U stravičnoj oluji koja je poharala Zagreb i Slavoniju četiri su čovjeka poginula, 60 ih je solidno ozlijeđeno, ali Civilna zaštita zadovoljna je kako funkcionira Sustav za rano upozoravanje i upravljanje krizama. Ravnatelj Civilne zaštite Damir Trut objasnio je onima koji postavljaju glupa pitanja da je sve bilo po propisu, da je upozorenje bilo narančasto i zato nije bilo nikakve potrebe da se stanovništvo uznemirava sms porukama.
Možda su ova četvorica poginulih još mogli biti među živima, da su poslušali ovog Truta koji je, mrtav hladan, građanima objasnio da su trebali pratiti Facebook i Twitter. Oprostite, krivo sam vam se izrazio - Trut nije mrtav hladan nego je, eto, preživio i nastavio vrijedno raditi na našoj sigurnosti.
Evo što je sve dobro funkcioniralo u Sustavu za rano upozoravanje.
Najprije je vrijedni trut u Civilnoj zaštiti uzeo malo žute i malo crvene boje pa opiturao alarm u narančasto. Lijepa je to boja. Onda je drugi trut dok je na Facebooku pregledavao slike Kim Kardashian kopirao nekakav status o nevremenu koje prijeti Hrvatskoj jer ga je vidio na DHMZ-u, pa mu se učinio zanimljiv. Kaže on sebi, ajde da vidim hoće li ovaj post imati više pregleda nego dupe jedne starlete. Naravno, dupe je uvijek jače od sustava.
Kako su baš svi Hrvati na Twitteru, lik iz CZ je svoj post objavio i tamo. Otprilike s istim efektom. Trut se poziva i na medije koji su se zadnjih dana raspisali o narančastom meteo alarmu, ali ruku na srce - mediji se pritom ne pozivaju na CZ, nego na Državni hidrometeorološki zavod.
Dakle, objasnio nam je čovjek, svi su na vrijeme upozoreni pa - tko se nije skrio, magarac je bio. A kad se nebo nad Zagrebom zamračilo, kad se onaj mali propuh na ljetnoj žegi pretvorio u oluju koja kroz grad tutnji brže od hrvatskih željeznica....OK, to možda nije najsretnija usporedba, ali shvatili ste... Kad je oluja krenula iz Slovenije, više nije bilo nikakve potrebe da se narančastom alarmu doda još malo crvene jer ga po onom mraku i kijametu u Zagrebu ionako nitko ne bi vidio.
Druga važna stvar koja ukazuje na dobro funkcioniranje SRUUK-a je činjenica da nitko iz Dalmacije nije dobio sms poruku. U Civilnoj zaštiti znaju kako ljudi s mora reagiraju kad ih se probudi u nevrijeme. Evo, meni još nisu poslali ni onu testnu poruku jer su čuli da po cijele dane spavam. Zli jezici, što ćeš...
Uglavnom, ako niste znali, sad vam je jasno da je SRUUK funkcionirao kako treba, a vi se i dalje uzdajte u dobri stari UIUSK - u se i u svoje kljuse sustav.

U stravičnoj oluji koja je poharala Zagreb i Slavoniju četiri su čovjeka poginula, 60 ih je solidno ozlijeđeno, ali Civilna zaštita zadovoljna je kako funkcionira Sustav za rano upozoravanje i upravljanje krizama. Ravnatelj Civilne zaštite Damir Trut objasnio je onima koji postavljaju glupa pitanja da je sve bilo po propisu, da je upozorenje bilo narančasto i zato nije bilo nikakve potrebe da se stanovništvo uznemirava sms porukama.
Možda su ova četvorica poginulih još mogli biti među živima, da su poslušali ovog Truta koji je, mrtav hladan, građanima objasnio da su trebali pratiti Facebook i Twitter. Oprostite, krivo sam vam se izrazio - Trut nije mrtav hladan nego je, eto, preživio i nastavio vrijedno raditi na našoj sigurnosti.
Evo što je sve dobro funkcioniralo u Sustavu za rano upozoravanje.
Najprije je vrijedni trut u Civilnoj zaštiti uzeo malo žute i malo crvene boje pa opiturao alarm u narančasto. Lijepa je to boja. Onda je drugi trut dok je na Facebooku pregledavao slike Kim Kardashian kopirao nekakav status o nevremenu koje prijeti Hrvatskoj jer ga je vidio na DHMZ-u, pa mu se učinio zanimljiv. Kaže on sebi, ajde da vidim hoće li ovaj post imati više pregleda nego dupe jedne starlete. Naravno, dupe je uvijek jače od sustava.
Kako su baš svi Hrvati na Twitteru, lik iz CZ je svoj post objavio i tamo. Otprilike s istim efektom. Trut se poziva i na medije koji su se zadnjih dana raspisali o narančastom meteo alarmu, ali ruku na srce - mediji se pritom ne pozivaju na CZ, nego na Državni hidrometeorološki zavod.
Dakle, objasnio nam je čovjek, svi su na vrijeme upozoreni pa - tko se nije skrio, magarac je bio. A kad se nebo nad Zagrebom zamračilo, kad se onaj mali propuh na ljetnoj žegi pretvorio u oluju koja kroz grad tutnji brže od hrvatskih željeznica....OK, to možda nije najsretnija usporedba, ali shvatili ste... Kad je oluja krenula iz Slovenije, više nije bilo nikakve potrebe da se narančastom alarmu doda još malo crvene jer ga po onom mraku i kijametu u Zagrebu ionako nitko ne bi vidio.
Druga važna stvar koja ukazuje na dobro funkcioniranje SRUUK-a je činjenica da nitko iz Dalmacije nije dobio sms poruku. U Civilnoj zaštiti znaju kako ljudi s mora reagiraju kad ih se probudi u nevrijeme. Evo, meni još nisu poslali ni onu testnu poruku jer su čuli da po cijele dane spavam. Zli jezici, što ćeš...
Uglavnom, ako niste znali, sad vam je jasno da je SRUUK funkcionirao kako treba, a vi se i dalje uzdajte u dobri stari UIUSK - u se i u svoje kljuse sustav.
