Zamislimo sljedeću situaciju; u frižideru imate dva identična proizvoda u različitim pakiranjima - recimo, poli kobasicu i poli narezan ili recimo čokoladno mlijeko u tetrapaku i isto takvo u plastičnoj boci.

Je li vam ikada palo na pamet provjeriti je li doista riječ o identičnim proizvodima i imaju li identične sastojke?

Vjerojatno nije, ali da je, za mnoge od njih biste jako brzo shvatili kako se razlikuju u sastojcima, a neki čak i u kalorijama, i to poprilično, piše Jutarnji list.

Osim što imaju različite udjele glavnih sastojaka, kod nekih se razlikuje i njihov broj ili udjeli masnoće pa se vrijedi zapitati - jesu li to doista isti proizvodi, usprkos činjenici da dijele isto ime i isti brend?

Da bismo to ilustrirali, u domaćim smo trgovinama pronašli pet parova artikala - poli kobasicu i poli narezak, Dukatovo čokoladno mlijeko u tetrapaku i plastičnoj boci, Sparovu kakao kremu u staklenki i kartonu, PIK-ovu zimsku kobacisu u komadu i narezanu te dva Vindijina pudinga koji bi se trebali razlikovati po aromi - jedan od čokolade i jedan lješnjak čokolada, no koji su u konačnici potpuno različiti.

Zapanjilo nas je da svi ovi parovi na deklaracijama imaju različite sastojke.

Kad je u pitanju poli, narezak i kobasica nisu napravljeni od istog udjela mesa iako se i jedan i drugi proizvod zovu "poli classic", imaju identični grafički dizajn na ambalaži i na prvu nema nikakvog razloga da potroša misli kako nije riječ o istim proizvodima.

Udjeli mesa razlikuju se i kod zimske, a u trgovini smo pronašli i nekoliko primjera salama gdje se kobasica i narezak razlikuju i po vrsti mesa koje se koristi, ali oni na kraju nisu ušli u naš eksperiment. Jednu od najšokantnijih razlika pronašli smo kod naizgled identičnih kakao krema Sparove robne marke - izgledaju isti, osim što je jedna u staklenci, a jedna u kartonskoj ambalaži, no mnogi potrošači nisu svjesni kako jedna od njih i dva i pol puta veći udio lješnjaka od druge, što je zbilja nevjeroatna razlika.

Nekoliko proizvođača poslali smo upit kako bi nam pojasnili kako nastaje ova razlika, no odgovor nam je stigao jedino od Perutnine Ptuj, proizvođača Poli classic. Kažu da udjeli mesa u njihova dva proizvoda moraju biti različiti zbog rezanja.

" Razlika između proizvoda proizlazi iz tehnoloških i senzorskih zahtjeva proizvoda u obliku rezanja. Kobasice namijenjene rezanju zahtijevaju drugačiju teksturu radi postizanja učinkovitog narezivanja i debljine samog narezka. Proizvodi se neznatno razlikuju u sirovinama, što je posljedica specifičnosti proizvodnog procesa i dodatku antioksidanta "ekstrakti ružmarina", koji prvenstveno osigurava stabilnost boje unaprijed narezanog proizvoda tijekom roka trajanja. Korištenje iste osnovne začinske mješavine i svih preostalih proizvodnih koraka osigurava prepoznatljivost proizvoda "classic" branda Poli", kazali su iz kompanije, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Zamislimo sljedeću situaciju; u frižideru imate dva identična proizvoda u različitim pakiranjima - recimo, poli kobasicu i poli narezan ili recimo čokoladno mlijeko u tetrapaku i isto takvo u plastičnoj boci.

Je li vam ikada palo na pamet provjeriti je li doista riječ o identičnim proizvodima i imaju li identične sastojke?

Vjerojatno nije, ali da je, za mnoge od njih biste jako brzo shvatili kako se razlikuju u sastojcima, a neki čak i u kalorijama, i to poprilično, piše Jutarnji list.

Osim što imaju različite udjele glavnih sastojaka, kod nekih se razlikuje i njihov broj ili udjeli masnoće pa se vrijedi zapitati - jesu li to doista isti proizvodi, usprkos činjenici da dijele isto ime i isti brend?

Da bismo to ilustrirali, u domaćim smo trgovinama pronašli pet parova artikala - poli kobasicu i poli narezak, Dukatovo čokoladno mlijeko u tetrapaku i plastičnoj boci, Sparovu kakao kremu u staklenki i kartonu, PIK-ovu zimsku kobacisu u komadu i narezanu te dva Vindijina pudinga koji bi se trebali razlikovati po aromi - jedan od čokolade i jedan lješnjak čokolada, no koji su u konačnici potpuno različiti.

Zapanjilo nas je da svi ovi parovi na deklaracijama imaju različite sastojke.

Kad je u pitanju poli, narezak i kobasica nisu napravljeni od istog udjela mesa iako se i jedan i drugi proizvod zovu "poli classic", imaju identični grafički dizajn na ambalaži i na prvu nema nikakvog razloga da potroša misli kako nije riječ o istim proizvodima.

Udjeli mesa razlikuju se i kod zimske, a u trgovini smo pronašli i nekoliko primjera salama gdje se kobasica i narezak razlikuju i po vrsti mesa koje se koristi, ali oni na kraju nisu ušli u naš eksperiment. Jednu od najšokantnijih razlika pronašli smo kod naizgled identičnih kakao krema Sparove robne marke - izgledaju isti, osim što je jedna u staklenci, a jedna u kartonskoj ambalaži, no mnogi potrošači nisu svjesni kako jedna od njih i dva i pol puta veći udio lješnjaka od druge, što je zbilja nevjeroatna razlika.

Nekoliko proizvođača poslali smo upit kako bi nam pojasnili kako nastaje ova razlika, no odgovor nam je stigao jedino od Perutnine Ptuj, proizvođača Poli classic. Kažu da udjeli mesa u njihova dva proizvoda moraju biti različiti zbog rezanja.

" Razlika između proizvoda proizlazi iz tehnoloških i senzorskih zahtjeva proizvoda u obliku rezanja. Kobasice namijenjene rezanju zahtijevaju drugačiju teksturu radi postizanja učinkovitog narezivanja i debljine samog narezka. Proizvodi se neznatno razlikuju u sirovinama, što je posljedica specifičnosti proizvodnog procesa i dodatku antioksidanta "ekstrakti ružmarina", koji prvenstveno osigurava stabilnost boje unaprijed narezanog proizvoda tijekom roka trajanja. Korištenje iste osnovne začinske mješavine i svih preostalih proizvodnih koraka osigurava prepoznatljivost proizvoda "classic" branda Poli", kazali su iz kompanije, prenosi Jutarnji list.
