U Klinici za pedijatriju riječkog KBC-a počela je s radom Pedijatrijska postcovid ambulanta. Namjera je unaprijediti medicinsku skrb nad djecom s komplikacijama nakon preboljenja covida, koje je sve više. Predstojnica Klinike za pedijatriju Rijeka, dr. Iva Bilić Čače, gostujući na HRT-u, rekla je da su, osim toga što je zabilježen veći broj djece koja su dolazila po pomoć zbog akutne infekcije, uvidjeli da sve češće dolaze djeca koja su akutnu covid-infekciju preboljela u nekom periodu ranije, a kod kojih su simptomi zaostali i traže daljnju pomoć.

“Postcovid je termin koji obuhvaća niz simptoma i znakova koji se u jednom postotku djece, a to je nama još uvijek nejasan postotak, javljaju i zaostaju u dužem vremenskom periodu, a taj period je od 12 tjedana pa i do duže od godinu dana”, naglasila je i dodala da je postcovid sindrom onaj koji zahvaća bilo koji organski sustav u djece i najčešći su simptomi poremećaj spavanja, pažnje, ponašanja, poremećaj okusa i mirisa, vrtoglavice, glavobolje, grudne boli, poremećaj ritma abdominalne boli, intolerancija napora.

Na pitanje u kojem trenutku roditelji moraju reagirati, Bilić Čače je rekla da roditelji najbolje poznaju svoje dijete i zatražit će pomoć te da je primarni pedijatar taj koji će najbolje procijeniti treba li dijete pomoć na daljnjoj razini ili je dovoljna primarna pomoć.

“Pomoć treba potražiti kada dijete ne želi jesti niti piti, kada je pospano i bezvoljno, kada ima visoke temperature, te ne radi aktivnosti koje su ga nekada veselile”, rekla je.

Rekla je da je u svijetu učinjeno desetak istraživanja o postcovidu kod djece i svako od njih ima metodološku manu. “Postcovid entitet zvuči moćno, no u velikom broju slučajeva radi se o simptomima koji su diskretni, kao što je poremećaj spavanja, straha, a ti su simptomi oni koji trebaju vremena i s vremenom će oni proći”, naglasila je za HRT.

Zaključila je da je preduvjet blagostanja djeteta, dobar osjećaj kod roditelja te je uspostavljanje tima liječnik-roditelj, preduvjet liječenja i izlječenja djeteta, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

U Klinici za pedijatriju riječkog KBC-a počela je s radom Pedijatrijska postcovid ambulanta. Namjera je unaprijediti medicinsku skrb nad djecom s komplikacijama nakon preboljenja covida, koje je sve više. Predstojnica Klinike za pedijatriju Rijeka, dr. Iva Bilić Čače, gostujući na HRT-u, rekla je da su, osim toga što je zabilježen veći broj djece koja su dolazila po pomoć zbog akutne infekcije, uvidjeli da sve češće dolaze djeca koja su akutnu covid-infekciju preboljela u nekom periodu ranije, a kod kojih su simptomi zaostali i traže daljnju pomoć.

“Postcovid je termin koji obuhvaća niz simptoma i znakova koji se u jednom postotku djece, a to je nama još uvijek nejasan postotak, javljaju i zaostaju u dužem vremenskom periodu, a taj period je od 12 tjedana pa i do duže od godinu dana”, naglasila je i dodala da je postcovid sindrom onaj koji zahvaća bilo koji organski sustav u djece i najčešći su simptomi poremećaj spavanja, pažnje, ponašanja, poremećaj okusa i mirisa, vrtoglavice, glavobolje, grudne boli, poremećaj ritma abdominalne boli, intolerancija napora.

Na pitanje u kojem trenutku roditelji moraju reagirati, Bilić Čače je rekla da roditelji najbolje poznaju svoje dijete i zatražit će pomoć te da je primarni pedijatar taj koji će najbolje procijeniti treba li dijete pomoć na daljnjoj razini ili je dovoljna primarna pomoć.

“Pomoć treba potražiti kada dijete ne želi jesti niti piti, kada je pospano i bezvoljno, kada ima visoke temperature, te ne radi aktivnosti koje su ga nekada veselile”, rekla je.

Rekla je da je u svijetu učinjeno desetak istraživanja o postcovidu kod djece i svako od njih ima metodološku manu. “Postcovid entitet zvuči moćno, no u velikom broju slučajeva radi se o simptomima koji su diskretni, kao što je poremećaj spavanja, straha, a ti su simptomi oni koji trebaju vremena i s vremenom će oni proći”, naglasila je za HRT.

Zaključila je da je preduvjet blagostanja djeteta, dobar osjećaj kod roditelja te je uspostavljanje tima liječnik-roditelj, preduvjet liječenja i izlječenja djeteta, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Pedijatrica: ‘Sve je više djece s komplikacijama nakon prebolijevanja korone‘, Evo kada trebate tražiti pomoć liječnika, obratite pažnju na ove simptome

U Klinici za pedijatriju riječkog KBC-a počela je s radom Pedijatrijska postcovid ambulanta. Namjera je unaprijediti medicinsku skrb nad djecom s komplikacijama nakon preboljenja covida, koje je sve više. Predstojnica Klinike za pedijatriju Rijeka, dr. Iva Bilić Čače, gostujući na HRT-u, rekla je da su, osim toga što je zabilježen veći broj djece koja su dolazila po pomoć zbog akutne infekcije, uvidjeli da sve češće dolaze djeca koja su akutnu covid-infekciju preboljela u nekom periodu ranije, a kod kojih su simptomi zaostali i traže daljnju pomoć.

“Postcovid je termin koji obuhvaća niz simptoma i znakova koji se u jednom postotku djece, a to je nama još uvijek nejasan postotak, javljaju i zaostaju u dužem vremenskom periodu, a taj period je od 12 tjedana pa i do duže od godinu dana”, naglasila je i dodala da je postcovid sindrom onaj koji zahvaća bilo koji organski sustav u djece i najčešći su simptomi poremećaj spavanja, pažnje, ponašanja, poremećaj okusa i mirisa, vrtoglavice, glavobolje, grudne boli, poremećaj ritma abdominalne boli, intolerancija napora.

Na pitanje u kojem trenutku roditelji moraju reagirati, Bilić Čače je rekla da roditelji najbolje poznaju svoje dijete i zatražit će pomoć te da je primarni pedijatar taj koji će najbolje procijeniti treba li dijete pomoć na daljnjoj razini ili je dovoljna primarna pomoć.

“Pomoć treba potražiti kada dijete ne želi jesti niti piti, kada je pospano i bezvoljno, kada ima visoke temperature, te ne radi aktivnosti koje su ga nekada veselile”, rekla je.

Rekla je da je u svijetu učinjeno desetak istraživanja o postcovidu kod djece i svako od njih ima metodološku manu. “Postcovid entitet zvuči moćno, no u velikom broju slučajeva radi se o simptomima koji su diskretni, kao što je poremećaj spavanja, straha, a ti su simptomi oni koji trebaju vremena i s vremenom će oni proći”, naglasila je za HRT.

Zaključila je da je preduvjet blagostanja djeteta, dobar osjećaj kod roditelja te je uspostavljanje tima liječnik-roditelj, preduvjet liječenja i izlječenja djeteta, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
