Val štrajkova proteklih je tjedana zaustavio život u Njemačkoj, u vrijeme dok se najveće europsko gospodarstvo bori s niskom razinom ekonomskog rasta, a potrošači osjećaju visoku inflaciju, piše Hina.

Radnici željeznica, vozači autobusa i zaposlenici aerodroma krenuli su u štrajk jedni za drugima, pregovarajući o svojim plaćama u zemlji koja se inače ponosi dobrim radnim uvjetima. 

Zbog posljednjeg štrajka zaposlenika zračnih luka Lufthansa je u srijedu morala otkazati devet od deset letova.

Njemačka svjedoči nezadovoljstvu radnika od kraja 2022., a plaće u zemlji su od početka ruske invazije na Ukrajinu pale za četiri posto. Dio sektora prošle je godine dobio povišice, nekad visoke i do 10 posto, no nove nagodbe nisu ublažile tenzije pokrenute inflacijom koja je prošle godine dosegla 5,3 posto. 

Pritisak visokih cijena utjecao je na razgovore o plaćama i doveo je do širenja štrajkova. Vozači vlakova su na kraju siječnja prekinuli rad na pet dana, prije no što su to učinili i radnici aerodroma i lokalnog javnog prijevoza. 

„Radnici doista osjećaju pad prihoda, na kraju mjeseca imaju manje novca u džepovima”, rekao je agenciji France Presse Alexander Gallas, politolog sa sveučilišta u Kasselu. Položaj sindikata istovremeno je ojačan ozbiljnim nestašicama radne snage koja prijeti njemačkom gospodarstvu. 

No zahtjevi sindikata u nesrazmjeru su s „činjenicom da su mnoge tvrtke u krizi i nemaju mnogo toga za raspodijeliti”, zbog čega su brza rješenja komplicirana, smatra Hagen Lesch iz ekonomskog think tanka IW. 

Širenje štrajkova dovelo je u pitanje budućnost radnih odnosa u njemačkom gospodarstvu koji su se dosad temeljili na konsensuzu. 

„Ovo je trenutak istine za njemački model”, rekao je Lesch. 

„Sindikati su bili spremniji na kompromis tijekom pandemije koronavirusa. To je gotovo”. 

Njemačka je povijesno bila europska zemlja u kojoj su radnici najmanje štrajkali. Između 2012. i 2021. samo 18 od svakih 1000 radnih dana bili su poremećeni štrajkovima, u usporedbi s 92 u Francuskoj. 

Kolektivni ugovori, dugogodišnji temelj sustava, sada pokrivaju samo 43 posto radnika u Njemačkoj, u usporedbi s 56 posto 2010. godine. 

Trenutni val štrajkova ima snažnu podršku među radnicima, tvrde stručnjaci, iako ne navode točnu brojku.,

„Svjedočimo visokim razinama sudjelovanja, što dovodi do povećanja članstva u sindikatima”, rekao je Thorsten Schulten, istraživač instituta WSI. 

Nekoliko ključnih dogovora između sindikata i uprava još uvijek nisu na stolu, što znači da će se štrajkovi nastaviti. 

„Sve je moguće”, smatra Claus Weselsky, čelnik sindikata željezničara GDL. A kolektivnoj akciji bi se tek mogli pridružiti i drugi sektori, poput onog kemijskog koji je gospodarski pogođen u proteklim godinama, a u narednim mjesecima ga čekaju novi krugovi pregovora o plaćama, piše Hina.

Val štrajkova proteklih je tjedana zaustavio život u Njemačkoj, u vrijeme dok se najveće europsko gospodarstvo bori s niskom razinom ekonomskog rasta, a potrošači osjećaju visoku inflaciju, piše Hina.

Radnici željeznica, vozači autobusa i zaposlenici aerodroma krenuli su u štrajk jedni za drugima, pregovarajući o svojim plaćama u zemlji koja se inače ponosi dobrim radnim uvjetima. 

Zbog posljednjeg štrajka zaposlenika zračnih luka Lufthansa je u srijedu morala otkazati devet od deset letova.

