Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin stigao je u utorak u Teheran, na svom prvom putovanju izvan Rusije od invazije na Ukrajinu, kako bi sa svojim iranskim i turskim kolegama razgovarao o sirijskom sukobu, objavila je u utorak iranska državna TV.

Tri zemlje zajednički pokušavaju smanjiti nasilje u Siriji unatoč tome što podržavaju suprotstavljene strane u ratu. Rusija i Iran najsnažniji su podupiratelji sirijskog predsjednika Bašara al-Asada, dok Turska podržava pobunjenike protiv Asada. Turski predsjednik Tayyip Erdogan zaprijetio je pokretanjem još jedne operacije u sjevernoj Siriji, čemu se protive Teheran i Moskva.

No Putin i Erdogan u Teheranu će se sastati i kako bi razgovarali o dogovoru koji ima za cilj nastavak izvoza crnomorskih žitarica iz Ukrajine.

Istodobno, stvaranje arapsko-izraelskog bloka kojeg podupiru SAD, koji bi mogao još više narušiti bliskoistočnu ravnotežu snaga na štetu Irana, potaknulo je njegove klerikalne vladare na jačanje strateških veza s Kremljom.

"S obzirom na razvoj geopolitičkih veza nakon ukrajinskog rata, establišment pokušava osigurati potporu Moskve u sukobu Teherana s Washingtonom i njegovim regionalnim saveznicima", rekao je visoki iranski dužnosnik, koji je želio ostati anoniman.

Šaljući jasnu poruku Zapadu da će Rusija nastojati ojačati veze s protuzapadnim Iranom, Putin će se sastati s najmoćnijim autoritetom Islamske Republike, vrhovnim vođom ajatolahom Alijem Hameneijem, samo nekoliko dana nakon što je američki predsjednik Joe Biden posjetio Izrael i Saudijsku Arabiju.

Putinov posjet Teheranu pozorno se prati jer je ruska invazija na Ukrajinu žestoko poremetila globalno tržište nafte, ali i zbog upozorenja Washingtona da Teheran planira Rusiju opskrbiti s nekoliko stotina dronova. Teheran je zanijekao prodaju bespilotnih letjelica Moskvi za korištenje u Ukrajini.

Ohrabren visokim cijenama nafte nakon ukrajinskog rata, Teheran se nada da bi uz potporu Rusije mogao izvršiti pritisak na Washington da ponudi ustupke za oživljavanje nuklearnog sporazuma iz 2015. Prema tom sporazumu, Teheran se obvezao ograničiti svoje nuklearne aktivnosti u zamjenu za ukidanje međunarodnih sankcija.

No bivši američki predsjednik Donald Trump izašao je iz sporazuma 2018. i ponovno nametnuo paralizirajuće sankcije Iranu. Godinu dana poslije Teheran je počeo kršiti nuklearna ograničenja iz sporazuma.

Gotovo godinu dana neizravnih pregovora između Teherana i Washingtona u Beču zapeli su u ožujku, jer je Iran doveo u pitanje odlučnost Sjedinjenih Država, a Washington je pozvao Teheran da odustane od dodatnih zahtjeva.

Moskva i Teheran, koji su na udaru američkih sankcija, imaju međutim i interese koji se preklapaju. Iran, čija se naftna industrija godinama mučila pod američkim sankcijama, dugo se oslanjao na kinesku kupovinu nafte kako bi održao svoje gospodarstvo na životu. No od početka rata u Ukrajini, Moskva je preuzela iransko tržište nafte u Aziji.

U svibnju je Reuters izvijestio da je izvoz iranske sirove nafte u Kinu naglo pao jer je Peking dao prednost ruskim barelima s velikim popustom, ostavljajući gotovo 40 milijuna barela iranske nafte pohranjene na tankerima na moru u Aziji za koje Iran traži kupce.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin stigao je u utorak u Teheran, na svom prvom putovanju izvan Rusije od invazije na Ukrajinu, kako bi sa svojim iranskim i turskim kolegama razgovarao o sirijskom sukobu, objavila je u utorak iranska državna TV.

Tri zemlje zajednički pokušavaju smanjiti nasilje u Siriji unatoč tome što podržavaju suprotstavljene strane u ratu. Rusija i Iran najsnažniji su podupiratelji sirijskog predsjednika Bašara al-Asada, dok Turska podržava pobunjenike protiv Asada. Turski predsjednik Tayyip Erdogan zaprijetio je pokretanjem još jedne operacije u sjevernoj Siriji, čemu se protive Teheran i Moskva.

No Putin i Erdogan u Teheranu će se sastati i kako bi razgovarali o dogovoru koji ima za cilj nastavak izvoza crnomorskih žitarica iz Ukrajine.

Istodobno, stvaranje arapsko-izraelskog bloka kojeg podupiru SAD, koji bi mogao još više narušiti bliskoistočnu ravnotežu snaga na štetu Irana, potaknulo je njegove klerikalne vladare na jačanje strateških veza s Kremljom.

