Gle malog parkinga poslije kiše:

Pun je love pa se njiše -

I bliješti suncem obasjan,

vlasnik njegov arajdan.

 

Baš je lijepo što će Dubrovnik dobiti dva nova velika parkinga. Nevidljiva ruka kapitala, napravila je u općem interesu ono što već 50 godina ne uspijeva našim gradskim ocima. Politika je uvijek sputana javnim mišljenjem, otporima svakoj promjeni, pojedinačnim interesima, konzervatorskim i inim odrednicama. Pa kako vlast zbog svih naših ludosti, protivljenja, inata i tko će sve znati čega, nije mogla riješiti jedan problem, rješenje bi našla tako da stvori novi problem. Evo primjera. Bivši je Komitet zamislio Bulevar Lenjina i Ulicu Iva Vojnovića kao brzu, četverotračnu cestu prema aerodromu. Računali su da radni narod vozi Fića. Za parkirat tih par autića ne treba puno mjesta. Ali kad su ulicama zavladali “pezejci” i Lade, Vojnović i današnja Ulica Kralja Tomislava skvrčili su se na dva kolnička i dva parkirališna traka. Sretno rješenje trajalo je sve dok se ulicama nije zakotrljao prvi sarajevski Golf i Renault iz Novog Mesta, stigli turisti s Opelima, Fordovima, taksisti s Mercedesima...

Da ne dužim - parking je bio i ostao problem sve do proljetnih kiša ove godine. Aktualna je vlast namjeravala na Pobrežju napraviti veliki parking i uvesti “park & ride” sustav kakav imaju i drugi gradovi u Europi. Jednostavno, posjetitelji se parkiraju i autobus ih prebaci do Grada. To bi smanjilo ukupan broj vozila u Gradu. I parkiranih i onih koji kruže ne bi li se dočepali nekog parkinga. Jedan objektivan dubrovački problem bio bi riješen u dvije dimenzije.

S dva parkinga koja niču kao poslije kiše problem prometa riješili smo samo u jednoj dimenziji. Lakše ćemo do parkinga, ali će broj vozila u Gradu vjerojatno rasti. A pritom u estetskom smislu nismo baš napravili neki podvig. Velika asfaltirana ledina nije bogzna kakav arhitektonski podvig. Naši pokojnici na Boninovu dobili su parking sad kad im treba samo malo mira. I Remiza, dnevni boravak nekadašnjeg tramvaja, odavno je prst u gradsko oko. Gdje su pusti planovi o trgovačkom centru, spektakularno lijepom “Down Townu” nadomak prekrasne marine i šetnice na Batali? Ovaj poslovni potez toj je ideji pokazao srednji prst. Barem na neko vrijeme.

Ali dobro, progutat ćemo i to, samo da se imamo gdje parkirati.

Meni se kao problem čini to da nam je rentiranje soba i parkinga jedini poslovni model koji smo u stanju smisliti i realizirati. U tu se rečenicu ne uklapa kupovina TUP-a koji gradska vlast namjerava revitalizirati i pretvoriti u zanimljiv kulturni centar. No, to je lijep primjer daleko od inventivnosti iz koje su izrasla naša dva parkinga poslije kiše.

 

Al’ nek se sunce malo skrije,

Nestane sve te čarolije,

Parking je opet kao prvo,

Samo zamijenio jadno, malo, drvo.

Baš je lijepo što će Dubrovnik dobiti dva nova velika parkinga. Nevidljiva ruka kapitala, napravila je u općem interesu ono što već 50 godina ne uspijeva našim gradskim ocima. Politika je uvijek sputana javnim mišljenjem, otporima svakoj promjeni, pojedinačnim interesima, konzervatorskim i inim odrednicama. Pa kako vlast zbog svih naših ludosti, protivljenja, inata i tko će sve znati čega, nije mogla riješiti jedan problem, rješenje bi našla tako da stvori novi problem. Evo primjera. Bivši je Komitet zamislio Bulevar Lenjina i Ulicu Iva Vojnovića kao brzu, četverotračnu cestu prema aerodromu. Računali su da radni narod vozi Fića. Za parkirat tih par autića ne treba puno mjesta. Ali kad su ulicama zavladali “pezejci” i Lade, Vojnović i današnja Ulica Kralja Tomislava skvrčili su se na dva kolnička i dva parkirališna traka. Sretno rješenje trajalo je sve dok se ulicama nije zakotrljao prvi sarajevski Golf i Renault iz Novog Mesta, stigli turisti s Opelima, Fordovima, taksisti s Mercedesima...

