Volkswagenov brend više nije konkurentan. S mnogim našim već postojećim strukturama, poslovnim procesima i visokim troškovima, više nismo konkurentni kao marka Volkswagen‘, upozorio je u ponedjeljak Thomas Schaefer, šef tvrtke zaposlenicima tijekom sastanka u sjedištu tvrtke u Wolfsburg. Objavu o tome na intranetu tvrtke imao je priliku vidjeti Reuters, prenosi Tportal.

Tvrtka je radila na poboljšanju financijskih rezultata svoje globalno popularne istoimene marke automobila‘, rekao je glasnogovornik tvrtke. Proces je posebno važan jer se VW Grupa, matična tvrtka, prebacuje na proizvodnju više električnih automobila.

Volkswagen Grupa posjeduje nekoliko marki uključujući Porsche, Audi i njen originalni brend Volkswagen, osnovan 1937. godine. Među markama VW Grupe, uključujući Škodu, sa sjedištem u Češkoj i Seat, sa sjedištem u Španjolskoj, marka VW imala je daleko najveći udio prodaje, ali i najniže marže operativne dobiti tijekom prva tri mjeseca ove godine, prema korporativnoj prezentaciji.

VW Grupa se nada da će povećati povrat od prodaje marke VW sa 3,6 posto prošle godine na 6,5 posto do 2026. godine, prema prezentaciji za investitore. U javnim prezentacijama, VW je rekao da pokušava poboljšati performanse svih svojih mainstream brendova, između ostalog, boljom diferencijacijom među njima, kao i rezanjem rasipne potrošnje.

"Moramo konačno biti dovoljno hrabri i pošteni da odbacimo stvari koje se dupliciraju unutar tvrtke ili su jednostavno balast koji nam ne treba za dobre rezultate", rekao je član odbora za ljudske resurse, Gunnar Kilian. Tvrtka, jedan od najvećih svjetskih proizvođača automobila, usred je pregovora sa svojim radničkim vijećem o shemi rezanja troškova u marki VW, što je prvi korak u nastojanjima cijele grupe za povećanje učinkovitosti u prijelazu na električne automobile.

Njegov program uštede od 10 milijardi eura uključivat će smanjenje ljudi, rekli su menadžeri u ponedjeljak.

Tvrtka je ranije rekla da planira iskoristiti "demografsku krivulju" kako bi smanjila svoju radnu snagu. Na sastanku Kilian je rekao da će se to postići kroz sporazume o djelomičnom ili prijevremenom umirovljenju. Međutim, većina ciljanih ušteda od 10 milijardi eura bit će postignuta drugim mjerama osim smanjenja osoblja, dodao je Kilian, a potpuni detalji bit će definirani do kraja godine, prenosi Tportal.

Volkswagenov brend više nije konkurentan. S mnogim našim već postojećim strukturama, poslovnim procesima i visokim troškovima, više nismo konkurentni kao marka Volkswagen‘, upozorio je u ponedjeljak Thomas Schaefer, šef tvrtke zaposlenicima tijekom sastanka u sjedištu tvrtke u Wolfsburg. Objavu o tome na intranetu tvrtke imao je priliku vidjeti Reuters, prenosi Tportal.

Tvrtka je radila na poboljšanju financijskih rezultata svoje globalno popularne istoimene marke automobila‘, rekao je glasnogovornik tvrtke. Proces je posebno važan jer se VW Grupa, matična tvrtka, prebacuje na proizvodnju više električnih automobila.

Volkswagen Grupa posjeduje nekoliko marki uključujući Porsche, Audi i njen originalni brend Volkswagen, osnovan 1937. godine. Među markama VW Grupe, uključujući Škodu, sa sjedištem u Češkoj i Seat, sa sjedištem u Španjolskoj, marka VW imala je daleko najveći udio prodaje, ali i najniže marže operativne dobiti tijekom prva tri mjeseca ove godine, prema korporativnoj prezentaciji.

VW Grupa se nada da će povećati povrat od prodaje marke VW sa 3,6 posto prošle godine na 6,5 posto do 2026. godine, prema prezentaciji za investitore. Tvrtka, jedan od najvećih svjetskih proizvođača automobila, usred je pregovora sa svojim radničkim vijećem o shemi rezanja troškova u marki VW, što je prvi korak u nastojanjima cijele grupe za povećanje učinkovitosti u prijelazu na električne automobile.

Njegov program uštede od 10 milijardi eura uključivat će smanjenje ljudi, rekli su menadžeri u ponedjeljak.

Tvrtka je ranije rekla da planira iskoristiti "demografsku krivulju" kako bi smanjila svoju radnu snagu. Na sastanku Kilian je rekao da će se to postići kroz sporazume o djelomičnom ili prijevremenom umirovljenju. Međutim, većina ciljanih ušteda od 10 milijardi eura bit će postignuta drugim mjerama osim smanjenja osoblja, dodao je Kilian, a potpuni detalji bit će definirani do kraja godine, prenosi Tportal.

Volkswagenov brend više nije konkurentan. S mnogim našim već postojećim strukturama, poslovnim procesima i visokim troškovima, više nismo konkurentni kao marka Volkswagen‘, upozorio je u ponedjeljak Thomas Schaefer, šef tvrtke zaposlenicima tijekom sastanka u sjedištu tvrtke u Wolfsburg. Objavu o tome na intranetu tvrtke imao je priliku vidjeti Reuters, prenosi Tportal.

Tvrtka je radila na poboljšanju financijskih rezultata svoje globalno popularne istoimene marke automobila‘, rekao je glasnogovornik tvrtke. Proces je posebno važan jer se VW Grupa, matična tvrtka, prebacuje na proizvodnju više električnih automobila.

Volkswagen Grupa posjeduje nekoliko marki uključujući Porsche, Audi i njen originalni brend Volkswagen, osnovan 1937. godine. Među markama VW Grupe, uključujući Škodu, sa sjedištem u Češkoj i Seat, sa sjedištem u Španjolskoj, marka VW imala je daleko najveći udio prodaje, ali i najniže marže operativne dobiti tijekom prva tri mjeseca ove godine, prema korporativnoj prezentaciji.

VW Grupa se nada da će povećati povrat od prodaje marke VW sa 3,6 posto prošle godine na 6,5 posto do 2026. godine, prema prezentaciji za investitore.