"S obzirom na razvoj geopolitičkih veza nakon ukrajinskog rata, establišment pokušava osigurati potporu Moskve u sukobu Teherana s Washingtonom i njegovim regionalnim saveznicima", rekao je visoki iranski dužnosnik, koji je želio ostati anoniman.

Šaljući jasnu poruku Zapadu da će Rusija nastojati ojačati veze s protuzapadnim Iranom, Putin će se sastati s najmoćnijim autoritetom Islamske Republike, vrhovnim vođom ajatolahom Alijem Hameneijem, samo nekoliko dana nakon što je američki predsjednik Joe Biden posjetio Izrael i Saudijsku Arabiju.

Putinov posjet Teheranu pozorno se prati jer je ruska invazija na Ukrajinu žestoko poremetila globalno tržište nafte, ali i zbog upozorenja Washingtona da Teheran planira Rusiju opskrbiti s nekoliko stotina dronova. Teheran je zanijekao prodaju bespilotnih letjelica Moskvi za korištenje u Ukrajini.

Ohrabren visokim cijenama nafte nakon ukrajinskog rata, Teheran se nada da bi uz potporu Rusije mogao izvršiti pritisak na Washington da ponudi ustupke za oživljavanje nuklearnog sporazuma iz 2015. Prema tom sporazumu, Teheran se obvezao ograničiti svoje nuklearne aktivnosti u zamjenu za ukidanje međunarodnih sankcija.

No bivši američki predsjednik Donald Trump izašao je iz sporazuma 2018. i ponovno nametnuo paralizirajuće sankcije Iranu. Godinu dana poslije Teheran je počeo kršiti nuklearna ograničenja iz sporazuma.

Gotovo godinu dana neizravnih pregovora između Teherana i Washingtona u Beču zapeli su u ožujku, jer je Iran doveo u pitanje odlučnost Sjedinjenih Država, a Washington je pozvao Teheran da odustane od dodatnih zahtjeva.

Moskva i Teheran, koji su na udaru američkih sankcija, imaju međutim i interese koji se preklapaju. Iran, čija se naftna industrija godinama mučila pod američkim sankcijama, dugo se oslanjao na kinesku kupovinu nafte kako bi održao svoje gospodarstvo na životu. No od početka rata u Ukrajini, Moskva je preuzela iransko tržište nafte u Aziji.

U svibnju je Reuters izvijestio da je izvoz iranske sirove nafte u Kinu naglo pao jer je Peking dao prednost ruskim barelima s velikim popustom, ostavljajući gotovo 40 milijuna barela iranske nafte pohranjene na tankerima na moru u Aziji za koje Iran traži kupce.

Ruski predsjednik stigao u Iran na razgovore o sirijskom sukobu i ukrajinskom žitu

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin stigao je u utorak u Teheran, na svom prvom putovanju izvan Rusije od invazije na Ukrajinu, kako bi sa svojim iranskim i turskim kolegama razgovarao o sirijskom sukobu, objavila je u utorak iranska državna TV.

Tri zemlje zajednički pokušavaju smanjiti nasilje u Siriji unatoč tome što podržavaju suprotstavljene strane u ratu. Rusija i Iran najsnažniji su podupiratelji sirijskog predsjednika Bašara al-Asada, dok Turska podržava pobunjenike protiv Asada. Turski predsjednik Tayyip Erdogan zaprijetio je pokretanjem još jedne operacije u sjevernoj Siriji, čemu se protive Teheran i Moskva.

No Putin i Erdogan u Teheranu će se sastati i kako bi razgovarali o dogovoru koji ima za cilj nastavak izvoza crnomorskih žitarica iz Ukrajine.

Istodobno, stvaranje arapsko-izraelskog bloka kojeg podupiru SAD, koji bi mogao još više narušiti bliskoistočnu ravnotežu snaga na štetu Irana, potaknulo je njegove klerikalne vladare na jačanje strateških veza s Kremljom.

"S obzirom na razvoj geopolitičkih veza nakon ukrajinskog rata, establišment pokušava osigurati potporu Moskve u sukobu Teherana s Washingtonom i njegovim regionalnim saveznicima", rekao je visoki iranski dužnosnik, koji je želio ostati anoniman.

Šaljući jasnu poruku Zapadu da će Rusija nastojati ojačati veze s protuzapadnim Iranom, Putin će se sastati s najmoćnijim autoritetom Islamske Republike, vrhovnim vođom ajatolahom Alijem Hameneijem, samo nekoliko dana nakon što je američki predsjednik Joe Biden posjetio Izrael i Saudijsku Arabiju.

Putinov posjet Teheranu pozorno se prati jer je ruska invazija na Ukrajinu žestoko poremetila globalno tržište nafte, ali i zbog upozorenja Washingtona da Teheran planira Rusiju opskrbiti s nekoliko stotina dronova. Teheran je zanijekao prodaju bespilotnih letjelica Moskvi za korištenje u Ukrajini.

Ohrabren visokim cijenama nafte nakon ukrajinskog rata, Teheran se nada da bi uz potporu Rusije mogao izvršiti pritisak na Washington da ponudi ustupke za oživljavanje nuklearnog sporazuma iz 2015.
