- Prodao sam (po jako maloj cijeni) većinu svojih dionica Varteksa uz veliki gubitak, a imam namjeru i sve ostale, oglasio se Nenad Bakić, donedavno najveći pojedinačni dioničar varaždinske tekstilne kompanije, a prije toga i njezin većinski vlasnik, nakon što je na Zagrebačkoj burzi objavljeno da je 29. ožujka došlo do prijenosa dionica izvan ZSE, pišu Varaždinske vijesti.

Bakić je bio niz godina dioničar Varteksa pa se očekivalo da zna u što se upušta. Međutim nije bilo tako, što i sam više puta priznao pa i sada..

- Nažalost, ova je investicija i pokušaj transformacije ove kompanije za mene prošla jako loše financijski, a loše i u drugim aspektima života. Da smo imali malo više sreće i/ili podrške mogli smo napraviti sjajnu priču. Teško je zaboraviti, primjerice, kako je HBOR usred najveće krize ucijenio i pokupio predujam od prodaje neaktivnih nekretnina čija prodaja je trebala ići isključivo u sanaciju kompanije, i povrat dugova, pojašnjava.

Kako naglašava, natezanja vjerovnika, banaka i drugih, u zadnje vrijeme oko toga tko će pokupiti koliko od prodaje nekretnina i blokiranje sanacije kompanije svakako nisu nešto što je bilo sjajno za gledati.

- Ksenija Čerin kojoj sam prenio moja potraživanja kojima sam pokušavao sanirati kompaniju) nije nikad, kao ni ja prije toga, naplatila ni kune kamata (!) i jedina više puta nudila veliki otpis dugova, što drugi vjerovnici nisu podržali. Za mene je to tema koja nažalost treba ostati iza mene, avantura kojoj se nisam trebao posvetiti, ali što ćeš, rezignirano će investitor.

Marko Vučijević, vlasnik Global Consulting & Intelligence, tvrtke koja, uz ostalo, nudi potencijalnim ulagačima ulaganja u proizvodne hale i pogone, sada se vodi  vlasnikom 24,91 posto udjela u Varteksu, tako da ne mora ići s ponudom za preuzimanje kompanije, dok je Bakiću ostalo 14,47 posto vlasničkog udjela. 

A zašto i kako baš ovaj Dubrovčanin, čija je tvrtka 2021. imala prihod od 26 tisuća eura, a godinu ranije upola manji?

- Kod njega sam prepoznao iskrenu želju da kompanija pokuša sanirati, sačuvati radna mjesta i omogućiti razvoj. Želim mu sreću. Želim puno uspjeha i predsjedniku Uprave Draženu Dobišu koji požrtvovno vodi kompaniju, kao i nadzornom odboru, u kojem posebno zahvaljujem na suradnji svo ovo vrijeme predsjednici Radničkog vijeća Božici Čićek-Mutavdžić s kojom sam dijelio viziju i koja nas je podržavala u našim naporima u kojima su radnici uvijek bili na prvom mjestu, zaključuje Bakić za Varaždinske vijesti.

- Prodao sam (po jako maloj cijeni) većinu svojih dionica Varteksa uz veliki gubitak, a imam namjeru i sve ostale, oglasio se Nenad Bakić, donedavno najveći pojedinačni dioničar varaždinske tekstilne kompanije, a prije toga i njezin većinski vlasnik, nakon što je na Zagrebačkoj burzi objavljeno da je 29. ožujka došlo do prijenosa dionica izvan ZSE, pišu Varaždinske vijesti.

Bakić je bio niz godina dioničar Varteksa pa se očekivalo da zna u što se upušta. Međutim nije bilo tako, što i sam više puta priznao pa i sada..

- Nažalost, ova je investicija i pokušaj transformacije ove kompanije za mene prošla jako loše financijski, a loše i u drugim aspektima života. Da smo imali malo više sreće i/ili podrške mogli smo napraviti sjajnu priču. Teško je zaboraviti, primjerice, kako je HBOR usred najveće krize ucijenio i pokupio predujam od prodaje neaktivnih nekretnina čija prodaja je trebala ići isključivo u sanaciju kompanije, i povrat dugova, pojašnjava.

Kako naglašava, natezanja vjerovnika, banaka i drugih, u zadnje vrijeme oko toga tko će pokupiti koliko od prodaje nekretnina i blokiranje sanacije kompanije svakako nisu nešto što je bilo sjajno za gledati.

- Ksenija Čerin kojoj sam prenio moja potraživanja kojima sam pokušavao sanirati kompaniju) nije nikad, kao ni ja prije toga, naplatila ni kune kamata (!) i jedina više puta nudila veliki otpis dugova, što drugi vjerovnici nisu podržali. Za mene je to tema koja nažalost treba ostati iza mene, avantura kojoj se nisam trebao posvetiti, ali što ćeš, rezignirano će investitor.

Marko Vučijević, vlasnik Global Consulting & Intelligence, tvrtke koja, uz ostalo, nudi potencijalnim ulagačima ulaganja u proizvodne hale i pogone, sada se vodi  vlasnikom 24,91 posto udjela u Varteksu, tako da ne mora ići s ponudom za preuzimanje kompanije, dok je Bakiću ostalo 14,47 posto vlasničkog udjela. 

A zašto i kako baš ovaj Dubrovčanin, čija je tvrtka 2021. imala prihod od 26 tisuća eura, a godinu ranije upola manji?

- Kod njega sam prepoznao iskrenu želju da kompanija pokuša sanirati, sačuvati radna mjesta i omogućiti razvoj. Želim mu sreću. Želim puno uspjeha i predsjedniku Uprave Draženu Dobišu koji požrtvovno vodi kompaniju, kao i nadzornom odboru, u kojem posebno zahvaljujem na suradnji svo ovo vrijeme predsjednici Radničkog vijeća Božici Čićek-Mutavdžić s kojom sam dijelio viziju i koja nas je podržavala u našim naporima u kojima su radnici uvijek bili na prvom mjestu, zaključuje Bakić za Varaždinske vijesti.

Zašto i kako je Dubrovčanin, čija je tvrtka 2021. imala prihod od 26 tisuća eura, kupio Varteks

- Prodao sam (po jako maloj cijeni) većinu svojih dionica Varteksa uz veliki gubitak, a imam namjeru i sve ostale, oglasio se Nenad Bakić, donedavno najveći pojedinačni dioničar varaždinske tekstilne kompanije, a prije toga i njezin većinski vlasnik, nakon što je na Zagrebačkoj burzi objavljeno da je 29. ožujka došlo do prijenosa dionica izvan ZSE, pišu Varaždinske vijesti.

Bakić je bio niz godina dioničar Varteksa pa se očekivalo da zna u što se upušta. Međutim nije bilo tako, što i sam više puta priznao pa i sada..

- Nažalost, ova je investicija i pokušaj transformacije ove kompanije za mene prošla jako loše financijski, a loše i u drugim aspektima života. Da smo imali malo više sreće i/ili podrške mogli smo napraviti sjajnu priču. Teško je zaboraviti, primjerice, kako je HBOR usred najveće krize ucijenio i pokupio predujam od prodaje neaktivnih nekretnina čija prodaja je trebala ići isključivo u sanaciju kompanije, i povrat dugova, pojašnjava.

Kako naglašava, natezanja vjerovnika, banaka i drugih, u zadnje vrijeme oko toga tko će pokupiti koliko od prodaje nekretnina i blokiranje sanacije kompanije svakako nisu nešto što je bilo sjajno za gledati.
