Iako je Europska komisija u Direktivi o vozačkim dozvolama još 2013. godine propisala da vlasnici vozačkih dozvola B-kategorije imaju pravo voziti motocikle do 125 ccm, iako pod uvjetom da vozačku imaju najmanje dvije godine i da su prošli najmanje sedam sati teorijske i praktične nastave u autoškoli, u Hrvatskoj je i još uvijek ograničenje na motocikle od 50 kubika. To bi se, kako saznajemo, moglo promijeniti u lipnju. Naime, vijest da bi se zakon trebao mijenjati u lipnju otkrili su nam neki dubrovački trgovci motociklima koji su od proizvođača krenuli naručivati veći broj skutera od 125 kubika, a manje onih od 50 ccm koji su do sada bili najpodavaniji jer za njih nije trebalo polagati dodatne vozačke ispite.

Hoće li se mijenjati ova odredba u lipnju, pitali smo HAK iz kojeg su nam rekli da nemaju točnu informaciju, ali i nekoliko saborskih zastupnika koji su nam obećali javiti kada provjere,

 

Naime, dok su bili dvotaktni, vožnja skutera po Dubrovniku bila je idealno rješenje za prometne gužve, no uvođenjem strožih eko normi u Europi su se prestali proizvoditi, a zamijenili su ih četverotaktni.

Za razliku od ovih prije, novi skuteri od 50 ccm su znatno nemoćniji pa na uzbrdici, kakvih Dubrovniku ne manjka potrebno je poprilično umijeće da se pri tako maloj brzini održite na dva kotača. A i opasnost da vas udari autobus ili neko drugo vozilo dok vas zaobilazi itekako je velika.

Hrvatska je među rijetkim, posebice Mediteranskim zemljama u kojima je sezona vožnja motocikala duga, koja nije uskladila taj dio zakonodavstva za naputcima Europske komisije. S vozačkom dozvolom B-kategorije u gotovo cijeloj zapadnoj Europi može se voziti motocikle do 125 ccm, kao i u Grčkoj, Italiji, Francuskoj, Španjolskoj i Portugalu.

Iako su se Nijemci bojali da će se povećanjem kubika povećati nesreće i smrtnost na cestama, dokazalo se da su takvi strahovi bili neopravdani. Istina u Njemačkoj tu klasu motocikla sa B kategorijom vozačke mogu voziti samo stariji od 25 godina i s više o pet godina vozačkog iskustva, a slična pravila na snazi su i u Italiji, Španjolskoj i Poljskoj.

Iako je Europska komisija u Direktivi o vozačkim dozvolama još 2013. godine propisala da vlasnici vozačkih dozvola B-kategorije imaju pravo voziti motocikle do 125 ccm, iako pod uvjetom da vozačku imaju najmanje dvije godine i da su prošli najmanje sedam sati teorijske i praktične nastave u autoškoli, u Hrvatskoj je i još uvijek ograničenje na motocikle od 50 kubika. To bi se, kako saznajemo, moglo promijeniti u lipnju. Naime, vijest da bi se zakon trebao mijenjati u lipnju otkrili su nam neki dubrovački trgovci motociklima koji su od proizvođača krenuli naručivati veći broj skutera od 125 kubika, a manje onih od 50 ccm koji su do sada bili najpodavaniji jer za njih nije trebalo polagati dodatne vozačke ispite.

Hoće li se mijenjati ova odredba u lipnju, pitali smo HAK iz kojeg su nam rekli da nemaju točnu informaciju, ali i nekoliko saborskih zastupnika koji su nam obećali javiti kada provjere,

 

Naime, dok su bili dvotaktni, vožnja skutera po Dubrovniku bila je idealno rješenje za prometne gužve, no uvođenjem strožih eko normi u Europi su se prestali proizvoditi, a zamijenili su ih četverotaktni.

Za razliku od ovih prije, novi skuteri od 50 ccm su znatno nemoćniji pa na uzbrdici, kakvih Dubrovniku ne manjka potrebno je poprilično umijeće da se pri tako maloj brzini održite na dva kotača. A i opasnost da vas udari autobus ili neko drugo vozilo dok vas zaobilazi itekako je velika.

Hrvatska je među rijetkim, posebice Mediteranskim zemljama u kojima je sezona vožnja motocikala duga, koja nije uskladila taj dio zakonodavstva za naputcima Europske komisije. S vozačkom dozvolom B-kategorije u gotovo cijeloj zapadnoj Europi može se voziti motocikle do 125 ccm, kao i u Grčkoj, Italiji, Francuskoj, Španjolskoj i Portugalu.

Iako su se Nijemci bojali da će se povećanjem kubika povećati nesreće i smrtnost na cestama, dokazalo se da su takvi strahovi bili neopravdani. Iako je Europska komisija u Direktivi o vozačkim dozvolama još 2013. godine propisala da vlasnici vozačkih dozvola B-kategorije imaju pravo voziti motocikle do 125 ccm, iako pod uvjetom da vozačku imaju najmanje dvije godine i da su prošli najmanje sedam sati teorijske i praktične nastave u autoškoli, u Hrvatskoj je i još uvijek ograničenje na motocikle od 50 kubika. To bi se, kako saznajemo, moglo promijeniti u lipnju. Naime, vijest da bi se zakon trebao mijenjati u lipnju otkrili su nam neki dubrovački trgovci motociklima koji su od proizvođača krenuli naručivati veći broj skutera od 125 kubika, a manje onih od 50 ccm koji su do sada bili najpodavaniji jer za njih nije trebalo polagati dodatne vozačke ispite.

Hoće li se mijenjati ova odredba u lipnju, pitali smo HAK iz kojeg su nam rekli da nemaju točnu informaciju, ali i nekoliko saborskih zastupnika koji su nam obećali javiti kada provjere,

 

Naime, dok su bili dvotaktni, vožnja skutera po Dubrovniku bila je idealno rješenje za prometne gužve, no uvođenjem strožih eko normi u Europi su se prestali proizvoditi, a zamijenili su ih četverotaktni.

Za razliku od ovih prije, novi skuteri od 50 ccm su znatno nemoćniji pa na uzbrdici, kakvih Dubrovniku ne manjka potrebno je poprilično umijeće da se pri tako maloj brzini održite na dva kotača. A i opasnost da vas udari autobus ili neko drugo vozilo dok vas zaobilazi itekako je velika.

Hrvatska je među rijetkim, posebice Mediteranskim zemljama u kojima je sezona vožnja motocikala duga, koja nije uskladila taj dio zakonodavstva za naputcima Europske komisije. S vozačkom dozvolom B-kategorije u gotovo cijeloj zapadnoj Europi može se voziti motocikle do 125 ccm, kao i u Grčkoj, Italiji, Francuskoj, Španjolskoj i Portugalu.

Iako su se Nijemci bojali da će se povećanjem kubika povećati nesreće i smrtnost na cestama, dokazalo se da su takvi strahovi bili neopravdani.
