Nova analiza Instituta za javne financije pokazuje da je općina Medulin u 2020. godini bila najbogatija općina u Hrvatskoj, piše Slobodna. Ostvarila je najveće ukupne prihode, 77 milijuna kuna, što je iznos jednak zbroju ukupnih prihoda 24 najsiromašnijih općine.

Zanimljivo je da su ukupni prihodi deset najbogatijih općina u zemlji, 530 milijuna kuna, jednaki su zbroju ukupnih prihoda jedne četvrtine općina. Među općinama s prihodima po stanovniku većim od 10.000 kuna, čak 17 od njih 29 smješteno je uz more.

- Uistinu prednjačimo po realizaciji proračuna ispred ostalih općina. Budući da smo pretežito turistička destinacija, preživjeti covid godinu bio je izazov, a oporaviti prihode je još veći, kaže medulinski načelnik Ivan Kirac za Glas Istre.

- Usprkos svemu, već ove godine očekujem osjetno povećanje prihoda. U budućnosti sve strategije planiramo bazirati na diversifikaciji prihoda, pa se nadam da ćemo stvoriti još otporniji sustav na ovakve neprilike, objašnjava Kirac.

U općine s najvećim proračunom po stanovniku pripadaju i istarske općine Kaštelir-Labinci (2.700 kuna) i Oprtalj (2.600 kuna), koje su na trećem i četvrtom mjestu u Hrvatskoj.

U Institutu za javne financije prilikom tumačenja financijskog stanja općina i gradova kažu da treba biti oprezan jer mnoge općine i gradovi u pojedinoj godini imaju visok udio državnih i/ili EU pomoći u ukupnim prihodima poslovanja, što se ne odnosi na one smještene uz more.

Medulin je svoju vodeću poziciju, kažu u Institutu za javne financije, zadržao tijekom 2020. godine, kada je pandemija negativno utjecala na proračune lokalnih jedinica i rezultirala su padom prosječnih ukupnih prihoda i rastom prosječnih deficita. U Institutu za javne financije kažu da bi njihova analiza trebala potaknuti javnost da dodatno prouči baze podataka Ministarstva financija i svojih lokalnih jedinica, te se detaljnije informira o prikupljanju i trošenju novca iz lokalnih proračuna, piše Glas Istre.

Nova analiza Instituta za javne financije pokazuje da je općina Medulin u 2020. godini bila najbogatija općina u Hrvatskoj, piše Slobodna. Ostvarila je najveće ukupne prihode, 77 milijuna kuna, što je iznos jednak zbroju ukupnih prihoda 24 najsiromašnijih općine.

Zanimljivo je da su ukupni prihodi deset najbogatijih općina u zemlji, 530 milijuna kuna, jednaki su zbroju ukupnih prihoda jedne četvrtine općina. Među općinama s prihodima po stanovniku većim od 10.000 kuna, čak 17 od njih 29 smješteno je uz more.

- Uistinu prednjačimo po realizaciji proračuna ispred ostalih općina. Budući da smo pretežito turistička destinacija, preživjeti covid godinu bio je izazov, a oporaviti prihode je još veći, kaže medulinski načelnik Ivan Kirac za Glas Istre.

- Usprkos svemu, već ove godine očekujem osjetno povećanje prihoda. U budućnosti sve strategije planiramo bazirati na diversifikaciji prihoda, pa se nadam da ćemo stvoriti još otporniji sustav na ovakve neprilike, objašnjava Kirac.

U općine s najvećim proračunom po stanovniku pripadaju i istarske općine Kaštelir-Labinci (2.700 kuna) i Oprtalj (2.600 kuna), koje su na trećem i četvrtom mjestu u Hrvatskoj.

U Institutu za javne financije prilikom tumačenja financijskog stanja općina i gradova kažu da treba biti oprezan jer mnoge općine i gradovi u pojedinoj godini imaju visok udio državnih i/ili EU pomoći u ukupnim prihodima poslovanja, što se ne odnosi na one smještene uz more.

Medulin je svoju vodeću poziciju, kažu u Institutu za javne financije, zadržao tijekom 2020. godine, kada je pandemija negativno utjecala na proračune lokalnih jedinica i rezultirala su padom prosječnih ukupnih prihoda i rastom prosječnih deficita. U Institutu za javne financije kažu da bi njihova analiza trebala potaknuti javnost da dodatno prouči baze podataka Ministarstva financija i svojih lokalnih jedinica, te se detaljnije informira o prikupljanju i trošenju novca iz lokalnih proračuna, piše Glas Istre.
