Predsjednik Ruske Federacije Vladimir Putin potpisao je zakon koji omogućuje osobama starijim od 40 godina da se prijave kao profesionalci u oružane snage Ruske federacije, donosi Slobodna.
Kako prenosi ruska agencija TASS, Putin je potpisao zakon koji je prije tri dana usvojila Državna duma i odobrilo Vijeće Rusije.
Ranije su prvi ugovor o služenju vojnog roka mogli zaključiti građani od 18 do 40 godina i strani državljani od 18 do 30 godina. Novim zakonom za radno sposobne građane kao i za strane državljane ukinuta je starosna granica pa sad i oni stariji od 50 mogu pod šljemove profesionalne vojske.
Nije teško pretpostaviti što je razlog naglom dizanju dobne granice: nedostatak vojnika za ukrajinsku bojišnicu. Ruska vojska nije ažurirala svoj službeni broj poginulih od ožujka, a zapadni obavještajci tvrde da je Rusija izgubila više vojnika u tri mjeseca rata u Ukrajini nego što što je Sovjetski Savez izgubio u devet godina borbe u Afganistanu. Intervencija u Afganistanu vrlo se često naziva 'ruskim Vijetnamom', u njoj je poginulo 14.000, a ranjeno 50.000 sovjetskih vojnika.

Ukrajinci tvrde da je od početka invazije na njihovu zemlju poginulo čak 30 tisuća ruskih vojnika, što je vjerojatno pretjerano, no ako se zna da su prije napada Rusi na granicama bili nagomilali oko 200 tisuća ljudi, procjena gubitaka od oko 15 posto ukupnoga ljudstva čini se vjerodostojna. Ako se tome još pribroje i ranjeni i izbačeni iz stroja, onda je i prilično skromna.
„Ne slavim gubitak ničijeg života i kada vidim ogromne brojeve žrtava među ruskim vojnicima, kao bivši vojnik mislim da je to sramota, izdaja tih mladića, rekao je nedavno Ben Wallace, britanski ministar obrane.
Moskovsko službeno tumačenje dizanja dobne granice na 40 plus ne sadrži nikakvo priznanje manjka ljudi u vojnim redovima. Oni ovo pravdaju objašnjenjima da su 'za ispaljivanje visokopreciznog oružja i rukovanje oklopom potrebni visokokvalificirani stručnjaci, a iskustvo govori da se takvim postaje u dobi od 40-45 godina.'

Kako prenosi ruska agencija TASS, Putin je potpisao zakon koji je prije tri dana usvojila Državna duma i odobrilo Vijeće Rusije.
Ranije su prvi ugovor o služenju vojnog roka mogli zaključiti građani od 18 do 40 godina i strani državljani od 18 do 30 godina. Novim zakonom za radno sposobne građane kao i za strane državljane ukinuta je starosna granica pa sad i oni stariji od 50 mogu pod šljemove profesionalne vojske.
Nije teško pretpostaviti što je razlog naglom dizanju dobne granice: nedostatak vojnika za ukrajinsku bojišnicu. Ruska vojska nije ažurirala svoj službeni broj poginulih od ožujka, a zapadni obavještajci tvrde da je Rusija izgubila više vojnika u tri mjeseca rata u Ukrajini nego što što je Sovjetski Savez izgubio u devet godina borbe u Afganistanu. Intervencija u Afganistanu vrlo se često naziva 'ruskim Vijetnamom', u njoj je poginulo 14.000, a ranjeno 50.000 sovjetskih vojnika.

Ukrajinci tvrde da je od početka invazije na njihovu zemlju poginulo čak 30 tisuća ruskih vojnika, što je vjerojatno pretjerano, no ako se zna da su prije napada Rusi na granicama bili nagomilali oko 200 tisuća ljudi, procjena gubitaka od oko 15 posto ukupnoga ljudstva čini se vjerodostojna. Ako se tome još pribroje i ranjeni i izbačeni iz stroja, onda je i prilično skromna.
„Ne slavim gubitak ničijeg života i kada vidim ogromne brojeve žrtava među ruskim vojnicima, kao bivši vojnik mislim da je to sramota, izdaja tih mladića, rekao je nedavno Ben Wallace, britanski ministar obrane.
Moskovsko službeno tumačenje dizanja dobne granice na 40 plus ne sadrži nikakvo priznanje manjka ljudi u vojnim redovima. Oni ovo pravdaju objašnjenjima da su 'za ispaljivanje visokopreciznog oružja i rukovanje oklopom potrebni visokokvalificirani stručnjaci, a iskustvo govori da se takvim postaje u dobi od 40-45 godina.'
