Kineska vlada optužena je za uspostavljanje najmanje dviju neprijavljenih "policijskih postaja" u Nizozemskoj, prenio je BBC.

Istragu je pokrenulo izvješće pod naslovom Chinese Transnational Policing Gone Wild nevladine organizacije Safeguard Defenders sa sjedištem u Španjolskoj. Nizozemski mediji pronašli su dokaze da se prekomorske jedinice koje pružaju diplomatske usluge koriste za pokušaje ušutkavanja kineskih disidenata u Europi, prenosi Jutarnji.

Kinesko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova odbacilo je optužbe, a glasnogovornica nizozemskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Maxime Hovenkamp rekla je da je postojanje neslužbenih policijskih ispostava nezakonito.

Prema izvješću organizacije, uredi za javnu sigurnost iz dviju kineskih provincija uspostavili su 54 "prekomorska policijska službena centra" na pet kontinenata i u 21 zemlji. Većina ih je u Europi, uključujući devet u Španjolskoj i četiri u Italiji. U Velikoj Britaniji pronađena su dva u Londonu i jedan u Glasgowu.

Postaje kineske policije navodno su osnovane radi borbe protiv transnacionalnog kriminala i obavljanja administrativnih poslova poput obnove dokumenata građana. Safeguard Defenders tvrdi da te jedinice nastoje prisiliti one za koje sumnjaju da govore protiv kineskog režima da se vrate kući.

Nizozemski medij RTL Nieuws i portal za istraživačko novinarstvo Follow the Money podijelili su priču Wang Jingyua, kineskog disidenta koji je rekao da ga progoni kineska policija u Nizozemskoj. Wang je nizozemskim novinarima ispričao da ga je ranije ove godine nazvao netko iz policijske jedinice. Tijekom razgovora, ustvrdio je, rečeno mu je da se vrati u Kinu kako bi "riješio svoje probleme".

Otad je meta sustavne kampanje uznemiravanja, vjerojatno agenata kineske vlade. Policijske jedinice poput ovih za koje optužuju Kinu mogle bi narušiti nacionalne jurisdikcije i zaštitu kineskih državljana u inozemstvu.

Glasnogovornik kineskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Wang Wenbin rekao je u srijedu da je ono što je nazvano "policijskom postajom u inozemstvu" zapravo "postaja za usluge kineskim građanima u inozemstvu".

Zbog toga što se mnogi Kinezi nisu mogli vratiti u svoju zemlju uslijed pandemije covida, osnovane su "postaje za usluge" uglavnom usmjerene na "fizičke preglede i promjenu vozačkih dozvola", objasnio je Wenbin.

Kineska vlada optužena je za uspostavljanje najmanje dviju neprijavljenih "policijskih postaja" u Nizozemskoj, prenio je BBC.

Istragu je pokrenulo izvješće pod naslovom Chinese Transnational Policing Gone Wild nevladine organizacije Safeguard Defenders sa sjedištem u Španjolskoj. Nizozemski mediji pronašli su dokaze da se prekomorske jedinice koje pružaju diplomatske usluge koriste za pokušaje ušutkavanja kineskih disidenata u Europi, prenosi Jutarnji.

Kinesko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova odbacilo je optužbe, a glasnogovornica nizozemskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Maxime Hovenkamp rekla je da je postojanje neslužbenih policijskih ispostava nezakonito.

Prema izvješću organizacije, uredi za javnu sigurnost iz dviju kineskih provincija uspostavili su 54 "prekomorska policijska službena centra" na pet kontinenata i u 21 zemlji. Većina ih je u Europi, uključujući devet u Španjolskoj i četiri u Italiji. U Velikoj Britaniji pronađena su dva u Londonu i jedan u Glasgowu.

Postaje kineske policije navodno su osnovane radi borbe protiv transnacionalnog kriminala i obavljanja administrativnih poslova poput obnove dokumenata građana. Safeguard Defenders tvrdi da te jedinice nastoje prisiliti one za koje sumnjaju da govore protiv kineskog režima da se vrate kući.