Njemačka svjedoči nezadovoljstvu radnika od kraja 2022., a plaće u zemlji su od početka ruske invazije na Ukrajinu pale za četiri posto. Dio sektora prošle je godine dobio povišice, nekad visoke i do 10 posto, no nove nagodbe nisu ublažile tenzije pokrenute inflacijom koja je prošle godine dosegla 5,3 posto. 

Pritisak visokih cijena utjecao je na razgovore o plaćama i doveo je do širenja štrajkova. Vozači vlakova su na kraju siječnja prekinuli rad na pet dana, prije no što su to učinili i radnici aerodroma i lokalnog javnog prijevoza. 

„Radnici doista osjećaju pad prihoda, na kraju mjeseca imaju manje novca u džepovima”, rekao je agenciji France Presse Alexander Gallas, politolog sa sveučilišta u Kasselu. Položaj sindikata istovremeno je ojačan ozbiljnim nestašicama radne snage koja prijeti njemačkom gospodarstvu. 

No zahtjevi sindikata u nesrazmjeru su s „činjenicom da su mnoge tvrtke u krizi i nemaju mnogo toga za raspodijeliti”, zbog čega su brza rješenja komplicirana, smatra Hagen Lesch iz ekonomskog think tanka IW. 

Širenje štrajkova dovelo je u pitanje budućnost radnih odnosa u njemačkom gospodarstvu koji su se dosad temeljili na konsensuzu. 

„Ovo je trenutak istine za njemački model”, rekao je Lesch. 

„Sindikati su bili spremniji na kompromis tijekom pandemije koronavirusa. To je gotovo”. 

Njemačka je povijesno bila europska zemlja u kojoj su radnici najmanje štrajkali. Između 2012. i 2021. samo 18 od svakih 1000 radnih dana bili su poremećeni štrajkovima, u usporedbi s 92 u Francuskoj. 

Kolektivni ugovori, dugogodišnji temelj sustava, sada pokrivaju samo 43 posto radnika u Njemačkoj, u usporedbi s 56 posto 2010. godine. 

Trenutni val štrajkova ima snažnu podršku među radnicima, tvrde stručnjaci, iako ne navode točnu brojku.,

„Svjedočimo visokim razinama sudjelovanja, što dovodi do povećanja članstva u sindikatima”, rekao je Thorsten Schulten, istraživač instituta WSI. 

Nekoliko ključnih dogovora između sindikata i uprava još uvijek nisu na stolu, što znači da će se štrajkovi nastaviti. 

„Sve je moguće”, smatra Claus Weselsky, čelnik sindikata željezničara GDL. A kolektivnoj akciji bi se tek mogli pridružiti i drugi sektori, poput onog kemijskog koji je gospodarski pogođen u proteklim godinama, a u narednim mjesecima ga čekaju novi krugovi pregovora o plaćama, piše Hina.

Val štrajkova proteklih je tjedana zaustavio život u Njemačkoj, u vrijeme dok se najveće europsko gospodarstvo bori s niskom razinom ekonomskog rasta, a potrošači osjećaju visoku inflaciju, piše Hina.

Radnici željeznica, vozači autobusa i zaposlenici aerodroma krenuli su u štrajk jedni za drugima, pregovarajući o svojim plaćama u zemlji koja se inače ponosi dobrim radnim uvjetima. 

Zbog posljednjeg štrajka zaposlenika zračnih luka Lufthansa je u srijedu morala otkazati devet od deset letova.

Njemačka svjedoči nezadovoljstvu radnika od kraja 2022., a plaće u zemlji su od početka ruske invazije na Ukrajinu pale za četiri posto. Dio sektora prošle je godine dobio povišice, nekad visoke i do 10 posto, no nove nagodbe nisu ublažile tenzije pokrenute inflacijom koja je prošle godine dosegla 5,3 posto. 

Pritisak visokih cijena utjecao je na razgovore o plaćama i doveo je do širenja štrajkova. Vozači vlakova su na kraju siječnja prekinuli rad na pet dana, prije no što su to učinili i radnici aerodroma i lokalnog javnog prijevoza.
