Pada li Milorad Dodik? Broji li posljednje dane na tronu srpskog entiteta u BiH, Republike Srpske? Čini se da je konačno dozlogrdio zapadnoj diplomaciji, nakon godina prijetnji secesijom te prkošenja Ustavu i zakonima vlastite države kojoj je, apsurda li, jednom bio i na čelu kao član Predsjedništva. Prešao je crvenu liniju pa Zapad steže obruč oko njega, a visoki predstavnik međunarodne zajednice Christian Schmidt mogao bi ga, koristeći svoje ovlasti, skinuti s položaja šefa RS-a, piše Jutarnji list. 

Tu udarnu vijest, iz pouzdanih diplomatskih izvora, donosi bosanskohercegovačka redakcija N1. Kap koja je prelila čašu nedavna je odluka Narodne skupštine Republike Srpske (NSRS) da na njezinu području neće važiti uredbe i presude Ustavnog suda BiH, a to je Schmidt "anulirao", kao i odredbu Banje Luke da ne objavljuje u Službenom listu odluke visokog predstavnika.

Pitanje je sada hoće li to biti objavljeno ili ne. Milorad Dodik se i dalje inati, ali ovaj se put čini da je međunarodna zajednica čvrsto odlučila "pokrenuti postupak" njegove smjene, kao najvećeg troublemakera ne samo u BiH, nego i u regiji. Osim smjene, Schmidt razmatra i mogućnost trajne ili višegodišnje zabrane političkog djelovanja Miloradu Dodiku, što bi značilo da se on više ne bi smio kandidirati na izborima, niti voditi bilo kakvu političku djelatnost. Uz to, njemački mediji, kako navodi u svom komentaru Deutsche Welle, kao Schmidtove odluke predviđaju i uhićenje dužnosnika koji ignoriraju uredbe OHR-a.

Schmidt prijeti svima

Christian Schmidt je zaprijetio svima koji se ogluše o njegove odredbe da bi mogli kazneno odgovarati, a to bi ih stajalo od šest mjeseci do čak pet godina zatvora. No, Nenad Stevandić, predsjednik Skupštine RS-a, kaže da je to nemoguće jer zastupnike "štiti imunitet" i uvijek se mogu pozvati na njega. U svom komentaru Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) navodi kako je Dodik unaprijed rekao da će ignorirati smjenu "ako je bude nametnuo OHR". Naime, u svemu tome ipak postoji problem. Kako navodi FAZ, Christian Schmidt nema načina provesti tu svoju odluku jer nema pod svojom kontrolom tijela progona koja bi to provela. Ako se to dogodi, svakako će biti ozbiljan presedan, ali i znakovita poruka ostalim čelnicima u BiH, pogotovo nacionalnim liderima, poput bosanskohercegovačkog Hrvata broj 1 Dragana Čovića, šefa tamošnjeg HDZ-a, ali i bošnjačkog lidera Bakira Izetbegovića kojeg je Schmidt, podsjetimo, uspio spriječiti u pokušaju da onemogući nedavno izglasavanje vlade Federacije BiH u kojoj nije bilo mjesta za predstavnike SDA.

Prema navodima N1, inicijatori Dodikove smjene ili prijetnje smjenom ako se ne urazumi su SAD i Velika Britanija, koji su svojedobno uveli i sankcije protiv njega, dok je Bruxelles ostao suzdržan (nisu se mogli usuglasiti), ali čini se da je EU sada spremna podržati tu inicijativu. U svakom slučaju, u BiH s ljetnim vrućinama rastu političke tenzije, a Zapad je očito odlučio razriješiti još jedan balkanski vrući krumpir.

Pada li Milorad Dodik? Broji li posljednje dane na tronu srpskog entiteta u BiH, Republike Srpske? Prešao je crvenu liniju pa Zapad steže obruč oko njega, a visoki predstavnik međunarodne zajednice Christian Schmidt mogao bi ga, koristeći svoje ovlasti, skinuti s položaja šefa RS-a, piše Jutarnji list. 

Tu udarnu vijest, iz pouzdanih diplomatskih izvora, donosi bosanskohercegovačka redakcija N1. Kap koja je prelila čašu nedavna je odluka Narodne skupštine Republike Srpske (NSRS) da na njezinu području neće važiti uredbe i presude Ustavnog suda BiH, a to je Schmidt "anulirao", kao i odredbu Banje Luke da ne objavljuje u Službenom listu odluke visokog predstavnika.

Pitanje je sada hoće li to biti objavljeno ili ne. Milorad Dodik se i dalje inati, ali ovaj se put čini da je međunarodna zajednica čvrsto odlučila "pokrenuti postupak" njegove smjene, kao najvećeg troublemakera ne samo u BiH, nego i u regiji. Osim smjene, Schmidt razmatra i mogućnost trajne ili višegodišnje zabrane političkog djelovanja Miloradu Dodiku, što bi značilo da se on više ne bi smio kandidirati na izborima, niti voditi bilo kakvu političku djelatnost. Uz to, njemački mediji, kako navodi u svom komentaru Deutsche Welle, kao Schmidtove odluke predviđaju i uhićenje dužnosnika koji ignoriraju uredbe OHR-a.

Schmidt prijeti svima

Christian Schmidt je zaprijetio svima koji se ogluše o njegove odredbe da bi mogli kazneno odgovarati, a to bi ih stajalo od šest mjeseci do čak pet godina zatvora. No, Nenad Stevandić, predsjednik Skupštine RS-a, kaže da je to nemoguće jer zastupnike "štiti imunitet" i uvijek se mogu pozvati na njega. U svom komentaru Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) navodi kako je Dodik unaprijed rekao da će ignorirati smjenu "ako je bude nametnuo OHR". Naime, u svemu tome ipak postoji problem. Kako navodi FAZ, Christian Schmidt nema načina provesti tu svoju odluku jer nema pod svojom kontrolom tijela progona koja bi to provela. Ako se to dogodi, svakako će biti ozbiljan presedan, ali i znakovita poruka ostalim čelnicima u BiH, pogotovo nacionalnim liderima, poput bosanskohercegovačkog Hrvata broj 1 Dragana Čovića, šefa tamošnjeg HDZ-a, ali i bošnjačkog lidera Bakira Izetbegovića kojeg je Schmidt, podsjetimo, uspio spriječiti u pokušaju da onemogući nedavno izglasavanje vlade Federacije BiH u kojoj nije bilo mjesta za predstavnike SDA.

Prema navodima N1, inicijatori Dodikove smjene ili prijetnje smjenom ako se ne urazumi su SAD i Velika Britanija, koji su svojedobno uveli i sankcije protiv njega, dok je Bruxelles ostao suzdržan (nisu se mogli usuglasiti), ali čini se da je EU sada spremna podržati tu inicijativu. U svakom slučaju, u BiH s ljetnim vrućinama rastu političke tenzije, a Zapad je očito odlučio razriješiti još jedan balkanski vrući krumpir.

Pada li Milorad Dodik? Broji li posljednje dane na tronu srpskog entiteta u BiH, Republike Srpske?