Nizozemski medij RTL Nieuws i portal za istraživačko novinarstvo Follow the Money podijelili su priču Wang Jingyua, kineskog disidenta koji je rekao da ga progoni kineska policija u Nizozemskoj. Wang je nizozemskim novinarima ispričao da ga je ranije ove godine nazvao netko iz policijske jedinice. Tijekom razgovora, ustvrdio je, rečeno mu je da se vrati u Kinu kako bi "riješio svoje probleme".

Otad je meta sustavne kampanje uznemiravanja, vjerojatno agenata kineske vlade. Policijske jedinice poput ovih za koje optužuju Kinu mogle bi narušiti nacionalne jurisdikcije i zaštitu kineskih državljana u inozemstvu.

Glasnogovornik kineskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Wang Wenbin rekao je u srijedu da je ono što je nazvano "policijskom postajom u inozemstvu" zapravo "postaja za usluge kineskim građanima u inozemstvu".

Zbog toga što se mnogi Kinezi nisu mogli vratiti u svoju zemlju uslijed pandemije covida, osnovane su "postaje za usluge" uglavnom usmjerene na "fizičke preglede i promjenu vozačkih dozvola", objasnio je Wenbin.

‘Novi svjetski policajac‘ po Europi osniva vlastite policijske postaje?! ‘Krše nacionalne jurisdikcije, ali našli su objašnjenje...‘

Kineska vlada optužena je za uspostavljanje najmanje dviju neprijavljenih "policijskih postaja" u Nizozemskoj, prenio je BBC.

Istragu je pokrenulo izvješće pod naslovom Chinese Transnational Policing Gone Wild nevladine organizacije Safeguard Defenders sa sjedištem u Španjolskoj. Nizozemski mediji pronašli su dokaze da se prekomorske jedinice koje pružaju diplomatske usluge koriste za pokušaje ušutkavanja kineskih disidenata u Europi, prenosi Jutarnji.

Kinesko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova odbacilo je optužbe, a glasnogovornica nizozemskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Maxime Hovenkamp rekla je da je postojanje neslužbenih policijskih ispostava nezakonito.

Prema izvješću organizacije, uredi za javnu sigurnost iz dviju kineskih provincija uspostavili su 54 "prekomorska policijska službena centra" na pet kontinenata i u 21 zemlji. Većina ih je u Europi, uključujući devet u Španjolskoj i četiri u Italiji. U Velikoj Britaniji pronađena su dva u Londonu i jedan u Glasgowu.

Postaje kineske policije navodno su osnovane radi borbe protiv transnacionalnog kriminala i obavljanja administrativnih poslova poput obnove dokumenata građana. Safeguard Defenders tvrdi da te jedinice nastoje prisiliti one za koje sumnjaju da govore protiv kineskog režima da se vrate kući.

Nizozemski medij RTL Nieuws i portal za istraživačko novinarstvo Follow the Money podijelili su priču Wang Jingyua, kineskog disidenta koji je rekao da ga progoni kineska policija u Nizozemskoj. Wang je nizozemskim novinarima ispričao da ga je ranije ove godine nazvao netko iz policijske jedinice. Tijekom razgovora, ustvrdio je, rečeno mu je da se vrati u Kinu kako bi "riješio svoje probleme".

Otad je meta sustavne kampanje uznemiravanja, vjerojatno agenata kineske vlade. Policijske jedinice poput ovih za koje optužuju Kinu mogle bi narušiti nacionalne jurisdikcije i zaštitu kineskih državljana u inozemstvu.

Glasnogovornik kineskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova Wang Wenbin rekao je u srijedu da je ono što je nazvano "policijskom postajom u inozemstvu" zapravo "postaja za usluge kineskim građanima u inozemstvu".

Zbog toga što se mnogi Kinezi nisu mogli vratiti u svoju zemlju uslijed pandemije covida, osnovane su "postaje za usluge" uglavnom usmjerene na "fizičke preglede i promjenu vozačkih dozvola", objasnio je Wenbin.
