U Njemačkoj su jutros počeli prosvjedi poljoprivrednika protiv ukidanja subvencija, a policija je u stanju pripravnosti. Poljoprivrednici su izašli sa svojim traktorima, a pridružili su im se i vozači kamiona, piše Jutarnji list. 

Kako piše Deutche Welle, ovog ponedjeljka praktički neće biti dijela Njemačke koji će normalno funkcionirati. Na cestama će biti na tisuće traktora - na prosvjedu koji njemački poljoprivrednici najavljuju kao najveći u povijesti.

Bild je objavio kartu s gradovima i autocestama čije se blokade najavljuju – spisak je podulji. Vlasti su pozvale građane da u ponedjeljak koriste željeznički prijevoz i odustanu od vožnje automobilima, poslodavci poručuju ljudima da rade od kuće ondje gdje je to moguće, škole će djeci opravdati izostanke s nastave.

Scene s blokadama su se proteklih tjedana viđale tu i tamo po Njemačkoj. Sredinom prosinca su stotine traktora stajale u centru Berlina.

Na nekim snimkama se vidi kako policija pokušava vozilima blokirati put traktora, ali ovi skreću s puta i kotačima promjera od skoro dva metra lako preko njiva i kanala zaobilaze policijske blokade.

„Mnoge akcije nisu samo pravno neopravdane, već ponekad predstavljaju ugrožavanje prometa i javne sigurnosti i reda", kritizira sindikat policije. Jer, policija će imati pune ruke posla.

Problem su subvencije

Nakon što je Ustavni sud zabranio saveznoj vladi nova zaduženja i unošenje određenih izdataka u proračun za 2024. godinu, u državnoj blagajni je nastala rupa od 17 milijardi eura.

Tek je prije neki dan postignut kompromis oko novog proračuna u koalicijskoj vladi sastavljenoj od tri stranke – socijaldemokrata (SPD), Zelenih i liberala (FDP). Time se ukidaju razne subvencije, što će dovesti do značajnog povećanja cijene benzina i dizela, električne energije i grijanja, a ukinute su i subvencije za električne automobile i smanjen je tempo mnogih investicija.

A što se tiče poljoprivrednih proizvođača – brisane su subvencije za dizel gorivo i uveden je porez na sva poljoprivredna vozila, isti kao za putničke automobile, ovisno o snazi motora i potrošnji goriva.

Teški traktori i poljoprivredni strojevi troše velike količine dizela i imaju motore velike snage. Njemački poljoprivrednici smatraju da se njihovo oruđe ne smije tretirati isto kao i privatne automobile.

To je razlog zašto su ozlojeđeni poljoprivrednici pozvali na blokadu cijele zemlje. Uplašena vlada odmah je donekle popustila, odustala od poreza za poljoprivredne strojeve i obećala da će se postepeno vraćati subvencije za gorivo. No time poljoprivrednici nisu bili zadovoljni.

Ograđivanje od radikalnih poteza

Predsjednik Saveza poljoprivrednika Joachim Rukwied naglasio je da su radikalni potezi nepoželjni, jer su se među buntovnike navodno uvukle i razne ekstremističke desne i druge grupe.

Rukwied je kritizirao incident koji se dogodio u četvrtak, kad je nekoliko desetaka bijesnih poljoprivrednika na sjeveru Njemačke „čekalo“ ministra gospodarstva Roberta Habecka na pristaništu trajekta kojim se vraćao s kraćeg odmora na jednom otoku. Trajekt se morao okrenuti i pristati drugdje, dok je policija upotrijebila i papar-sprej.

Taj potez naišao je na osude gotovo cijele političke scene, a od njega se ogradio i Rukwied. Takve „akcije štete našim političkim ciljevima. Želimo idućih tjedana prosvjedovati mirno i uredno", rekao je on.

Također je naglasio da nema mjesta za desničarske i „druge radikalne grupe koje sanjare o rušenju poretka“. „Mi smo demokrati i kod nas se političke promjene, ako su poželjne, događaju glasanjem na izborni dan", dodao je Rukwied.

U Njemačkoj postoji 256.000 poljoprivrednih imanja u kojima radi oko 937.000 ljudi. Prosvjedi su novi veliki udarac za koalicijsku vladu kancelara Olafa Scholza koja je jedna od najnepopularnijih vlada u povijesti Njemačke.

