Facebook grupa ‘Dubrovnik nekad‘ piše o nevjerojatnoj povijesti broda Atlant koji je jučer izvađen s morskog dna nakon nedavnog potonuća.
Brod plivarica star 114 godine plovio je nekoć za Akvarij Dubrovnik, od 1951. do 1960. godine. Vlasnik ga je izvadio s morskog dna, ali se Atlantu ne zna daljnja sudbina jer je trošak održavanja enorman. Tu bi, kažu iz FB grupi, mogla uskočiti država budući da je brod stariji od stoljeća i smatra se kulturnim dobrom hrvatskog pomorstva, o čemu je Zadarski list pisao nakon potonuća krajem rujna ove godine.

Administrator grupe gospar Ivo Batričević ranije je spominjao kako je brod izgrađen daleke 1908. godine u Rijeci te je i nakon 113 godina do havarije plovio kao ribarski brod - plivarica imena ATLANT u vlasništvu Šime Blagdana iz Kukljice na otoku Ugljanu pored Zadra, te je upisan je u upisniku brodova u Lučkoj kapetaniji Zadar:

- Za potrebe Akvarija Dubrovnik (tadašnjeg naziva Oceanografska stanica Dubrovnik) je kupljen krajem 1951. i upisan u upisniku Lučke kapetanije Dubrovnik u kategoriju male obalne plovidbe. Prvu posadu je ukrcao 19. siječnja 1952. To je bio brod duljine 18 metara, širine 4,6 i gaza 1,79 metara, po duljini zabilježen kao njihov najduži brod. Mogao je ploviti brzinom od 10 čvorova. Na priloženoj fotografiji iz lipnja 1957. godine vidljiv je brod ISTRAŽIVAČ kako prolazi pored Pasjače nedaleko od mjesta Popovići u Konavlima i tegli nekoliko brodica prema Moluntu. Na fotografiji se vidi da je probijen tunel iz Konavoskog polja te vidimo privremene drvene kućice radnika i kamion. Od tog iskopa i lomljenog kamena je nastala Pasjača, jedna od najljepših naših plaža. U pisanoj povijesti o zadnjem gruškom škaru (brodogradilištu) se navodi da je to bio škar obitelji Mata Krile na Lapadskoj obali koji je prestao s radom 1957. godine, a posljednji na remontu je bio brod ISTRAŽIVAČ od Oceanografskog instituta u Dubrovniku. Brod ISTRAŽIVAČ od Akvarija Dubrovnik (tadašnjeg naziva Biološki institut) prodaju, a zadnju posadu iskrcavaju 20. travnja 1960 - otkrio je Batričević nepoznate detalje o brodu čija je budućnost neizvjesna.

Facebook grupa ‘Dubrovnik nekad‘ piše o nevjerojatnoj povijesti broda Atlant koji je jučer izvađen s morskog dna nakon nedavnog potonuća.
Brod plivarica star 114 godine plovio je nekoć za Akvarij Dubrovnik, od 1951. do 1960. godine. Vlasnik ga je izvadio s morskog dna, ali se Atlantu ne zna daljnja sudbina jer je trošak održavanja enorman. Tu bi, kažu iz FB grupi, mogla uskočiti država budući da je brod stariji od stoljeća i smatra se kulturnim dobrom hrvatskog pomorstva, o čemu je Zadarski list pisao nakon potonuća krajem rujna ove godine.

Administrator grupe gospar Ivo Batričević ranije je spominjao kako je brod izgrađen daleke 1908. godine u Rijeci te je i nakon 113 godina do havarije plovio kao ribarski brod - plivarica imena ATLANT u vlasništvu Šime Blagdana iz Kukljice na otoku Ugljanu pored Zadra, te je upisan je u upisniku brodova u Lučkoj kapetaniji Zadar:

- Za potrebe Akvarija Dubrovnik (tadašnjeg naziva Oceanografska stanica Dubrovnik) je kupljen krajem 1951. i upisan u upisniku Lučke kapetanije Dubrovnik u kategoriju male obalne plovidbe. Prvu posadu je ukrcao 19. siječnja 1952. To je bio brod duljine 18 metara, širine 4,6 i gaza 1,79 metara, po duljini zabilježen kao njihov najduži brod. Mogao je ploviti brzinom od 10 čvorova. Na priloženoj fotografiji iz lipnja 1957. godine vidljiv je brod ISTRAŽIVAČ kako prolazi pored Pasjače nedaleko od mjesta Popovići u Konavlima i tegli nekoliko brodica prema Moluntu. Na fotografiji se vidi da je probijen tunel iz Konavoskog polja te vidimo privremene drvene kućice radnika i kamion. Od tog iskopa i lomljenog kamena je nastala Pasjača, jedna od najljepših naših plaža. U pisanoj povijesti o zadnjem gruškom škaru (brodogradilištu) se navodi da je to bio škar obitelji Mata Krile na Lapadskoj obali koji je prestao s radom 1957. godine, a posljednji na remontu je bio brod ISTRAŽIVAČ od Oceanografskog instituta u Dubrovniku. Brod ISTRAŽIVAČ od Akvarija Dubrovnik (tadašnjeg naziva Biološki institut) prodaju, a zadnju posadu iskrcavaju 20. travnja 1960 - otkrio je Batričević nepoznate detalje o brodu čija je budućnost neizvjesna.
