U KBC Split na Odjelu plastične kirurgije zadržan je Kanađanin koji je zadobio opekline u četvrtak predvečer u lokalu na Hvaru dok je s 33-godišnjom Šveđankom ispijao vatrene koktele. Turistkinja je također zadobila opekline, ali lakše, te nije hospitalizirana, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako saznajemo iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske, u četvrtak oko 18.15 sati zaprimili su informaciju kako je u ugostiteljskom objektu na području Hvara ozlijeđen muškarac. 

- Prema prvim informacijama, ozlijeđen je prilikom konzumiranja vatrenih koktela. U događaju je lakše ozlijeđena i jedna ženska osoba. Ozlijeđeni su zadobili opekline. Prevezeni su u Split na pružanje liječničke pomoći.

Muškarac je zadržan na daljnjem liječenju i, prema informacijama iz bolnice, nije životno ugrožen. Ženska osoba je zadobila lakše ozljede i nakon pregleda je otpuštena iz bolnice. Na mjestu događaja izvršen je očevid. U tijeku kriminalističko istraživanje - naveli su u dnevnoj informaciji.

Neslužbeno saznajemo kako je Šveđanka zadobila opekline obje ruke, a Kanađaninu je ozlijeđena površina od 25 posto kože. Nakon incidenta su helikopterom prebačeni u KBC Split gdje su im sanirane ozljede te je on zadržan na liječenju na Križinama.

Zapaljivi kokteli sadrže  alkohol, koji se zapali neposredno prije konzumacije. Visokootporni alkohol može biti umiješan u piće ili pluta u tankom sloju na vrha pića.

- Kako bi se osigurala sigurnost gostiju i barmena, moraju se poduzeti odgovarajuće mjere predostrožnosti. Primjerice, bitno je da vatru uvijek treba zapaliti dalje od konzumenata kako bi se osigurala njihova sigurnost.

Zatim, koktel se ne smije konzumirati dok plamen još gori. Bitno je znati i da se čaša može dosta zagrijati što također može rezultirati opeklinama te se mora paziti prije prislanjanja uz usta.

Obični kokteli sadrže samo jednu opasnost

Naravno,osim toga, uvijek postoji opasnost od izlijevanja zapaljenog alkohola te se vatra može proširiti. Samo iskusni barmen treba raditi sa zapaljivim koktelima.

Previše pijani gosti su dodatni faktor rizika, pogotovo što se tiče izlijevanja. Tko nije siguran nek se drži običnih koktela, s njima je "samo" opasnost od prevelikog utjecaja alkohola - kaže nam iskusni ugostiteljski djelatnik.

I prošlo ljeto je došlo do nesreće sa zapaljivim koktelima na Jadranu, u Makarskoj, kada je ozlijeđena domaća djevojka. Početkom srpnja je na otvorenoj terasi hotela 29-godišnjakinja zadobila opekline kada je izgubila ravnotežu i pala na tzv. plameni tanjur za pravljenje koktela koji se nalazio na šanku.

Liječnička pomoć pružena joj je u KBC Split gdje je i zadržana na liječenju.

U KBC Split na Odjelu plastične kirurgije zadržan je Kanađanin koji je zadobio opekline u četvrtak predvečer u lokalu na Hvaru dok je s 33-godišnjom Šveđankom ispijao vatrene koktele. Turistkinja je također zadobila opekline, ali lakše, te nije hospitalizirana, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako saznajemo iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske, u četvrtak oko 18.15 sati zaprimili su informaciju kako je u ugostiteljskom objektu na području Hvara ozlijeđen muškarac. 

- Prema prvim informacijama, ozlijeđen je prilikom konzumiranja vatrenih koktela. U događaju je lakše ozlijeđena i jedna ženska osoba. Ozlijeđeni su zadobili opekline. Prevezeni su u Split na pružanje liječničke pomoći.

Muškarac je zadržan na daljnjem liječenju i, prema informacijama iz bolnice, nije životno ugrožen. Ženska osoba je zadobila lakše ozljede i nakon pregleda je otpuštena iz bolnice. Na mjestu događaja izvršen je očevid. U tijeku kriminalističko istraživanje - naveli su u dnevnoj informaciji.

Neslužbeno saznajemo kako je Šveđanka zadobila opekline obje ruke, a Kanađaninu je ozlijeđena površina od 25 posto kože. Nakon incidenta su helikopterom prebačeni u KBC Split gdje su im sanirane ozljede te je on zadržan na liječenju na Križinama.

Zapaljivi kokteli sadrže  alkohol, koji se zapali neposredno prije konzumacije. Visokootporni alkohol može biti umiješan u piće ili pluta u tankom sloju na vrha pića.

- Kako bi se osigurala sigurnost gostiju i barmena, moraju se poduzeti odgovarajuće mjere predostrožnosti. Primjerice, bitno je da vatru uvijek treba zapaliti dalje od konzumenata kako bi se osigurala njihova sigurnost.

Zatim, koktel se ne smije konzumirati dok plamen još gori. Bitno je znati i da se čaša može dosta zagrijati što također može rezultirati opeklinama te se mora paziti prije prislanjanja uz usta.

Naravno,osim toga, uvijek postoji opasnost od izlijevanja zapaljenog alkohola te se vatra može proširiti. Samo iskusni barmen treba raditi sa zapaljivim koktelima.

Previše pijani gosti su dodatni faktor rizika, pogotovo što se tiče izlijevanja. Tko nije siguran nek se drži običnih koktela, s njima je "samo" opasnost od prevelikog utjecaja alkohola - kaže nam iskusni ugostiteljski djelatnik.

I prošlo ljeto je došlo do nesreće sa zapaljivim koktelima na Jadranu, u Makarskoj, kada je ozlijeđena domaća djevojka. Početkom srpnja je na otvorenoj terasi hotela 29-godišnjakinja zadobila opekline kada je izgubila ravnotežu i pala na tzv. plameni tanjur za pravljenje koktela koji se nalazio na šanku.

Liječnička pomoć pružena joj je u KBC Split gdje je i zadržana na liječenju.
