njemačka, Velika Britanija, Francuska, Turska, Švicarska i Portugal.

U prvih pola godina zaradili smo više nego rekordne 2019.

 

Uspoređujući prvih šest mjeseci ove godine s istim razdobljem 2019., ostvarili smo 94 posto noćenja te 24 posto veću vrijednost fiskaliziranih računa, što, naveli su u Ministarstvu turizma i sporta, "potvrđuje sve značajniju potražnju za Hrvatskom i izvan ljetnih mjeseci te pozitivne rezultate aktivnosti usmjerenih na održivost i kvalitetu".

Prvo tromjesečje 2022. dosad je najbolje prvo tromjesečje u hrvatskom turizmu u pogledu prihoda od stranih turista. Prema podacima Hrvatske narodne banke, prihodi od stranih turista iznosili su 495 milijuna eura, što je rast od dva posto u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2019. godine.

Neki iznajmljivači u Dalmaciji već su počeli dobivati rezervacije smještaja za turističku sezonu 2023., što ih je nemalo iznenadilo, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Baš su uranili, nikad nismo ranije imali rezervacije", kažu, ne krijući kako su ostali pomalo zatečeni u špici aktualne turističke sezone. Tek odrađuju 2022. i nisu naviknuti na ovakve, neočekivane situacije s nikad ranijim rezervacijama.

Da je tome tako, potvrđuju i riječi Martine Nimac Kalcine, predsjednice Zajednice obiteljskog turizma HGK-a, koja kaže kako su već u nešto većem broju krenule rezervacije za 2023. jer su cijene iste kao i sada. Strani gosti, nema sumnje, itekako imaju na umu ulazak Hrvatske u eurozonu od 1. siječnja 2023. godine, a poučeni iskustvima stečenim u vlastitim državama na teritoriju EU-a, stvari ne žele prepustiti slučaju.

– Pretpostavljamo kako se to događa zato što gosti računaju da će dogodine skuplje ljetovati. Zato već sada bukiraju smještaj za sljedeću sezonu. Nije u pitanju samo Split, takve informacije stižu iz cijele Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Rezerviraju se vikendice, vile s bazenima... Očekuju da će sve biti skuplje, pa i turistički smještaji – kaže Nimac Kalcina.

Nespremni iznajmljivači

Pojedini vlasnici apartmana u Splitu, koji na popularnim online tražilicama nisu korigirali kalendare s cijenama svojih objekata za 2023., požalili su se na društvenim mrežama kako su, zaokupljeni trenutnim rentanjem, zaboravili za iduću godinu blokirati svoje kalendare na Airu i Bookingu. Propustili su čak i korigirati cijene u traženim razdobljima, poput onih za trajanja Ultre, a već su im stigle rezervacije za iduće ljeto, što jasno pokazuje koliki je interes stranih turista za Hrvatsku.

Da je Hrvatska jedna od najpoželjnijih turističkih destinacija ne samo u Europi, nego i globalno, svjedoči i indeks Country Brand Ranking za 2022./2023., koji, uz snagu gospodarskog brenda, procjenjuje i turistički potencijal pojedinih država na globalnoj razini.

Indeks utemeljen na nizu kriterija kreira konzultantska kuća Bloom Consulting, sa sjedištem u Madridu, a kao relevantan izvor koriste je Svjetska banka i World Economic Forum. Hrvatska je, prema spomenutom indeksu, šesnaesti najsnažniji turistički brend među 200 država svijeta te deveti u Europi.

Unatoč svim izazovima pandemije, rejting njezina turističkog brenda narastao je tijekom posljednje dvije godine – u odnosu na proteklo, pretpandemijsko mjerenje za čak četiri mjesta na globalnoj razini. Po snazi brenda, Hrvatska je, prema Bloom Consultingu, jača od Austrije, Grčke, Nizozemske, Norveške, Irske, Švedske, Danske, Finske… Susjedna Slovenija našla se na 24. mjestu, Crna Gora na 34., Srbija na 36., a Bosna i Hercegovina na 38. Uz vodeće Španjolsku i Italiju, od Hrvatske su u Europi turistički popularnije Njemačka, Velika Britanija, Francuska, Turska, Švicarska i Portugal.

U prvih pola godina zaradili smo više nego rekordne 2019.

 

Uspoređujući prvih šest mjeseci ove godine s istim razdobljem 2019., ostvarili smo 94 posto noćenja te 24 posto veću vrijednost fiskaliziranih računa, što, naveli su u Ministarstvu turizma i sporta, "potvrđuje sve značajniju potražnju za Hrvatskom i izvan ljetnih mjeseci te pozitivne rezultate aktivnosti usmjerenih na održivost i kvalitetu".

Prvo tromjesečje 2022. dosad je najbolje prvo tromjesečje u hrvatskom turizmu u pogledu prihoda od stranih turista. Prema podacima Hrvatske narodne banke, prihodi od stranih turista iznosili su 495 milijuna eura, što je rast od dva posto u odnosu na isto razdoblje 2019. godine.
