Na nju su bili pozvani suci svih odjela toga suda, a od ukupno 23 suca odazvalo ih se 20. Od dvadeset prisutnih sudaca, čak petnaest ih je glasalo za stav da je taj poklič na početku Thompsonove pjesme dopušten, četvero je zauzelo stajalište da je javna upotreba toga pokliča uvijek i u svim okolnostima pa i u Thompsonovom slučaju protuzakonita i predstavlja prekršaj dok je jedan sudac ostao suzdržan.

Time je više od dvoje trećine sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda potvrdilo kontroverznu presudu koju je u studenom prošle godine donijelo vijeće toga suda kojim predsjedava Anđa Ćorluka, a članice su mu Ivana Mašić i Mirjana Margetić.
Temeljem te presude koju je danas podržala velika većina sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda Marko Perković Thomson će poklič "za dom spremni" i dalje moći neometano izvikivati na koncertima u Hrvatskoj.

Na pitanje znači li to da će i drugi izvođači "Bojne Čavoglave" moći nekažnjeno izvikivati poklič za dom pismeni na njezinom početku, glasnogovornica Visokog prekršajnog suda Gordana Korotaj nam je kazala:

  - Razmatrat ćemo ta pitanja kad dođu na sud, ako dođu.
Pojasnila je da se odluka današnje sjednice odnosi samo na dva koncerta za koja je Marko Perković Thompson prijavljen i koja su bila predmet spora.

Podsjetimo, presuda u slučaju Thompson suprotna je nizu pravomoćnih presuda koje je od 2015. do studenog prošle godine donio Visoki prekršajni sud u kojima su odreda prekršajno kažnjavani oni koji su javno izvikivali ili isticali taj poklič.
U lipnju prošle godine Visoki je prekršajni sud novčano kaznio makarskog pjevača Maria Rosu, upravo za izvikivanje pokliča "za dom spremni" na početku izvođenja Bojne Čavoglave na koncertu u Makarskoj.
Ustavni je sud u više odluka zauzeo stav da je riječ o pozdravu suportan temeljnim načelima Ustava, piše Jutarnji list. pjesme u njezinom izvornom obliku - odlučila je danas velika većina sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda na općoj sjednici toga suda, piše Jutarnji list.

Na nju su bili pozvani suci svih odjela toga suda, a od ukupno 23 suca odazvalo ih se 20. Od dvadeset prisutnih sudaca, čak petnaest ih je glasalo za stav da je taj poklič na početku Thompsonove pjesme dopušten, četvero je zauzelo stajalište da je javna upotreba toga pokliča uvijek i u svim okolnostima pa i u Thompsonovom slučaju protuzakonita i predstavlja prekršaj dok je jedan sudac ostao suzdržan.

Time je više od dvoje trećine sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda potvrdilo kontroverznu presudu koju je u studenom prošle godine donijelo vijeće toga suda kojim predsjedava Anđa Ćorluka, a članice su mu Ivana Mašić i Mirjana Margetić.
Temeljem te presude koju je danas podržala velika većina sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda Marko Perković Thomson će poklič "za dom spremni" i dalje moći neometano izvikivati na koncertima u Hrvatskoj.

Na pitanje znači li to da će i drugi izvođači "Bojne Čavoglave" moći nekažnjeno izvikivati poklič za dom pismeni na njezinom početku, glasnogovornica Visokog prekršajnog suda Gordana Korotaj nam je kazala:

  - Razmatrat ćemo ta pitanja kad dođu na sud, ako dođu.
Pojasnila je da se odluka današnje sjednice odnosi samo na dva koncerta za koja je Marko Perković Thompson prijavljen i koja su bila predmet spora.

Podsjetimo, presuda u slučaju Thompson suprotna je nizu pravomoćnih presuda koje je od 2015. do studenog prošle godine donio Visoki prekršajni sud u kojima su odreda prekršajno kažnjavani oni koji su javno izvikivali ili isticali taj poklič.
U lipnju prošle godine Visoki je prekršajni sud novčano kaznio makarskog pjevača Maria Rosu, upravo za izvikivanje pokliča "za dom spremni" na početku izvođenja Bojne Čavoglave na koncertu u Makarskoj.
Ustavni je sud u više odluka zauzeo stav da je riječ o pozdravu suportan temeljnim načelima Ustava, piše Jutarnji list. THOMPSON SMIJE VIKATI ‘ZA DOM SPREMNI‘ NA POČETKU PJESME ‘BOJNA ČAVOGLAVE‘ - Visoki prekršajni sud donio odluku koja obvezuje sve suce tog suda

Poklič "za dom spremni" na početku Thompsonove pjesme "Bojna Čavoglave" nije prekršaj protiv javnog reda i mira kada je izvodi autor pjesme u njezinom izvornom obliku - odlučila je danas velika većina sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda na općoj sjednici toga suda, piše Jutarnji list.

Na nju su bili pozvani suci svih odjela toga suda, a od ukupno 23 suca odazvalo ih se 20. Od dvadeset prisutnih sudaca, čak petnaest ih je glasalo za stav da je taj poklič na početku Thompsonove pjesme dopušten, četvero je zauzelo stajalište da je javna upotreba toga pokliča uvijek i u svim okolnostima pa i u Thompsonovom slučaju protuzakonita i predstavlja prekršaj dok je jedan sudac ostao suzdržan.

Time je više od dvoje trećine sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda potvrdilo kontroverznu presudu koju je u studenom prošle godine donijelo vijeće toga suda kojim predsjedava Anđa Ćorluka, a članice su mu Ivana Mašić i Mirjana Margetić.
Temeljem te presude koju je danas podržala velika većina sudaca Visokog prekršajnog suda Marko Perković Thomson će poklič "za dom spremni" i dalje moći neometano izvikivati na koncertima u Hrvatskoj.

Na pitanje znači li to da će i drugi izvođači "Bojne Čavoglave" moći nekažnjeno izvikivati poklič za dom pismeni na njezinom početku, glasnogovornica Visokog prekršajnog suda Gordana Korotaj nam je kazala:

  - Razmatrat ćemo ta pitanja kad dođu na sud, ako dođu.
Pojasnila je da se odluka današnje sjednice odnosi samo na dva koncerta za koja je Marko Perković Thompson prijavljen i koja su bila predmet spora.

Podsjetimo, presuda u slučaju Thompson suprotna je nizu pravomoćnih presuda koje je od 2015. do studenog prošle godine donio Visoki prekršajni sud u kojima su odreda prekršajno kažnjavani oni koji su javno izvikivali ili isticali taj poklič.
U lipnju prošle godine Visoki je prekršajni sud novčano kaznio makarskog pjevača Maria Rosu, upravo za izvikivanje pokliča "za dom spremni" na početku izvođenja Bojne Čavoglave na koncertu u Makarskoj.
Ustavni je sud u više odluka zauzeo stav da je riječ o pozdravu suportan temeljnim načelima Ustava, piše Jutarnji list.
