Žena iz američke savezne državne Massachusetts optužena je za korištenje roja pčela kao opasnog oružja, prema okružnom šerifu, nakon što je kukce pustila iz košnice na policajce, koji su prošlog tjedna pokušali provesti deložaciju.

Incident se zbio kada se Rorie Woods, 55-godišnja profesionalna pčelarica, odvezla do kuće u Longmeadowu dok su policajci provodili deložaciju, priopćio je ured šerifa, a prenosi Hina.

Kuća izvan Springfielda, u središnjem južnom dijelu Massachusettsa, pripadala je čovjeku koji se godinama parniči kako bi spriječio deložaciju, a dobio je i podršku aktivista koji se protive deložacijama, uključujući Woods, rekao je u četvrtak glasnogovornik šerifovog ureda.

Woods je došla u srijedu u otprilike 9.15 ujutro po lokalnom vremenu s pčelinjacima u terencu, izašla je iz vozila i pokušala ukloniti poklopce kako bi pustila pčele, kazali su iz ureda.

„Zamjenik šerifa ju je pokušao zaustaviti, no kako su uzrujane pčele počele izlaziti i kružiti područjem, povukao se”, objasnio je ured šerifa.

Zatim je razbila poklopac na jednom od pčelinjaka i prevrnula ga s vozila, što je uznemirilo pčele, rekao je šerif u srijedu. Pčele su se zatim počele rojiti područjem, ubovši nekoliko policajaca i obližnjih prolaznika. Jedan policajac je zbog uboda prevezen u bolnicu.

Woods je u međuvremenu odjenula pčelarsko odijelo kako bi se zaštitila i odnijela hrpu pčela do ulaznih vrata kuće ne bi li pokušala zaustaviti deložaciju. Policajci su je u tom trenutku uhitili.

„Podržavam prava ljudi da mirno prosvjeduju, no kada pređete granicu i ugrozite moje osoblje i javnost, obećajem vam da ćete biti uhićeni”, rekao je Nick Cocchi, šerif okruga Hampden.

Žena iz američke savezne državne Massachusetts optužena je za korištenje roja pčela kao opasnog oružja, prema okružnom šerifu, nakon što je kukce pustila iz košnice na policajce, koji su prošlog tjedna pokušali provesti deložaciju.

Incident se zbio kada se Rorie Woods, 55-godišnja profesionalna pčelarica, odvezla do kuće u Longmeadowu dok su policajci provodili deložaciju, priopćio je ured šerifa, a prenosi Hina.

Kuća izvan Springfielda, u središnjem južnom dijelu Massachusettsa, pripadala je čovjeku koji se godinama parniči kako bi spriječio deložaciju, a dobio je i podršku aktivista koji se protive deložacijama, uključujući Woods, rekao je u četvrtak glasnogovornik šerifovog ureda.

Woods je došla u srijedu u otprilike 9.15 ujutro po lokalnom vremenu s pčelinjacima u terencu, izašla je iz vozila i pokušala ukloniti poklopce kako bi pustila pčele, kazali su iz ureda.

„Zamjenik šerifa ju je pokušao zaustaviti, no kako su uzrujane pčele počele izlaziti i kružiti područjem, povukao se”, objasnio je ured šerifa.

Zatim je razbila poklopac na jednom od pčelinjaka i prevrnula ga s vozila, što je uznemirilo pčele, rekao je šerif u srijedu. Pčele su se zatim počele rojiti područjem, ubovši nekoliko policajaca i obližnjih prolaznika. Jedan policajac je zbog uboda prevezen u bolnicu.

Žena iz američke savezne državne Massachusetts optužena je za korištenje roja pčela kao opasnog oružja, prema okružnom šerifu, nakon što je kukce pustila iz košnice na policajce, koji su prošlog tjedna pokušali provesti deložaciju.

Incident se zbio kada se Rorie Woods, 55-godišnja profesionalna pčelarica, odvezla do kuće u Longmeadowu dok su policajci provodili deložaciju, priopćio je ured šerifa, a prenosi Hina.

Kuća izvan Springfielda, u središnjem južnom dijelu Massachusettsa, pripadala je čovjeku koji se godinama parniči kako bi spriječio deložaciju, a dobio je i podršku aktivista koji se protive deložacijama, uključujući Woods, rekao je u četvrtak glasnogovornik šerifovog ureda.

Woods je došla u srijedu u otprilike 9.15 ujutro po lokalnom vremenu s pčelinjacima u terencu, izašla je iz vozila i pokušala ukloniti poklopce kako bi pustila pčele, kazali su iz ureda.

„Zamjenik šerifa ju je pokušao zaustaviti, no kako su uzrujane pčele počele izlaziti i kružiti područjem, povukao se”, objasnio je ured šerifa.

Zatim je razbila poklopac na jednom od pčelinjaka i prevrnula ga s vozila, što je uznemirilo pčele, rekao je šerif u srijedu. Pčele su se zatim počele rojiti područjem, ubovši nekoliko policajaca i obližnjih prolaznika. Jedan policajac je zbog uboda prevezen u bolnicu.