Da ne dužim - parking je bio i ostao problem sve do proljetnih kiša ove godine. Aktualna je vlast namjeravala na Pobrežju napraviti veliki parking i uvesti “park & ride” sustav kakav imaju i drugi gradovi u Europi. Jednostavno, posjetitelji se parkiraju i autobus ih prebaci do Grada. To bi smanjilo ukupan broj vozila u Gradu. I parkiranih i onih koji kruže ne bi li se dočepali nekog parkinga. Jedan objektivan dubrovački problem bio bi riješen u dvije dimenzije.

S dva parkinga koja niču kao poslije kiše problem prometa riješili smo samo u jednoj dimenziji. Lakše ćemo do parkinga, ali će broj vozila u Gradu vjerojatno rasti. A pritom u estetskom smislu nismo baš napravili neki podvig. Velika asfaltirana ledina nije bogzna kakav arhitektonski podvig. Naši pokojnici na Boninovu dobili su parking sad kad im treba samo malo mira. I Remiza, dnevni boravak nekadašnjeg tramvaja, odavno je prst u gradsko oko. Gdje su pusti planovi o trgovačkom centru, spektakularno lijepom “Down Townu” nadomak prekrasne marine i šetnice na Batali? Ovaj poslovni potez toj je ideji pokazao srednji prst. Barem na neko vrijeme.

Ali dobro, progutat ćemo i to, samo da se imamo gdje parkirati.

Meni se kao problem čini to da nam je rentiranje soba i parkinga jedini poslovni model koji smo u stanju smisliti i realizirati. U tu se rečenicu ne uklapa kupovina TUP-a koji gradska vlast namjerava revitalizirati i pretvoriti u zanimljiv kulturni centar. No, to je lijep primjer daleko od inventivnosti iz koje su izrasla naša dva parkinga poslije kiše.

Baš je lijepo što će Dubrovnik dobiti dva nova velika parkinga. Nevidljiva ruka kapitala, napravila je u općem interesu ono što već 50 godina ne uspijeva našim gradskim ocima. Politika je uvijek sputana javnim mišljenjem, otporima svakoj promjeni, pojedinačnim interesima, konzervatorskim i inim odrednicama. Pa kako vlast zbog svih naših ludosti, protivljenja, inata i tko će sve znati čega, nije mogla riješiti jedan problem, rješenje bi našla tako da stvori novi problem. Evo primjera. Bivši je Komitet zamislio Bulevar Lenjina i Ulicu Iva Vojnovića kao brzu, četverotračnu cestu prema aerodromu. Računali su da radni narod vozi Fića. Za parkirat tih par autića ne treba puno mjesta. Ali kad su ulicama zavladali “pezejci” i Lade, Vojnović i današnja Ulica Kralja Tomislava skvrčili su se na dva kolnička i dva parkirališna traka. Sretno rješenje trajalo je sve dok se ulicama nije zakotrljao prvi sarajevski Golf i Renault iz Novog Mesta, stigli turisti s Opelima, Fordovima, taksisti s Mercedesima...

Da ne dužim - parking je bio i ostao problem sve do proljetnih kiša ove godine. Aktualna je vlast namjeravala na Pobrežju napraviti veliki parking i uvesti “park & ride” sustav kakav imaju i drugi gradovi u Europi. Jednostavno, posjetitelji se parkiraju i autobus ih prebaci do Grada. To bi smanjilo ukupan broj vozila u Gradu. I parkiranih i onih koji kruže ne bi li se dočepali nekog parkinga. Jedan objektivan dubrovački problem bio bi riješen u dvije dimenzije.

S dva parkinga koja niču kao poslije kiše problem prometa riješili smo samo u jednoj dimenziji. Lakše ćemo do parkinga, ali će broj vozila u Gradu vjerojatno rasti. A pritom u estetskom smislu nismo baš napravili neki podvig. Velika asfaltirana ledina nije bogzna kakav arhitektonski podvig. Naši pokojnici na Boninovu dobili su parking sad kad im treba samo malo mira. I Remiza, dnevni boravak nekadašnjeg tramvaja, odavno je prst u gradsko oko. Gdje su pusti planovi o trgovačkom centru, spektakularno lijepom “Down Townu” nadomak prekrasne marine i šetnice na Batali? Ovaj poslovni potez toj je ideji pokazao srednji prst. Barem na neko vrijeme.

Ali dobro, progutat ćemo i to, samo da se imamo gdje parkirati.

Meni se kao problem čini to da nam je rentiranje soba i parkinga jedini poslovni model koji smo u stanju smisliti i realizirati. U tu se rečenicu ne uklapa kupovina TUP-a koji gradska vlast namjerava revitalizirati i pretvoriti u zanimljiv kulturni centar. No, to je lijep primjer daleko od inventivnosti iz koje su izrasla naša dva parkinga poslije kiše.

 

Al’ nek se sunce malo skrije,

Nestane sve te čarolije,

Parking je opet kao prvo,

Samo zamijenio jadno, malo, drvo.