Kako piše Deutche Welle, ovog ponedjeljka praktički neće biti dijela Njemačke koji će normalno funkcionirati. Na cestama će biti na tisuće traktora - na prosvjedu koji njemački poljoprivrednici najavljuju kao najveći u povijesti.

Bild je objavio kartu s gradovima i autocestama čije se blokade najavljuju – spisak je podulji. Vlasti su pozvale građane da u ponedjeljak koriste željeznički prijevoz i odustanu od vožnje automobilima, poslodavci poručuju ljudima da rade od kuće ondje gdje je to moguće, škole će djeci opravdati izostanke s nastave.

Scene s blokadama su se proteklih tjedana viđale tu i tamo po Njemačkoj. Sredinom prosinca su stotine traktora stajale u centru Berlina.

Na nekim snimkama se vidi kako policija pokušava vozilima blokirati put traktora, ali ovi skreću s puta i kotačima promjera od skoro dva metra lako preko njiva i kanala zaobilaze policijske blokade.

„Mnoge akcije nisu samo pravno neopravdane, već ponekad predstavljaju ugrožavanje prometa i javne sigurnosti i reda", kritizira sindikat policije. Jer, policija će imati pune ruke posla.

Problem su subvencije

Nakon što je Ustavni sud zabranio saveznoj vladi nova zaduženja i unošenje određenih izdataka u proračun za 2024. godinu, u državnoj blagajni je nastala rupa od 17 milijardi eura.

Tek je prije neki dan postignut kompromis oko novog proračuna u koalicijskoj vladi sastavljenoj od tri stranke – socijaldemokrata (SPD), Zelenih i liberala (FDP). Time se ukidaju razne subvencije, što će dovesti do značajnog povećanja cijene benzina i dizela, električne energije i grijanja, a ukinute su i subvencije za električne automobile i smanjen je tempo mnogih investicija.

A što se tiče poljoprivrednih proizvođača – brisane su subvencije za dizel gorivo i uveden je porez na sva poljoprivredna vozila, isti kao za putničke automobile, ovisno o snazi motora i potrošnji goriva.

Teški traktori i poljoprivredni strojevi troše velike količine dizela i imaju motore velike snage. Njemački poljoprivrednici smatraju da se njihovo oruđe ne smije tretirati isto kao i privatne automobile.

To je razlog zašto su ozlojeđeni poljoprivrednici pozvali na blokadu cijele zemlje. Uplašena vlada odmah je donekle popustila, odustala od poreza za poljoprivredne strojeve i obećala da će se postepeno vraćati subvencije za gorivo. No time poljoprivrednici nisu bili zadovoljni.

Ograđivanje od radikalnih poteza

Predsjednik Saveza poljoprivrednika Joachim Rukwied naglasio je da su radikalni potezi nepoželjni, jer su se među buntovnike navodno uvukle i razne ekstremističke desne i druge grupe.

Rukwied je kritizirao incident koji se dogodio u četvrtak, kad je nekoliko desetaka bijesnih poljoprivrednika na sjeveru Njemačke „čekalo“ ministra gospodarstva Roberta Habecka na pristaništu trajekta kojim se vraćao s kraćeg odmora na jednom otoku. Trajekt se morao okrenuti i pristati drugdje, dok je policija upotrijebila i papar-sprej.

Taj potez naišao je na osude gotovo cijele političke scene, a od njega se ogradio i Rukwied. Takve „akcije štete našim političkim ciljevima. Želimo idućih tjedana prosvjedovati mirno i uredno", rekao je on.

Također je naglasio da nema mjesta za desničarske i „druge radikalne grupe koje sanjare o rušenju poretka“. „Mi smo demokrati i kod nas se političke promjene, ako su poželjne, događaju glasanjem na izborni dan", dodao je Rukwied.

U Njemačkoj postoji 256.000 poljoprivrednih imanja u kojima radi oko 937.000 ljudi. Prosvjedi su novi veliki udarac za koalicijsku vladu kancelara Olafa Scholza koja je jedna od najnepopularnijih vlada u povijesti Njemačke.
